   Little Picardy is a lovely place. Staff are fantastic. We had food tonight and it was just lukewarm. We didn’t say anything as we didn’t have time to wait as we were going to a show in The Playhouse. It’s a shame as we would have given 5 ⭐️ if the food had been warmer.

   Great little bar with super friendly staff. Cocktails were excellent and there’s such a lovely vibe about the place. Food was good but menu is small.

   It has so much potential and fabulous front of house staff. Food choice and ambiance / tables are odd and don’t fit with pictures and description on website. Limited food choices for afternoon and actually overall poor menu selection. Not enough staff to take orders from your table. Lighting too bright and tables feel cheep. But staff are lovely and food tastes nice.

   Came with my husband, mum and mother in law for some pre-show drinks. Brilliant service and great value for money! We forgot to pay as we were wrapped up in getting to the show (which you can access and skip the outdoor queues from the venue - huge bonus!!!) and I phoned and they were able to pop through for me to settle the bill without any issue. Really friendly staff and lovely drinks. Thanks so much for making our pre-show time so nice! Will definitely be back next time we are in Edinburgh.

   Ideal for a light bite before the theatre. Stylish & modern with a lovely friendly atmosphere - thanks to the staff who are outstanding. We shared a selection of small plates all of which were delicious - we had checked out the menu online but no timings are recorded so we did think the sandwiches might have been available (only until 3pm) - perhaps adding the times to the online menu would be helpful. I have access needs so booked in advance - this is recommended as space on the ground floor is limited but the facilities are very good. I’m not often in this part of town but trips to the Playhouse now go hand in hand with a stop in Little Picardy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
