We are vegetarians and there was a good selection of food, they even had a vegan menu. Food was delicious.
Awesome front of house staff able to accommodate schedule and sat us quickly. Server did an excellent job explaining and sharing favorites/specials. Table was pretty self sufficient after food but she came to check on us a few times.
Brunch date with my wife. Service was friendly though a little sluggish. Food was good. Nice spot to people watch.
Our waiter was really fun!
It was awesome expereonce
Over the top delicious!
Very nice food...loved itVery nice food...loved it
What a great place! Menu is full of twists on great classics, like butter chicken pot pie. Music and decor was spot on for a diner feel.
The food, service, and ambiance were exactly what I expected for a place operated by a highly recognized chef. The place was hopping, busy - but not crazy. Each of us enjoyed our food selection and would go back!
Great menu- we shared the Little Piggy and the cinnamon bun. Service was fast and friendly- kept my coffee full. Glad we got to go!
Great food. Love the ambiance.
Our party of four had a wonderful meal. My only complaint would be that it was a little too loud for conversation across the booth. They seated us promptly. Service and food were outstanding. Will visit again!
In town for a concert at City Winery. I’ve been a big fan of Stephanie Izard since Top Chef days and was excited to reserve counter space. Meal was delicious, service was attentive and drinks were strong (in a good way). Loved it!
Our server was sort of odd. We were asking her questions about the menu and food and everything and she gavels the most vague response possible. It was odd. Luckily everything was delicious and sounded amazing so it didn’t matter but she could have been a better server and leader of the experience.
Get the macaroni! It will change your life
Also, I love the true diner feel with such elevations in the food
Will be coming back many times
It is such a great spot for a casual dinner with friends
Fabulous. Service, food, drinks were excellent.
Food was phenomenal. We had the Bulls Eye French toast and the pork belly home fries- so good! Also the Gouda bacon toast- amazing. The drinks were a little on the smaller side, but overall everything was delicious- try the home made hot sauce!
This was our first time dining at Little Goat, we have dined at its sister restaurant Girl and the Goat several times before and liked the food there, this restaurant did not disappoint. Try the messy fun fries (a meal in itself--the American version of poutine), the chicken pot pie is not to be missed. The bread of the day--freshly baked with dips, I can eat two portions with the meal!
We also had the Java the mint sundae to share--it is huge (25+ ounce cup) and should be shared --unless you have a really sweet tooth or crave indigestion.
We shall return!
Great food and drinks!
Fun, casual place with good food. Classic diner food with twists, can be hit or miss. Really loud.
Great vegan menu!
Great comfort food, and really accommodating with families with small children.
surprisingly the food was really good. it is very much a diner, except everything is ala carte. the walls at the small booths and floors could use a regular cleaning, but aside from that no complaints. I will go again.
Amazing spot! The Fat Club sammy might be the best sandwich I have ever had.
Great food and atmosphere. A bit on the pricey side for what it is but I would definitely go there again.
Great as always! Servers very attentive and always one step ahead! We never visit Chicago without a visit to Little Goat!
2nd time at Little Goat. I had the special - vegetable omelet and split a side of cheesy hash browns.
The omelet was probably the best I ever had. Hash browns were excellent.
$17 for omelet is a bit pricey, though. Will be back, but not an everyday place.
Very good service and a delightful menu with twists on conventional diner food made this a fun choice. I made the reservation and it seemed there were vegan options online, but then there were not. I didn’t want to make a fuss about my diet in front of a client, so I just ordered off the menu. But I would not have come if I had known.
The food is creative but approachable and perfectly executed. Service is good without being intimidating. All around everything you’d expect from Stephanie Izzard and Randolph Street.
Loved the Mardi Gras Specials. The food was outstanding! Our server was hilarious and great with food recommendations.
Lots of fun, different things on the menu. Can’t wait to go again.
The okonomiyaki, the spiced apple pancakes, and Los Drowned were all incredible. The service was very good, and the atmosphere is very aesthetically pleasant and comfortable. The prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend it. Thanks, Chef Izard!
Everything was very good with a little twist. Nachos and pork belly fries for appetizers were amazing. Apple pancakes were heavenly and chicken sandwich very good with fresh bun. We had to wait for the buns to be cooked but they were worth the wait. Want to go back again and try more items.
This will always be my go-to place in Chicago’s West Loop.
The food is always phenomenal and the service was great! One of my absolute places to go and always worth the trip.
Did not love rhebfoo
The service was great and the food was just as good. I have been wanting to go since they opened and I just keep forgetting. I am glad I got to come here. I would recommend everything. I also was very happy that they offered vegan, dairy free and gluten free menus.
I come here when I stop in to Chicago and it is amazing! Brought 3 friends this time and they loved it! An awesome experience.
