Llama Restaurant

This was my fourth visit to Llama. It was as good as my first visit, or maybe even better! George our server was so good at describing each dish, and each dish was a delicious as described. Totally unique - tasting things we'd never tasted before - and we loved it!

It was great. Wait staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant and fun. Food was good.

An incredible experience! The 13-course food/wine tasting is a must. The lovely staff and a wonderful and caring chef took us on an epicurean journey that will not soon be forgotten. I don’t have the right words to appropriately describe our evening. Just go. Commit. And don’t look back. It’s. Just. Awesome. Period!

Each year we try at least one new restaurant Llama is by far the beat meal we have had to date.

We went with another couple for dinner. Delicious, interesting food. Nice ambiance and great wine too.

Wonderful, stylisicly prepared and served. The staff is especially helpful explaining each dish. Im not a desert eater, but I am at Llama.

It was excellent as usual. They provided a nice dessert for my wife’s birthday.

Hands down, best dining experience in all of North East Florida. Professional service by adults who know the flavors and foods being created in the kitchen. The food that is created in the kitchen has the most incredible flavor combinations we’ve ever experienced. Make sure to save room for dessert and coffee. Again, incredible flavors and always a spectacular presentation. We take a bottle of wine as the corking fee is extremely reasonable. Every dining experience at Llama Restaurant is amazing and we promise it is worth the drive!

This was the best meal and experience my family has ever had. Can’t wait to go back next time we are in St. Augustine. Everything A+.

Lima mule to drink followed by a glass of red wine upon recommendation from our server.
Octopus appetizer (it was completely tender)
Surf and turf
Arroz con pollo
Aripima fish with yucca
Dessert - spun sugar over a pudding/cream.

Llama is my favorite restaurant in all of north Florida and I recommend it to everyone I meet! The food and service is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced.

No noise . Small place but very inviting. I highly recommend it. Fantastic food!

Wonderful culinary experience. Flavors layered with many ingredients we had never tried before. Small room. Very personal. Family run. Clearly they have great pride in their work and service.

I like their new menu. Some innovative choices and a nice change of pace compared to other St Augustine restaurants.

We love Peruvian food, and looked forward to sampling the food of this beautifully decorated restaurant. The service was exceptional and the styling of the food was perfect. Unfortunately, the flavor of the food was only average, and our meals were overpriced compared to Ceviche Jax (RIP) and El Inka Grill in Orlando. Wanted to love it, but in the end, wasn't swept away.

Llama Restaurant came highly recommended by many people we met in St Augustine and I will agree that this is a must dine place. Attentive & friendly service. Beautiful food, fresh and prepared perfectly. Everything from appetizers to dessert were perfect. Thank you Llama for the wonderful evening.

Best meal in Florida

The flavors and atmosphere of Llama are truly unique! All of the dishes ordered at our table were fantastic. A great experience and evening out in St. Augustine.

Food is unique and tastes fantastic, presentation is wonderful, wait staff is excellent and a value for such great food.

Always exceptional food with unique menu and service that makes you feel special. The only negative is the somewhat loud environment probably due to small dining area.

Food was delicious and service was great.

Outstanding!! Our app (salmon ceviche bowl) was superb and both our main courses were excellent ... the palate cleanser between courses was a great touch. Even the dessert was a culinary creation that was also tasty (and served on driftwood). Great evening and would recommend highly. If I had a criticism, I guess I would ask the servers (although ours was top notch) to slow down a bit ... this a meal to be savored and enjoyed.
