Under new ownership, local celebrity chef Billy Trudsoe a native to the Adirondacks who you saw on Hells Kitchen “battle of the ages,” season 21 on the Fox network has taken over this historic restaurant. You can try Chef’s world famous, “black forest chicken” his signature dish he presented to Gordon Ramsay. Also, his divers scallops which helped seal a big win for the blue team during a challenge. Chef Billy's team has developed an upscale casual dining concept right here, in the heart of Warrensburg , New York. Building his brand “BTrue’s Mad Flava,” our restaurant will offer creative dishes for everyone. Chef Billy is an award-winning chef, that has been cooking up delightful meals for his patrons throughout the Adirondacks for over 25+ years. Born and raised in Chestertown, New York he is overly excited for the opportunity to serve this community. Live music on Tuesdays & do not miss our new remodeled Dinning room.

This is a surprisingly good restaurant, great food, great drinks and service. Lots of local charm and history, definitely recommend.

First time visiting Lizzy Keays. Won’t be the last. Our group of 8 enjoyed a variety of dishes; salmon, mushroom ravioli, chicken parm, pork ribeye, crab flatbread. Each was met with rave reviews. Multiple desserts were delicious but the gelato bomb stood out. Entire meal was spectacular. The entertainment from Vinnie Leddick was absolutely perfect accompaniment for our meal. Our team loved the food, service, music, atmosphere. Can’t wait to return.

Great food and friendly service! Nick our server was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer all of our questions. The food was very good and the portions were perfect! Overall this is a very reasonably priced restaurant with excellent food.

We went to Lizzie Keays to celebrate our wedding elopement! It was a great experience from start to finish! We sat out on the screened-in patio, were gifted two absolutely delicious glasses of champagne to celebrate (which was so sweet of them!!), shared a delectable salmon hand roll, both got the Black Forest chicken and shared the gelato bomb for desert. I wish I didn’t live so far away because I could eat all of that every single night!!! So absolutely yummy :)

Food and service were great and ordinarily that would be enough for a great review but this was a very expensive meal and the ambience was more hotel restaurant than well designed space for a fine dinning experience. Lower price, invest in the dining experience.

The food was outstanding. The service was exceptional. Billy came out himself from cooking and greeted all of his guests and asked how the meal was. The atmosphere was wonderful. A five star rating is not high enough. This is a must go to restaurant.
