   My friend and I were real disappointed in the food. It tasted like something I could have made at home. There was a lack of flavor for sure. This will be a place that we won’t come back to.

   Went here for my bday. Got sat. 20 minutes later the waitress comes over and takes our drink order. We sat if another 15 minutes and still did not get our drinks. So over an hour waiting and didn’t even put our food order In. We got the “we are busy” excuse from the hostess. Restaurant was not even full. We ended up walking out. We went to another place and had an amazing experience. Thanks for ruining my bday dinner !!

   Table not ready when arrived. Service very slow but tip is included automatically so no way to reflect poor service. No tp or seat on the toilet in the dirty bathroom. Pasta ok but a bit over cooked. Would not return.

   We had not dined here previously and wanted a nice dinner after the matinee of Cirque du Soleil. Our reservation was for 7:30. We entered through the heavy wooden door, were greeted and seated immediately. A quick trip to the rest room revealed two single units; we waited for a vacancy. Our server came (Taliyah) and brought us our ordered champagne. We split the calamari which was good. The entrees , salmon for me and cauliflower steak for her were very good. At his point, the experience turned. Our dinner wine did not come. I left the table to find our server: MIA. A manager found her and directed her to our table. still no wine. Then the excuses: bartender was busy; can’t control the bartender; can’t find the wine….. After we finished our entrees, our server brought glasses of the missing wine with a “here”. Then she stomped away. Adding insult to our injury, a 20% gratuity was among the items listed on our check. We left Allora …for our first and probably final time.

    it was my fiancés birthday!! So when we first go there the table needed to be clean. Then we ordered drinks from the bar, which took about 15 minutes for two and 30 minutes for the IPA beer. The pizza came out first and the regular food took about about 15 more minutes. My daughter’s fish and chips was raw and had to be returned and she just got a pizza. I think the pizza should have been free because the food was raw but I paid for it. So overall I would give the restaurant a 3. I do think is probably could have been better if they did not have a big party there. But you cannot neglect your other customers.

    We did not stay for our entrees. We were unhappy with both of our appetizers both calamari and scallops were hard and rubbery.

    The service and food was very good. Appetizers and main courses (both Italian as well as Southern) were very tasty. Our server Olivia was outstanding. Yes, hard to find the place as the GPS does not do very well in Atlantic Station, but once we found it, no problems at all.

    We went for a family dinner. The waitress was great. However, the food items were mostly too salty for us to eat. Their mussels were fantastic though!

    We dine out often using Opentable and chose to redeem our Opentable points ($110) value at this restaurant Allora for 2 reasons. 1) to try a new place that was OTW to our concert at State Farm 2) to get 1000 bonus points that were advertised online that we would get with a 6pm reservation. For starters, the valet guy, Ernest, was rude, which should have clued us in for what was to come - He was surly with a bad attitude. Nonetheless, we are seated and had the place to ourselves initially - We ordered drinks, appetizers and food and the waitress Nadia was very pleasant. When we went to redeem our reward card we were advised that the restaurant does not take gift cards - This is not a gift card - it's a prepaid Mastercard that we earned from our points on OpenTable that we chose to spend at Allora - Nadia tried run the card through, but was unsuccessful - The manager got involved and was also unsuccessful - We were told we had to pay the full bill and could not use our points - We were also not able to redeem any points for even dining there - The manager did not try to make us happy in any way - Told us that they don't take reward cards even though it says so on their website - Said that was pre-Covid and we are just out of luck - He offered us nothing to make our experience better - I would never set foot in that place again and would not recommend to my worst enemy. The least the manager should have done was to give us a credit for a future dining experience. But he did nothing. What a complete debacle. I guess when you are attached to a hotel your clientele is not consistent so there is no desire to make the customer feel welcomed again because you will likely not return. We happen to live here, but we certainly won't. #FAIL

    Friendly and welcoming staff, from the moment of arrival. The service was impeccable. The spinach artichoke was sublime and shareable for two, complemented by the fresh, soft to touch garlic bread. The salmon and burger were tasty but a bit strong on the garlic aftertaste. Would have enjoyed a Diet Coke but next time. Be prepared for noise overflow with their private room as the celebration could be heard over your conversation.

    Everything was excellent! Bartender was attentive.. valet was kinda hard to figure out where to go , once I did it was ok. The only thing would be is to make sure everyone has on uniforms when approaching guest . It caught me off guard a different person as for my valet card with no visible company info on his clothes. I will return soon! Great ambiance!

    My name is Merk and I had a five star dinner at allora. The staff was welcoming the chefs engaged and my server T with the septum ring was amazing!!! It was my birthday and I had a table of 10. She handled the orders and questions for my picky guests very well. I was staying at the 12 for a few nights and decided to use the in house restaurant and it didn’t disappoint!!!

    Service was outstanding. The scallop/risotto app was delicious but the cauliflower steak and fried chicken will make us come back again soon! Olivia was absolutely wonderful, attentive and such a pleasure.

    I would start by saying that I think they are under staffed. Because of this we waited 20 minutes before anyone came to take an order, including drinks. We were there for brunch. We waited an additional 10-15 minutes for our coffee. It was hour between sitting down and food service. The only drinks we ordered were coffee. Food was fine, nothing exceptional but not bad either. Another group, same size party, was seated after us, ordered at the same time as us, and had eaten and left by the time we were served our food. I think with more staff in place a lot of problems could be resolved.

    Allora served up poor service and bland food. After an hour since being seated we saw other tables that came long after us being served their food. Then in came out incorrect. They brought out the meal in pieces and most of it was cold. Absolutely everything was tasteless. Everything. Neither salt nor pepper was used on any dish. I will definitely NOT be returning.

    We went for mother’s day brunch as everywhere else was booked. It was awful, waited over 30 minutes to get coffee, no one came and eventually we walked out of the place. Poor service, limited menu and no one cares if you walk away.

    Service here was outstanding, although the servers should wear masks Our table had a pizza and some appetizers. It was good but definitely not worth the price. You have some of the best pizza in Atlanta about 5 minutes away from here, making it doubly challenging.

    I visited on a Sunday afternoon with the Jukebox band. I enjoyed my drinks and appetizers. I ate light, but I saw many other dishes passing by that looked very tasty. I'd definitely like to return again soon.

    This place was booked as a last minute dinner reservation as my wife had plans cancelled so I booked this place and I regret it… the water was like sewer water and it was embarrassing the ambience was terrible.our waitress was taking shots and the food was way overpriced. I do not recommend this place….

    Amazing experience! Nadia was our server and she made excellent recommendations for the entree and the wine. The ambiance was perfect with a great selection. And the meal..... PHENOMENAL! Kudos to the chef! I loved everything about the experience. Everyone should try it. Superb.

    The garlic knots and vodka pasta were tasty, but were on par with much less pricy Italian chain spots. It took about an hour and a half to receive our food, after another table's food arrived at our table twice, and the wrong check was delivered twice as well. Wish I enjoyed this meal more as the restaurant has been on my list for a while. Also felt odd to have 20% gratuity automatically applied for just two people, especially with the quite slow service.
