5 Star all the way. But way cold in there. Brrr!
Tried this place for the first time last week...great happy hour deals (drinks and food) and the dinner entrees were outstanding. The service was amazing...very friendly, informative and efficient. We will definitely be back!
A lot of people dont know about this gem in Las Colinas, the food is outstanding , fresh and creative. Their restaurant in Dallas is so busy there's always a wait. A must to try, guaranteed you will return!
Awesome!! Excellent service and very delicious sushi! Try the mana roll for riceless option.. can't go wrong w the tuna tower!
I've been waiting for Little Katana to open in Las Colinas! I love the Dallas location, and have been going for years. This one doesn't disappoint! The service and food are excellent. Will go back for sure.
This was our third time dining here in as many months. Great sushi and ramen - exceptional quality.
we have been dinning at Little Katana in Dallas for many years, this one has a few more items on their menu, and the food is terrific...they just opened in Las Colinas so there is not wait and reservations can be made on open table, which I love...service was great and fast...we will be returning many more times...great experience all and all......
Tried the crispy dumplings and the orange salmon. Both were great and I am looking forward to a return visit.
Little Katana is one of my very favorite restaurants. Their food is the number one reason--it is the best! Their staff is so friendly and helpful and makes the dining experience so much fun. Pam always takes an interest in us--even if we are not in her section, she comes by to say "Hi". She is outstanding, so helpful, so personable and so much fun. This time we had Ashley as our server and she also went above and beyond to make our dining experience very special.
I love their new location--they have done an excellent job of retaining the "feel" of the original location plus a more modern feel to the new spot. I also love their new outdoor patio.
Service was inattentive although the place was empty.
I've had better food there.
Perhaps it was just a bad day for them
Pretty disappointed on this visit. Never had a bad meal at the old location. We ordered 4 different sashimi items and a noodle with beef dish. The tuna sashimi was going bad and the beef in the noodle dish was dry, tough and bland. I'll give it another try and chalk it up to a bad night, but with all the great Japanese and every other type of restaurant in Dallas, 2 strikes and I'm done.
Waiter was very helpful but I was annoyed that we got a 2 topper table when the couple in front of us got a 4 topper with no reservation
I've been to LK before when it was at the old location. Food was fantastic as always- ordered the LK Special for $40 a couple of other rolls (rainbow and eel roll). And the scallop sashimi for $15. There was nothing especially terrible about the service other than our server didn't seem very interested in us. We got everything we ordered just fine but it did take her a while initially to even come to take our drink order. After we got our food she didn't come back to check on us either. We were the only diners at the time- around 5:45pm on a Friday afternoon (party of three). It just didn't feel we were very welcomed at the time.
Sushi on July 4th could be a new tradition! It was the perfect evening to share with my family visiting from out of town. Always happy to stay in the neighborhood and this place is on the top of the list.
The new location is wonderful! They kept the feel of their original location but added an airy openness with a new cocktail bar separate from the sushi bar.
We had their bento boxes and it was all fabulous. My only wish over lunch was that they offered luncheon-sized entrees from their dinner menu. I had my heart set on the salmon.
Parking was a challenge as I could not see the entrance until I passed it on the one way street. It is at the southern end of the complex and easy enough to access once you know where the public entrance is located.
