   First, we had to go back and forth to the lobby because people were seated at our reserved table. The waiter was arrogant, the food was not hot and not a step far away from Olive Garden, and was extremely overpriced. What was supposed to be a beautiful evening for my mother’s 64th birthday was completely ruined by a large party sitting nearby being loud and belligerent. Needless to say, I regret choosing this place.

   Food was delicious, servers were pleasant. It was much louder than our previous dinner 2 nights prior. We were seated by a family with kids that were melting down after a long day. A little disruptive but did not ruin our evening

   Food was sub par. Veal Milanese was bland and soggy. Rigatoni with mushrooms was passable but not great. Nothing like the NY original restaurant. Servers were friendly and did a good job but that cannot overcome bad food.

   We have dined here many times. The food and service is always excellent. This visit disappointing. It was so loud due to a corporate event, it was difficult to have a conversation. The service was not as good. I asked for a lemon for my water 3 times and never received it. The waiter was not happy The veal saltimboca amazing!!!

   Excellent meal but FREEZING cold inside! We were there when it was only 50s outside for the high and every single restaurant we ate at Disney that weekend was freezing inside, like they couldn’t figure out how to turn up the heat. People are in coats. When you wish you had a mushroom heater over your indoor table, you know it’s bad. Shame because the food was amazing as always but hard to enjoy when you’re shivering.

   We had the best meal at out favorite restaurant! Our favorite server is Mo and his partner. We have been dinning At Il Mulion for the last 10 years, always asking for our server Mo. He has watched our boys grow up and make our dinning experience the highlight of our trips to Orlando! Thank you for such a wonderful meal!

   The meal was delicious however, the restaurant was freezing. The customers, including myself were sat with coats draped around themselves. We asked if the heating could be turned up but were told that this could not be done locally. No attempt has been made to find an alternative solution to this problem. The temperature in the room made the food go cold quickly and spoiled our enjoyment. We did not order dessert or finish our bottle of wine as it was too cold to stay. This was such a shame. We’ve been many times before and always enjoyed the experience. This is a lovely restaurant but I was very disappointed that they had not done more to ensure the comfort of their diners - particularly given that the problem was known to management.

    We ordered our full meals as soon as the server came to take drink orders and it still took an hour from when we sat down to get our entrees. Food was fine, but wasn’t prepared for how long it took for it to arrive. Server was nice but kept trying to upset after we’d asked for the check so we could get home.

    Il Mulino has always been one of our favorite Italian restaurants. We were so disappointed with our food this time around. One of us ordered the calamari. The breading was tasteless. The carrots in the minestrone soup were undercooked. The caesar salad dressing tasted like it came from a bottle. I asked the server if they made the dressing at the restaurant and he said they did, however there was no taste of garlic or anchovies. Might as well have been mayonnaise. The croutons in the salad were extra oily. Service was extremely slow. So disappointed.

    The eggplant spread was amazing! Unfortunately the homemade gnocchi was heavy, with no flavor, the other dishes we ordered were also lacking salt and flavor. The servers were great!

    Staff was friendly but our waiter forgot to put our order in. After an hour went by we got an entirely different server without a word from him about the matter. She was nice but we were there for 2 hours and all we had was a small kid pizza and very undercooked ravioli. I thought they would at least offer us a dessert but they did not. It was an expensive bummer.

    New Year’s Eve dinner. $160 per person - alcohol not included. Service was stupid slow. Pasta course was like a kids meal at Olive Garden. Food was ok overall but no where near $160 worth. Very much regret this booking.

    This is my husbands favorite restaurant and we were speechless about the meal that was served to us. From start to finish it was awful. You could tell the cuts of meat and fish were quality but the preparation and components were not prepared well at all. I almost doubt there was an experienced chef in the kitchen. It was that terrible. A total waste of money and food. This restaurant should be embarrassed.

    NYE dinner. Def not worth $160pp. Main entree was chewy and bland, sides w entrees were cold. Disappointed that $320 plus gratuity and wasn’t up to standards. Service was excellent though.

    Got plenty of recommendations from our servers and found their advice to be more than helpful!! We loved our servers, Liz and J (blanking on his name but he was wonderful) ! We came here to celebrate New Year’s Eve and we had an amazing time!! My family and I definitely recommend this restaurant; not too loud, not too crowded, excellent staff and the food was delicious!!

    Love that they bring a free appetizer right to start, delicious food, heavy pours on tasty mixed drinks, and attentive service but not overly-attentive. We enjoyed the meal and would definitely return! (Note: did the normal menu on NYE, not the pre-fixe special)

    This is the best restaurant in all of Disney. The food is superb. I think they have the best calamari I have ever had. The service is top notch. We dine here every time we are at Disney, usually several times. And if you can, request Jochy as your server. He us the best.

    We came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The front desk was friendly and were able to seat us quickly. We were a party of six, including 2 kids. We come here every year as we are visiting Disney, unfortunately this time we had a bad waitress. He was quite rude and non responsive. He showed no interest, we had to ask for water, cheese and bread many times. We ordered a party-menu as we all wanted the fantastic gnocchi bolognese. The food is delicious, probably the best Italian close to Disney, but the portion was set for 3 instead of 4, so be aware of it. The manager made it right and served an extra portion, but it would have been great to know that these party-menus are smaller. At the end, we had a decent experience. I still recommend this place and we will come back, just be aware that the service can be erratic.

    The food quality at this restaurant has drastically gone downhill since we were last here two and a half years ago right before the pandemic. I ordered spaghetti bolognese and the sauce tasted like Chef Boyardee with literally zero meat in it. It was all watered down, and the spaghetti was mushy. We also ordered the minestrone soup and it tasted like salt water. Completely different from how this pasta and soup tasted just a couple of years ago. The fettuccine Alfredo also tasted differently compared to the last time we were here. We are long time patrons of this restaurant and have been coming here for over 10 years… I am not sure if the Chef changed or if they just had a very very bad night… But what a total disappointment. We were so looking forward to this restaurant as it was previously our favorite Italian restaurant in the country. Not anymore.

    Great customer service. The staff was so friendly accommodating and personable. Carmello our server was extraordinarily great at making our experience fun and enjoyable. We felt like we were the only table in the room. The food was excellent. I will love to come again. My pleasure to recommend to anyone who appreciates quality food

    First off, service was great. The team of servers led by Howie was great, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu and the wine. The food however was garbage. I mean that nicely too. The gnocchi was basically frozen trader Joe's $5 gnocchi. Ravioli was the same. I would bet a lot of money that those two entrees were frozen prior to preparation. The carbonara was basically an oil soup with some noodles in it. The rice ball app was good as was the fried chicken app. However they didn't tell you the lemon dipping sauce was mayonnaise with lemon juice. For the low level sparro food they charge a premium. The aforementioned grocery store frozen entrees were $30 plus. This was the first time in my life I've sent the entire dinner back. 3 entrees. All crap. Skip this place. Go to the hotel cafe and get the same quality for less.

    The calamari and the minestrone soup were super salty. The rest of our food was great we had the ribeye and the carbonara. Felt like the server was trying to up sell us the whole time. The guy who refilled our waters and brought us our bread was really nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

    Nice wine list and very good martini. The complimentary bread and eggplant were welcome and tasty. Salads were overdressed at first, but still still less than fresh the second time around. Veal chop was a little overcooked from what was ordered, ok but not very flavorful. The Fra Diavolo had an odd sweet sour taste. Service was good. We didn’t have dessert so I can’t comment.
