Terrible food. Just avoid this place
Service was good but food was just terrible
Great restaurant and AMAZING service. Beto was attentive, had great suggestions and the crew there was super hospitable. We will be back!
A Hidden Gem in Orlando.
Food was very good and service exceptional.
Not sure how this restaurant is still open because it's terrible and surely explains the lack of customers there. Food is sub-par. Restaurant management doesn't seem to care. I saw manager walking around and catering to fellow Brazilian or Portuguese customers who must not mind the food, but didn't seem to care for other customers. It seems that only patrons knew the owners. This place is really bad. Honestly surprised it remains open. Also, parking is a pain. Really regret choosing this place for a family dinner.
We looked for a restaurant with Portuguese cuisine for our family vacation to Orlando. Some family traveled from Portugal for our vacation so we were interested in trying this restaurant. Service was very good, although one meal took extra long to come out. Waitress was great and very personable and attentive. Food was great, very typical Portuguese cuisine. We would definitely return.
The best Portuguese restaurant in town, without a question!
I love this restaurant!! Everything is amazing, from the food to the music. Wonderful service. Love to come here everytime I’m in Orlando.
A Brazilian Uber driver clued us in on this gem and with my wife being Portuguese, we always try the local interpretation of her homeland. Great service (our server was from the Azores and wonderful) and the food authentic. Would highly recommend.
The service was everything you would expect from the fanciest of restaurants but a casual dining experience. The food was authentic Portuguese and brought us back to life and food in the açores Portugal. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back
This is a gem. The food was delicious and portions are ample. The staff was friendly and professional. This is a place which is comfortable and where you can actually talk to each other while you dine as it is quite.
Amazing dishes ... they never fail me whatever I order!
Superb food, service and atmosphere
One of our favorites spots in Orlando! We usually have a hard time to find good places with really good and authentic food and this one is incredible. We love Portuguese food, reminds our childhood with our grandparents in Brazil, and this place is awesome, the food is really good. It's a little expensive though, but to go sometimes, have a special lunch or dinner, will perfectly fit.
The food and the service was awesome. Definitely I recommend this place!
Great friendly service. Great Portuguese food. Amazing list of bacalhau dishes (best I've seen in any Portuguese restaurant) but would love to see more seafood selections. Home-made Pasteis de Belem were great but too much cinnamon. Would definitely go again!!!
I took a girlfriend to celebrate her birthday.
I knew the food of Lisbon since I was used to go to their former place with another name.
I liked everything, however, cod fish cakes were very different from what they used to be: now there is more potatoes than cod fish.
Bacalhau à Lagareiro was the best!
Pastéis de Belem ( dessert) were great!
The octopus appetizer was delicious. I also had the grilled codfish with potatoes, onions and peppers and loved it.
As usual it was all great! I love the food and service
Lisbon was great! The food is excellent and the octopus was the best I ever had! I would go back to try other dishes. Thank you to the owner who came out and took such good care of our party. He know how the run a restaurant!
Very disappointing. Service was very slow and the steaks were burned. Service was very poor.
Will not come back to this restaurant .
Too noising for business dinner
Nice people. Food is mediocre.
Muito bom comida! Portugal na América. It is great food and very true to the culture of Portugal
Wonderful food! Really nice place.
We ordered 3 different types od Bacalhau.
All of them were very tasty, delicious!
AMAZING Portuguese Food! I was traveling in Orlando and found this gem. I ended up dining here twice in a week. I can’t wait to go back to Orlando so I can eat here again.
Food and service were great
Food was excellent. We had the octopus and codfish. They were both prepared and plated very well. Great service and the next time I’m in Orlando, I’ll make it a point to dine at the Lisbon restaurant.
Great food! Friendly staff ,clean and prices are good for quality of food.
For the ones that know and enjoy real Portuguese cuisine , you will not be disappointed, for the ones that haven't tried please do it so . Lisbon is a wonderful place to enjoy our real gastronomy, the most traditional Portuguese dishes you will find them there . The octopus is to die for , my favorite . Thank you to the owner that made the special dessert that was not on the menu for Easter to my daughter . Serradura ... her reason to go there ... muitos êxitos . We traveled from Tampa for dinner on Easter and for sure was well worth it
I have to say I'm so happy to have found this Portuguese Restaurant. My family and I had our Easter lunch here and as we all know it gets very busy around special holidays. From the moment we walked in to the minute we all left it was spectacular. Greeting us was very pleasant the food was delicious the waitress was very sweet and very knowledgeable about everything. I would definitely go back. If you have not or have had Portuguese European food in the past you will definitely enjoy your evening here. Thank you to everyone that also made my son's birthday a great surprise.
Thank you from:
Vieira & Pinho Family
I believe due a holiday, Easter Sunday, the restaurant was very busy and the service was not the same as other times.
The service was terrible! The waitress was very unpolite, took over 30 minutes to bring us water and the food was swimming in oil!
Do not recommend.
Great place; service was excellent and the food fantastic and very authentic. The octopus dish was phenomenal and the flamed chorizo appetizer was awesome as well. And the ambiance is great as well. You can actually have a nice conversation with pleasant music in the background, unlike all the other restaurants in I-Drive with blaring music that you have to shout over.
We had reservations for a group of 8 on a Sat. night, two of us arrived in time for our reservations but the other party members where at least a half an hour late. However, the wait staff was very courteous about it and even sang Happy Birthday in Portuguese to my boyfriend. The food was excellent, authentic Portuguese food with some "staples" mixed in to satisfy everyone. Also, I have to add that the rest of our group was pretty rowdy and rude at times, but the wait staff always treated us with respect regardless. A very enjoyable experience, will be back. Thank you.
Food was good if you don’t mind waiting for 1.5 hours to eat. Waitress was running around and doing her best but kitchen and front of the house were in extreme distress. The food, when it arrived, it was delicious but by the time it arrived we were no longer hungry.
This was a great find. Quiet, casual, family-friendly but was a good spot for long-time friends to get together and chat over dinner. Food was outstanding, well-prepared, nicely presented, and delicious. Our waiter turned out to be the owner's son, and it was fun to learn the family origins of some of the meals.
Highly recommended -- we'll go out of our way to go back the next time we are in the Orlando area.
The food was fantastic!! Our waiter was charming and excellent at explaining the House specialties.
I was born in Lisbon and grew up enjoying home cooking, some of which was bacalhau a gomes sa. My wife , who is American and loves Portugal (we went several years ago) inherited my grandmother's recipe and does it perfectly. The right amount of olive oil, eggs, black olives, and grilled to perfection.
Therefore, the restaurant had a high standard to meet, for which they did a nice job. The chourizo appetizer had a nice blend of red wine, and the pastels the Belem for dessert were very good...........the pastry was not as flaky as the real ones, but still very nice, and so was the flan.
Friendly staff as well, and the fado (famed Portuguese music) playing in the background made it authentic
The restaurant has been opened for a year and half. We look forward to our next visit!
