We recently stumbled upon the Little Barn while walking around and being tourist in Kennebunkport. The first time we went we were blow away at the service, the waiter was impressive to say the least. This Saturday was are second time, and again, everything to the hostess, waitress, the cocktails and food was incredibly impressive. This will forever be a staple when we visit Kennebunkport! absolutely love it!

I had high hopes for a little barn but was not impressed. I know this is a offshoot, more casual venue of the White Barn Inn and I was expecting it to be pricey (and it was) but I honestly don’t mind paying for excellent food at service. I got the strawberry salad which was light and good and for my entree I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup ($19). It tasted like Campbell Soup and a dry grilled cheese sandwich I could’ve made it home. I was so very disappointed. I will say that the team was extremely responsive and apologetic. They took it off our bill and also paid for our dessert. Which was very kind. Another note, the Little Barn room is nice but empty feeling and didn’t have a lot of warmth. Just overall very disappointed with the food and, sadly my expectations were not met.

Lovely, intimate setting with wonderful dishes and attentive service. Highly recommend for date night or a special evening out.

We had a lovely birthday dinner for my husband. The cocktails were creative and yummy as was all the food!

We very much enjoyed dining at Little Barn. Service was excellent. Our waiter Greg was attentive and very professional. Our cocktails, perfect! Our meals, very good. The wine, fantastic. Make sure you ask for White Barn's full wine list.

The one thing I think we missed the most was a white tablecloth. Although this restaurant is not the fine dining of The White Barn Inn Restaurant, we think the table setting deserves better than a paper placemat. Small thing, but would just give the room and the experience a lift.

We look forward to returning soon, especially since we coupled the dining experience with an overnight stay. Everyone at the inn made our stay quite enjoyable. Oh, the pre breakfast coffee and croissants delivered to our room the next morning really started our day off on the right foot. Big thanks to all!

A lovely and memorable dinner. The staff was kind and accommodating. Food was *chef’s kiss*. Make sure you order the Brussels sprouts, they are exceptional.

Our meal at Little Barn was beautiful. Excellent service by Cat, with high quality food in a perfect setting at White Barn. It was a perfect night with the warm fireplace glowing as live piano music was being played. Wow!

The vibe here is AMAZING, really romantic and decorated beautifully. Definitely coming back!

Yummy food, great service and a cute setting. My husband loved his pasta. My wings needed to be crispier, but the Brussels sprouts chips were amazing. The Nutella cannolis were ok but the presentation and size were not impressive. Will return in the future.

Same chef yet not nearly as good as our dinner two nights ago at White Barn. Dishes were bland and poorly executed.

Food was outstanding...we had pickled cauliflower, crispy sprout chips, an appetizer special (spinach and white bean dip with grilled sourdough bread); wagyu burger and half chicken entrees. I would recommend all of it! To drink, I had the Oaxacan Dew cocktail, which was also amazing (I had two of them :) ). Service was great. We went during Covid and dining restrictions, but the experience was still enjoyable.

This will be our go-to place in Kennebunkport. In fact, we canceled our other dining reservations to eat here one last time before heading home. The mixologist is an expert. The piano player so very talented. And...the food superb.

Food options were a bit limited. The $30 lobster roll was not what I would've expected from this establishment. It was on a small hot roll and was not filled very much. I do not think the price was equal to the product.

Great food. We ate outside and everything was excellent. The best part of our lunch was the fact that we did not feel at all rushed!

Our meal at Little Barn was amazing! Our waiter was great in telling us about the specials and recommending the Lobster risotto which was sooo delish! Will definitely want to come back and try the tasting menu at the White Barn!

The drink “the gardener” truly amazing

We have been to the White Barn Inn’s main dining room several times for very special occasions - and it is always a very special experience. After a spontaneous stopover in K-Port while driving back to CT from mid-coast Maine, we were delighted to find out that the White Barn was now offering a more casual dining experience. It didn’t take much deliberation amongst the group to decide to head over to the Little Barn for dinner. Same kitchen, same cooks, same excellent service. Chris was our waiter and also a sommelier, which made for good service, great conversation as well as an informed resource for our selections. The menu was great - something for everyone. Preparation was impeccable and the flavors highly satisfying. We left knowing that we had made a great decision and look forward to returning.

Disappointed with the fact that we thought we were getting the fine dining experience. The website is not set up clearly and we had no idea. The food on the little barn side wasn’t that exciting for the price we paid without the “fine dining” experience. We were overall just disappointed.

We had dinner on Sunday night and only my husband loved his dinner. He ordered the special tagliatelle bolognese #1 and it was delicious. The halibut special #4 was overcooked and the lobster roll #2 was good with the best french fries. I had the lobster mac and cheese which was made with orzo and my dinner was rated #3. There was only one waiter for the entire restaurant which was unfortunate as service was exceptionally slow. We waited at the piano bar for our table which was a lovely however no one ever came to take our drink order. My guess with COVID impacting their summer season the restaurant is not operating at full wait staff. Not rushing back this summer.

Service is wonderful and the food is exceptionally good. All four of us enjoyed everything we ordered. We will be back.
