Steak and Eggs Benedict was delish. So was the shrimp Bloody.
Delicious food, excellent kids options!
We love coming to Livia. When we are hungry but not enough for a whole meal we order the steak burger. It is out of this world and the potatoes yum. We usually split this meal. other times when we come to Livia every meal is delicious. I like trying their specials. This meal was sweet potato gnocci with a cream sauce. So, so good. The customer service from the time we walk in the door until we leave is supurb. Everyone smiles and makes us feel as though we are the most important guest they have. Thank you.
REALLY NOISY...STEAK WAS OVER DONE...WAITRESS NOT VERY AVAILABLE...WE WON'T BE BACK
Great menu and ambiance.
The food and ambience were great. However, between the loud conversations around us and the piped music, it was difficult to hear one another. we asked that the piped music volume be lowered; it was but minutes later it returned to its original volume, if not louder. Perhaps a week night might be better.
We came here tonight for Small Business Saturday. After trying to decide on something new to try, I settled (again) on the Lamb Gnocchi. Just trust me on this: it will be the most delicate gnocchi you’ve ever had. And the lamb is perfectly cooked with whatever veggies are in season. We’re trying our way through the appetizers list, and so far the Zucchini and Mozzerella is our favorite. Please, take some time to check it out and enjoy a night of good service and even better food.
If you walked into the restaurant, you would probably think it had just opened based on the level of service. The staff was either never trained or was trained poorly. The food was okay, but not out of the ordinary. The prices do not comport with the level of service. There are far too many good restaurants in the area to eat at Livia again.
Have eaten at this restaurant under former name, Café Amano, and enjoyed immensely. Have also done Happy Hour previously as Livia and highly recommend this. Was underwhelmed by service and food during this visit. Portion sizes were small, especially for the price. Could have eaten down the street for a better value. Disappointed that I could not give a higher rating overall but do have to recommend two desserts - the tiramisu and bread pudding were exceptional.
Went with a friend on a busy Friday night. The ambience and service were excellent. The restaurant was crowded but not full. I felt like the server was trying to rush us and turn the table. Other than that, the experience was quite enjoyable.
The food and service was outstanding but we were seated just outside the bar area and it was very noisy with the overflow of people waiting for seating at the bar standing nearby. We were initially shown a table for four in the bar area even though we had 7:00 pm dinner reservations to celebrate a special occasion.
We sat at a round table in the center of the room and we had to keep getting up on both sides to move our chair in so other people could walk by us. A lady in a stroller could not get by us nor could an elderly man that needed help walking. Also, the noise level was very high.
The service was slow and took them a couple of times to get our drink order right.
Great atmosphere. Fun drinks and amazing food!
Excellent food and service as always! Great beet & goat cheese salad and one of the best burgers available anywhere.
Outstanding Really Describes this Restaurant. Excellent Original menu items. Went with 9 people and everyone loved their meals. Burrata cheese Toast, Avocado Toast and Fried Zucchini Appetizers shared all delicious. Deserts Amazing. Favorite was White Chocolate Bing Cherry Bread Pudding. I would recommend this restaurant for All types of Dining.
Food and service is top-notch! Leave room for dessert. The bread pudding was great!
I meet a friend for lunch every month and we dine here every 3rd or 4th time. We enjoyed our lunch as usual. They were, however, out of our usual 1st and 2nd choices of wine. They did accommodate us with a slightly pricier bottle.
The food was delicious and lots of choices. Our server Gato was excellent. Would definitely be back!
Service was great, food was fantastic. Kevin and the team do a great job. Thank you
This was my first visit to Livia and I was very impressed. My friends and I shared the ricottta, honey and fig appetizer and it was AMAZING! I had the chicken florentine flatbread and it was so large I took half of it home and enjoyed it again later. The service was great as well. I would highly recommend Livia!
Great food, ambiance and service! 5 star experience!
April had spot on suggestions. Everything we tried was amazing. The broth on the shrimp and eggplant dish was drinkable! The lamb and gnocchi was by far one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious.
The menu variety and the food were excellent. Our party had several people with special dietary needs that were covered by the regular menu. Everyone enjoyed their food.
Great Food! The Lobster & Shrimp Diavolo is fantastic
We usually enjoy Livia. However this experience was not as good. We were rushed with our food. We ordered a salad and it came before we even ordered our entree. When we ordered the entrees, they came before done with salad. Felt like they just wanted to move us along and open up the table. Food was okay, but not as good as in the past. Our server was really good though and very attentive and helpful. Not sure we will be going back anytime soon.
The food was amazing and the service exceeded our expectations. Our server Gato was attentive and made excellent recommendations for our anniversary dinner.
I've had really great food here and this time I wasn't so impressed. The lamb gnocchi was too salty.
What a beautiful place! Had some friends in town last minute and made a reservation on line. Our server made the entire experience memorable. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and suggested a fantastic Cabernet to pair with our meals. Her witty personality and hospitality experience really shined through. The manager Alex stopped by a few times to give us a true table visit, not just the hi, how is everything? You could tell she really was interested in making our dining experience a true one! All around a fantastic venue with great service, food and ambiance! The place and the people have personality that I highly recommend!
Great service from Webster. Good food and nice ambiance.
Eric our server was top-notch!
Recommend faster bar service, table cloths on all tables if you’re going to use them and bread with meal, not just upon request. My experience felt like I was missing something. You can probably guess.
very busy, service was slow. food was very good except for pork chop. It was done perfectly but lacked flair. Ordinary sauced/finish and plated unimaginatively. Veggie salad over marinated and not crunchy.
Loved ! Food and Drinks were fantastic
Fabulous! Delicious! Love this place!
Overall great experience, but waitress was non-existent most of the time. Had to wait for basic questions on meal and for check. Saw more the servers than our waitress.
The pork chops are delicious and definitely worth a stop
Our server, Kaitlyn was superb. We never had to "look" for her. We ordered a delicious appetizer of meatballs which came out barely lukewarm. My wife and I each had barely half of one of the three meatballs when I mentioned to Kaitlyn the problem. She was very apologetic, and took the remaining meatball to the kitchen because we said that we would finish each of our meatballs, and maybe she could have the third one warmed up. She said that she would throw the third one out and completely replace the whole order. A couple of minutes later a "manager" came to our table with one meatball which was fine. Kaitlyn came by to see if everything was resolved, and we laughingly told her that the manager gave us one meatball and sh just shook her head and apologized for us not getting a new order. We laughed and told her no biggie. Not a major deal, not a really good move on the manager's part. The food was cery good, although my chicken and linguini dish was again lukewarm. My wife's dish was delicious and warm! We will be back. Again, Kaitlyn was awesome!
We are not able to get out to a nice restaurant like Livia very often but when we have the chance our first choice is Livia. We always split your delicious steak burger and we enjoy a glass of wine. Our waitress Kathryn was a delight. Always helpful, cheerful, fun but never obnoxious . She had other tables but we felt like we were the only table she had. She made us feel very special in a very special restaurant.
Awesome time bring our client to the restaurant. Server was GREAT!
