A delicious plant based fine-dining option! We were very pleased to enjoy a date night here. Service was a bit lacking, but overall it that did not diminish the overall experience. We knew more about the wine than our server did, which is okay, but a little more education on the wine/drink list would really put this place over the top!
If my only mark is against the service not knowing the wine list, this should still be a top recommend for anyone else. Delicious food, very modern atmosphere and upscale feeling really set this place apart from the others!
Food was incredible, service was great, and we really enjoyed our meal there. Will definitely come again to try the brunch menu. Can not wait for it 😁

Cheesy grits, shiitake 'bacon', braised greens. Highly recommended. The menu changes, so not everything in on the Open Table menu. I can't wait to go back. If I lived in Baltimore, I'd be a regular. I'm not a vegan either. Non-vegans will be amazed.

The best thing we had was the tacos followed by the cheese plate everything else was not worth the time or money.
The food was very tasty, however it was a very limited menu with few options. The menu is also not budget friendly nor supports the portion sizes.
The atmosphere/aesthetic was really nice! My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. For an appetizer, we got two barbacoa tacos which were phenomenal!!! I got the spicy udon noodles as my main, and they were very flavorful and umami! My boyfriend got the "crab" cake, and it was very flavorful and portioned generously. We also purchased drinks--the Black Sails and the Catch Me if You Can--and both were very enjoyable! I would definitely recommend.
Stopped in for cocktails and was quite disappointed. Ambience was great, but my drink was super astringent (not yummy!) and the bartender rushed my date and I out.
Food was great, but portions for two of the dishes were much too small. Dishes were creative and interesting. Restaurant needs to work on timing. We had finished our appetizers before the cocktails ever arrived. Two of the cooks in the open kitchen were not wearing masks some or all of the time.
The Maitake entree with the braised greens and cheesy grits was excellent, perfectly balanced together, full of flavor and depth. The spiced cheesecake was amazing, rich and satisfying. The harvest bowl was good and chocolate Carmel crumble was ok.

Went to Liora on a Tuesday night with a colleague. Service was friendly and food was delicious. Took home dessert - banana bread pudding. The bread pudding was life changing. Delicious! Highly recommend.

We had an excellent brunch at Liora. Service was great. The food and coffee (french press) were amazing. Dessert was out of the world phenominal. We are not vegan but don't eat dairy and egg so we tend toward vegan at breakfast/brunch. We will definitely be making this our regular weekend brunch spot.

My partner and I came here for a Saturday noon brunch. We were in Baltimore for a convention and were looking for a vegan-friendly place to have lunch. Liora is a 5 minute walk from the convention center and is entirely plant-based so it was a perfect option.
We had an excellent experience at the restaurant. The decor was warm and inviting. Our server was quick, courteous, and friendly. We ordered the Scramble Sandwich and Spanish Tortilla as mains, the Cheesy Grits and Smashed Fingerlings as sides, and the Panna Cotta for dessert. Each dish was fantastic and we couldn't decide which we liked the best. It was a really great meal. Coming to Liora was reason enough to drive into the city and we will definitely be back.

I will absolutely go back for a meal again. Everything about this place was high in quality and there is an extra special gift at the end where you get to keep a crystal. You are surrounded by beautiful plants and high vibe music. The service is through genuine kind souls as well. Highly recommend!
First time at an upscale vegan place. Not bad for a carnivores like myself. But my wife, a vegetarian, really enjoyed the tomato lasagna and the old bay chips.

We informed ahead of time that my son is allergic to nuts, but when he started appetizer he immediately started feeling allergy symptoms. May be that dish was contaminated? Certain items in the menu was not available. The other items were okay. Food was very expensive.

Being vegan and gluten free it is very hard to find a good meal in Baltimore. No more! I was able to have a “cheese platter”, delicious main course and a dessert of a deconstructed banana cream pie topped with brûléed bananas! I loved it so much I bought the cookbook. If you’re looking for more plant based meals in an upscale environment, this is it!
My experience was incredible! The food was delicious (the Mac and cheese and panna cotta were AMAZING) and the service was even better!! Between my server, Hannah, and the chefs I was able to interact with through their open kitchen format, I felt like I was at home with family ❤️ 10/10 would recommend this establishment for anything from a celebration to just a nice place to get a drink! And a special shout-out to Hannah for being so so sweet and accommodating while I took myself on a birthday date! You made my experience even better than I could have imagined!
The money is pretty limited and over priced for what it is, also they did not have more than one item on the menu. I get their supply chains issues but do you know you can still vegetables in the refrigerator … right ? Also the drinks are the WEAKEST in the city. Not a cocktail place

Service: there was only one waitress working the entire restaurant. My service was slow (I was seated 12 min before anyone approached my table even for water) but she was working hard and was professional. Not her fault.
Bottom line: not many veggie/vegan options in the Inner Harbor. I would go back, but with diminished expectations. In a post Covid environment I think it will improve.

As others have already stated, absolutely delightful experience from beginning to end! So grateful that Matthew Kenney has brought plant-based fine dining to Baltimore and hope that many more will come out and support this incredible venture. The interior was light, fresh, and cozy, and our sever Domonique was a kind delight who recommended dishes to us that we absolutely LOVED.
We tried the barbacoa taco, crab cakes, and smoky maitake mushroom with cheesy grits and braised greens. I've never had such flavorful AND healthy cuisine before! Food came out quickly and was devoured almost as fast :) Parking was not as difficult as we anticipated on this side of the harbor (though we did visit on a Sunday evening). Great drinks selection as well, and as a vegan with nut allergies, I highly appreciated the clear menu labeling.We will certainly consider this a place to celebrate future occasions.
