Sono i prodotti a chilometri zero i protagonisti di questo ristorante di Cannobio. Lo Scalo di piazza Vittorio Emanuele presta infatti molta attenzione alla selezione e cura delle materie prime. E non potrebbe essere altimenti: gli abitanti di questo piccolo comune che si affaccia sul lago Maggiore sono profondamente legati al proprio territorio e i gestori dei Lo Scalo non fanno eccezione. I piatti dello chef Williams Sonn rispettano la stagionalità dei prodotti e abbinano sapori e colori in maniera creativa e sorprendente andando ad arricchire un menu che non è mai uguale a se stesso. Occhio che il tavolo sarà dato ad altri ospiti passati 15 minuti dall'orario di prenotazione.
