   The staff was great from the moment we walked in all the way until we walked out. Food and drinks were great and staff seemed very knowledgeable about the food, drinks and specials.

   We loved our previous experience at Link & Pin so we were excited to celebrate St Patrick’s Day with friends there. It took 1.5 hours to get all meals served and two meals were served 15 min apart from others at the table. It felt like the kitchen forgot about us. We got only one glass of water, and the server never offered us seconds on our cocktails. They warned us the floors were slippery and someone actually FELL down the ramp while we were there (not in our party). The manager came by several times to inquire about our experience but it was already too late at that point. The restaurant was half empty on a Friday night. Not sure what has happened since the last time we dined here but we probably won’t be back.

   Great variety of food, apps, wine, etc. Some meals are on the pricier side but plenty of lower priced items as well. Sometimes we get a bunch of apps as our meal...steaks are great too. Service was excellent.

    Overall everything was great. Including the food and service. Only minor issue is that it did get really loud and it made it difficult to have a conversation. But I guess that is the result of everyone having a good time. And sort of expected given the layout of the restaurant. But to summarize, everything was great and would definitely recommend especially for a date.

    Our server (I believe her name was Lori), was fantastic. She was spot on with her drink recommendations and she provided insight to items on the menu. If/when we go back, we'd definitely ask to sit in her section again. The charcuterie board was an excellent selection. Also, the brussels sprouts, with the orange-caramel glaze, were probably the best we've had anywhere. Definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning soon!

    From the outside, it doesn’t look like a nice restaurant but the food was great! I would never go in there without the reviews for dinner. But it was great and we had a great date night. :)

    Our server was awesome! Manager came by to check on us as well, made sure to tell him how great everything was. I forgot our server's name but her timing was perfect, checking in frequent enough to keep a good flow of our dinner. Ceviche, Lobster Ravioli, Shrimp & Grits, and Chicken & Waffles were delicious! We were sad that we didn't save room for dessert, so I guess we'll get it next time. Thank you again to the server, manager, and kitchen staff for a great dinner!

    Cowboy steak was excellent. Seasoned with salt and pepper perfectly. Then cooked perfectly. Nice tender thick and juicy. A side of melted garlic butter would have topped it off. Our server Allison did an outstanding job as well.

    My wife and I made a reservation and were seated promptly at our time. I would say the experience was was pretty good except for our seating. We we put in a corner booth which made us face a couple just a foot or so away. It was hard to have a conversation without hearing what they were saying or eating. We were literally seated facing them. I would expect a little more ambiance for this type of restaurant and the price of the food.

    It was my Dad's 82 birthday. Mathew once again made us feel like family . His service and attention to detail is above and beyond. Our Tomahawk ribeye always cooked to perfection.

    I was bummed when the original restaurant, Mickey and mooch, went out of business. But this place is incredible! Literally one of the best steaks in Charlotte. No idea how the chef was able to get a nice bark around the entire filet, but he did. The brussels sprouts were to die for, and we loved the ambience. Will go back for sure

    We were looking forward to going to Link & Pin but we were a bit disappointed. The dining areas are inviting and clean. We were seated in a dining area with a high ceiling where most of the tables were occupied. It was unusually loud taking away from the experience. Our server wasn’t really rude but he wasn’t friendly either. I expect the server to at least be friendly. Our table for two became too wabbly during our meal when a stack of folded paper worked it’s way out from under one of the legs. This was really irritating as I had to keep my feet on the platform for the remainder of the meal to keep the table from jostling our drinks and plates. This is something that should not happen at a nicer restaurant. We ordered truffle fries as an appetizer. They were warm and limp. Crispy hot fries are not difficult to prepare or serve. We also did not like the taste of the sauce or the flavoring sprinkled on the fries. There was a puddle of oil in the bottom of the dish of fries. The two entrees we ordered were a salad adding chicken and the General Tso’s Cauliflower. The portion of chicken on the salad was very small. The salad had a good portion of fresh lettuce. The highlight of the meal was the General Tso’s Cauliflower and I must say it was amazing! Wonderful flavors on nicely fried cauliflower heaped on a bed of rice. We do not plan on going back to Link & Pin but I would definitely order that cauliflower dish for take out!

    We had such a lovely evening! The atmosphere was very cool, a bit loud but still enjoyable. The service was outstanding, Matthew was extremely attentive and personable and made our night! The cocktails are handcrafted and delicious! A little pricey but for a great night out, worth it! Will definitely be back

    This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I found the food, wine and service to be excellent. Unfortunately, the noise level made it difficult to have a conversation at our table. Also, the parking situation is horrible.
