We had an excellent time at LM Social today for Brunch! We were greeted upon arrival and were seated immediately! Our waiter Ryan provided excellent service, he was very friendly, and attentive. The food was excellent, couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you to all the staff at LM Social for a wonderful dining experience!

While it was incredibly busy due to SU commencement we had a waiter, who was not assigned to our table, come over and take our order. He was exceptional! You can judge a restaurant by asking yourself one question, would you return? Here? Absolutely.

The ambiance is nice and also unique - not what you would expect from the street. The food was very good. However, the service was among the slowest we have experienced at any restaurant ever. It was Syracuse's graduation weekend, so perhaps it was understandable. It seemed less a result of the crowds though and more a result of either understaffing or the servers.

We had a party of 19 for our daughter’s college graduation on the busiest weekend of the year in Syracuse. From the ease of booking such a large party to the outstanding and attentive service, I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Portions were excellent and the variety was amazing. Our server was attentive, patient, and friendly. It was a wonderful experience. They handled the large crowd on a busy weekend wonderfully.

The good was not great. The waiter kept getting the order wrong. We got wrong drinks, wrong sides in spite of correcting him twice. Not worth the money we spent.

Fine dining should be an EXPERIENCE, and LM delivers just that! The ambiance of the eatery is cozy and intimate, setting the stage for the perfect vibe to ENJOY your company and relax. Service is top tier, from our server India, to the owner Becca, who put love into every aspect of the experience. The cocktails pair perfectly with the mouth watering culinary creations offered. Our evening was nothing short of fantastic, allowing us to spend quality time out on the Syracuse entertainment scene. LM is a DO NOT MISS in the area for those seeking a dining EXPERIENCE, and not just somewhere to grab a bite.

This is the second visit and both times a person in our parties food was cold. Need to do a better job of cooking food where everyone food remains hot. Also got calamari cooked so hard it was difficult to chew.

I don’t know where to start from the service, drinks, and the food was perfect!!!! Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations on food and drinks to get the coco Chanel, burkin, and gucci were huge hit at my table. We got a ribeye that was cooked to perfection with roasted potatoes and asparagus mushroom medley, the black truffle pasta was also another fantastic dish we tried. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know.
