Lizzie Keays has landed a well earned spot on our restaurant rotation. The food, service and atmosphere are worth repeat visits. My husband and I dined there last night and shared a delicious spinach salad for starters, I then had the always tasty Black Forest chicken. My husband really enjoyed his salmon entree. The restaurant usually offers three special entrees, adding variety for repeat diners. The wait staff is always, friendly, attentive and professional. The bar offers interesting cocktails and a reasonable wine list. We will return.

Absolutely must try! Started with a couple drinks (the moonshine mule is delicious) and the Shrimp Cocktail. The Thai chili was a nice addition to an otherwise standard cocktail sauce. The Diver Scallops entree is wonderful, full of flavor. But the star of the show is the Dijon Walnut Crusted Salmon. Easily the best salmon I have ever had. The walnut crust added amazing texture and that bourbon glaze!!! Chefs kiss! Topped off the night with the crème brûlée donut. Apparently a fan favorite and I can see why. If you’re a crème brûlée fan, try it, you won’t be disappointed. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. The bar tender Nick is delightful. Our server Corbin is super sweet. The chef and owner Bill is super friendly and came out and spoke to us quite a few times. It was so good that we’re coming back in a couple days for live music and dinner. Even bringing the family as we found out they also have a kids menu. Win win! You MUST try. Worth the very SHORT drive from neighboring resort towns like Boltons Landing, Lake George and the surrounding areas.

We were thrilled to learn of the re-opening of Lizzie Keays under the new ownership with Billy Trudsoe. Made a reservation and so glad we went. Had an AWESOME dinner last night. Delicious Swordfish (fresh) over a red lentil curry w pea puree that was delightfully delicious! A great salad with fresh greens & a truffle Parmesan dressing, plus a perfectly poured martini with 3 olives on the side (lets fill the glass with vodka, thank you!) Dessert was an light pistachio cake. Not to sweet or heavy. Billy came out after dinner to see if we were pleased. A resounding YES from everyone at the table. We are DEFINITELY going back. FINALLY a restaurant in the ADKS offering quality fare. I am almost reluctant to share this post because it might make it harder to get reservations! 😁 but I definitely want this restaurant to succeed. You will have a great meal.

This was a great find. Besides meeting a celebrity from one of most favorite shows Hell’s Kitchen the food was absolutely amazing. The best I’ve had in Lake George by far. A must try

First time at Lizzie Keays after hearing a lot of good things. Our waitress was attentive and knew the menu quite well which really helped narrow down some choices as the menu has quite a lot of good options. Everything we ordered was excellent, even the side salad was perfect, with fresh greens and a nice choice of dressings. The Black Forest chicken and mushroom ravioli were probably the standout orders but as I said, everything we ordered was delicious. Lizzie Keays is a great new addition to the culinary scene and we are all excited to go back!

My husband has gluten issues and adding a good local cider would be great to top off an excellent dinner. We enjoyed Billy T at Basil and Wick and will be dining at Lizzy Keays more often since it is closer to our home in Greenwich. Thanks for a great meal.

We've been in Bolton Landing for many years and have been looking for a great restaurant. We found it in Lizzie Keays! The food was excellent, far above the majority of the restaurants in the Lake George area. Our waitress Bree was lovely and made good recommendations. We can't wait to go back!
