We absolutely loved Little Goat! The service was amazing and our food was delicious!!
Food and service incredible! I wanted to try most things listed on the menu. We will be back for sure.
Never disappoints! Great service, wonderful and delicious vegan options. Recommended for Casual business lunches!
We travel to Wisconsin via Chicago twice a year, but before we drive out we make a stop at Little Goat. Never disappoints. Coming from Texas, we love the peach habenero salsa. As foodies coming from Austin, we love the creativity of the menu, always changing.
Comfortable, busy atmosphere and fantastic food. I am gluten free and they have a separate menu and tons of options.
Server resolved the issue - unfortunate to have a large plastic twist tie found in my sandwich. Took a visitor from out of town and was a poor reflection on quality of restaurant.
Again server comped the sandwich without me asking and I know mistakes happen - just was unfortunate to experience this
Love the food & drinks. Would like to try breakfast sometime in the future
We loved the flavors in the French toast and Little Piggy went to China. We also really enjoyed the India Colada and Scotch in the Morning.
Excellent atmosphere, delicious food and amazing service. Would highly recommend.
Great service. Excellent recommendations from the waiter
The hash browns were DELICIOUS, but they should be shared because they took up half of my plate. The Gouda toast was my favorite thing I ordered for breakfast.
Brother sister dinner!
Date with my wife
Place was very busy on a Saturday morning, so it was a bit hectic. However, the host gave away from reservation to someone else while I was standing 5 feet away (I guess she forgot I had checked in already?). Resulted in sitting down 20 mins after my reservation.
Food was terrific, I had the okonomiyaki which was a really cool breakfast take in the traditional Japanese food.
Would highly recommend the restaurant.
Food was DELICIOUS as it always is and the service was attentive and special. Highly recommend!
Food tasted good at that time, but my friend and I, both ended up with bad stomach issues right after the meal.
Blah. More hype then anything. Diner atmosphere rings true, food not so much
I brought my sister here for a birthday brunch and everything was perfect! They even brought out a cinnamon bun with a candle in it which was soo good! My sister was very happy!
We traveled to Chicago to celebrate our anniversary and our experience at Little Goat was fantastic. The service was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the restaurant itself was really fun.
We love Little Goat the unique and delicious dishes are always a delight to behold. Waiters are always friendly and accommodating. Wish it was a tiny bit less noisy but despite that we will be back when in town.
My sandwich (katsu) was delicious and huge. My companion asked what meals were suitable for vegetarians, and was given a separate menu. When she ordered off it, she was told that her choice was not available at lunch time. There was nothing written on the menu to suggest that. She ended up just getting a soup because it was all too hard. It was really noisy, fine for a work do where you don't want to have to talk to people, but it wasn't a perfect choice for a chat.
The food was good but our server Caroline was terrible. She was rude and indifferent and should not be working there! She ruined the night for us!
Great place for any palate. Definitely not a "go to once a week" place due to price, but the entire meal was so worth it. I will be back.
I dined here for the first time on Sunday night 11/3, with an old friend I hadn’t seen in ages! (He treated for dinner; I treated for 5th row seats for the Tool concert at United Center later on that evening!) It was his first time here too! We had a great experience here! Great food and service! We had the duck sausage pierogi appetizers, which were awesome! For entrees, he had their bibimbop entree; I had the porkbelly & shrimp noodle entree—both of us LOVED our entrees too! I also had the Not Chinese Broccoli side dish (LOL) and this popular smokey-flavored margarita—those were fantastic too! We sat down at 5:15 then within that hour, the place had largely filled up with more diners, including this huge party of 15 people next to us! This place was hopping! Our server was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional! We would definitely dine here again! The menu has a lot of creative selections plus they also serve the breakfast items all day! Can’t wait to also dine at Stephanie Izzard’s other restaurants!!
I love this place. Our server asked if anyone had allergies and I am in fact unable to have dairy. HE BROUGHT ME A DAIRY FREE MENU!!! so I didnt have to guess or narrow down things myself. It was so nice and convenient. The food is amazing and service always goes above and beyond. The only improvement I would suggest is a little hospitality training for the hostesses...I've always felt they were a little rude and pompous.
The biscuits and the breakfast dish pronounced “Yum!” are so delicious! I can’t wait to go back.
Never disappointed! Have gotten something different every time we’ve been here, and everything is amazing!!!
Friendly and knowledgeable waiter. Made good recommendations. Relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed the hummus and skirt steak was delicious. We’ll definitely go again
Spontaneous and lovely. Thanks to open table for getting us a last minute reservation
Friendly and inviting staff. The food was amazing. I couldn’t decide what to get so I guess I have to go back to try more.
This is my third time at Little Goat and they have been awesome every time. Keep up the great work. I had the “Los Drowned” sandwich and it was a knock out. It was tender and juicy and absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of spice. This could be my favorite sandwich n the city.
Service is awesome. The server answered my questions and recommended the sandwich.
The hostess, a very charming individual, sat us promptly and said good bye on departure.
This is truly one of Chicago’s gems.
Bucket list item complete, the Stephanie Izard restaurant circuit. Highly recommend all of them. They were all different and great in their own way.
Service and dinner was outstanding will be returning in the future
Used to be one of the best, been a regular since the place opened. Menu has deteriorated and shrunk, service this time was very poor, actually had to go looking for server when we arrived and then even after apology, she disappeared regularly hanging in the employee area. Patty melt was good but messy and had to ask for more paper napkins twice like they were gold. Fries were little tiny pieces. Shrunken beer list with only one low end standard pilsner plus a few craft choices. Don't know why the place is still so popular. We won't be back.
Food was okay. Burger way undercooked. Cannot make any modifications to specials. Service was subpar.
the vegan avocado crumpets are to die for! can't wait to go back for brunch to get those
So good it should be illegal
Really good brunch
Had the French toast. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while!
The apple spiced pancakes are some of the best in Chicago. Sausage patties are also sweet and delicious. Great service. A great casual breakfast spot
