Our waiter was very nice however when we arrived we weren’t seated till 20 minutes after our reservation (granted we were 3 minutes late so i wasn’t expecting instant seating but still) overall 7/10

There was a long wait time to be seated for our reservation. However, the service from the time we stepped through the door was otherwise exceptional. We were offered comped drinks and a free app for the table while giving consistent updates until seated. Once we were seated the wait staff was also amazing. They made us feel super welcomed. I would return based on service alone. The food and drinks were also amazing. No complaints.

There’s certainly been a drop in standard, dress code isn’t upheld anymore, just everyone dressing any kind of way walking in, which I think should be checked, service charges are also new to me and ridiculously high

Generally, this was a very good experience. The food was delicious as expected. Our overall service was good, however, our waiter continually tried to upsell us with everything we ordered on the menu at each stage. There is a way to do this more subtly if it is the restaurant’s policy, however, at an upscale restaurant of this sort, it seems overdone and too obvious. Additionally, in our original reservation, we indicated that this was an anniversary celebration,. The hostess and our waiter were not aware of this and both ask separately if we were there for a special occasion. In both cases, we reiterated that this was an anniversary celebration. This in no way changed any aspect of our service for good or for bad it seems like a missed opportunity.
