The best place ever love the customer service..love the food ..outstanding spot for a Romantic dinner.

We went there for our anniversary lunch and it was great quite place. We are vegetarian and they were able to accommodate our food needs accordingly... there were few hiccups but it was taken care of. When we went there were only us and one another couple ... very quite and we had outside seating I think we got lucky but they did say it’s not always this quite even during covid!!! It was great!

Our second visit - Jaime was our outstanding waiter the first time, so we requested him again and he was equally amazing yesterday. This is our new favorite place.

No doubts,best restaurant in Sunny Isles.I don't believe negative reviews,especially on Thanksgiving.Was there multiple times,and we love it.Best Holidays to their wonderful stuff!

The ambience was romantic, the service was excellent, the food outstanding. The octopus was the most tender I've ever had.

It’s probably because we had high expectations so we left unhappy ... it’s is more about show than food. I don’t won’t to sound ungrateful as I can imagine how much work is behind. But you don’t get anything else than you could get from decent restaurant across the road (don’t want to mention specific names). The atmosphere is beautiful, it took me home to Prague but that was all. To my opinion cold fried zucchini or not freshly baked bread in the beginning goes to fastfood not to high standard restaurant.

They are lots of talks around the order where the waitress is explaining you the menu but I really was shocked when he couldn’t recognize if the food is vegan or vegetarian. Menu doesn’t say lots information and when you give question you don’t get satisfying answer.

I must say that I got ginger tea which wasn’t on the menu but it wasn’t an issue to prepare one for me and I believe it is very uncommon for Florida warm nights such an inquiry, I got it without hesitation. That was pleasant surprise in the end but unfortunately the only I should say.

I apologize for being harsh in my review . I personally work in services and I know how painful it is reading unpleasant comment time to time. But I prefer honestly above politeness as I believe this is the only way how we can improve our services.

Wonderful service and excellent food

In our first visit, a week earlier, the staff was very conscious of social distancing. All parties, including us, were well-separated. This time, however, we were seated with people in front of us, behind us, to our left, and to our right. I asked the host to please reseat us. He did, now with plenty of open space around us, but his displeasure was obvious. This was disappointing, as the hotel which houses the restaurant is Uber-conscious about customer service and, most importantly, maintaining proper COVID protocols. So we were quite uncomfortable at the start of our 2nd visit.

The wait staff, however, on both visits, was amazing: prompt, friendly, happy to explain various dishes and to offer suggestions. They couldn't have been nicer. And the food - wow! The wine was delicious, the meals were two of the best I've ever had, and on both visits we were supplied with complimentary drinks (Limoncello, Grappa) after dinner.

In all, it's a beautiful location with extraordinary food and service. Our only hiccup was the "difficulty" we encountered initially with the host not ensuring proper social distancing on our 2nd visit.

Very disappointed, this brunch used to be on of the best in Miami. The quality off the food was poor, frozen seafood plate, burn Kobe hamburger, greasy steak and egg plate. Additionally, the table and the chairs were totally dirty. Inside was a part of 60 people very risky at this time. Staff mentioned that they weren’t prepare to have more than 60 people for brunch and this caused the kitchen failure! Very sad

Classic and prime Italian restaurant in a gorgeous hotel. Excellent and well polished service who were helpful with the meal selection and attentive to our every need. Varied menu with a wide arrange of specials. The food was delicious from the appetizers to the desserts.

Amazing experience! Really enjoyed our meal sitting outside near the pool area overlooking the beach. Service was impeccable!

Exceptional service. Some of the dishes were amazing and some were OK. Overall, would definitely come back.

Highly reccomend sitting outside so you can see the beach views and sunset! Food was good and they can make stuff that is not on the menu if you have other preferences. It was kind of tricky to find which entrance of the hotel (Aqualina) to turn into and valet is the only option when you get there.

We went this night for the extended Miami Spice menu, which is a great value here. The regular menu prices, specials and wine are priced higher than most restaurants in Miami. This is Italian American style food or Southern Italian with loads of garlic in nearly every dish. If you're a garlic fan you're in the right place. For a regular dinner here plan on spending around $150-200 per person with wine, tax, tip, plus $20 for validated parking.

We loved it. 6 years ago we ate at the New York location. We stumbled upon the Miami and was outstanding. Passing through again Sunday and will go back if they are open.

Service was excellent. Food was very good. I had the filet mignon which was outstanding, the presentation could be improved. I ordered from the miami spice lunch menu because of the dessert but did not like the texture of the expresso panna cotta. My friend picked the other ricotta dessert and it was delicious. Overall a good experience and would recommend it

Meh. Not a special experience, food was mediocre at best. Service was ok, nothing to write home about.

Awesome mushroom ravioli

I have eaten at this restaurant many time as the food is amazing. My guest had octopus and Red Snapper for her meal. She noted it was the "best" and ate her entire meal. I had Clams Casino as my appetizer and it was great. The main dish was Lamb Chops and Mushroom Risotto which was delicious. It was so much I took it home and had lunch and dinner the next day. It was a very very good meal with great service.

Everything about this restaurant is amazing. The service, the food, the drinks.
