What Insiders Are Saying
Do you need us to tell you about Linger? Not unless you moved here yesterday. Oh, right, you probably did move here yesterday.
It didn’t feel nearly as special as it did in years past. It’s definitely lost its magic.
Very noisy and service was even slower than normal...and it was a Tuesday. But the food and the drink delivered as always
We asked for seating in the bar and we were seated underneath the bar in a dark room. No ambiance whatsoever.
Linger was delicious once again. This has become the new spot we take all of our out-of-town visitors to. It's great for a fun dinner but also a date night. Will be back soon, I'm sure!
We enjoyed a family birthday dinner for our 18yr old daughter. It was our first visit to Linger, portions are smaller, (street taco style), flavor was great, service was 'ok', cool but industrial styling. Will return at some point, overall it was good, but not great due to almost reluctant service from wait staff.
I love Linger because they are so helpful to accommodate all of the food allergies in our group.
Excellent and unique food, very oddly priced. Most was reasonable, but then there was $26 chicken pad thai and $8 Coors Light. It was good nonetheless. We will be back
One of my favorite spots! I’m constantly recommending it to people. Love love love!
Delicious, unique food at reasonable prices. I love how the menu is divided by geography ... there are so many bold and delicious flavors! Everything we ate was yummy .... I will return
My fiancé and I came here for our weekly date. I had the lamb kabobs which were okay. I was expecting cubes meat but instead it’s like a sausage on a tortilla with different sauces. The combination of 3 sauces I’m not sure is a good idea, it ended up tasting strange. I also had the bison Reuben bao which is not a bao. It’s a closed dumpling-like pastry with melted cheese on top. It tasted good. My fiancé had the wagyu burgers which he thought were very good. He also had the duck bao which we both thought was very tasty. I had the Saigon cocktail which was very good. Overall happy we tried it but nothing to call home about. Very average.
Always love the food here!
We visit Linger every time we're in Denver. Never had a bad experience. Great food, ambiance, & service.
Service was poor and food was a lot like bar food elevated only by its description and categorizing it all by its global roots. The dosa we had was an exception and really good. Really appreciate your valet parking!
Very loud, was not offering lunch menu so no salad option. Reservation was messed up. Seated us at a table for 2 when there was 4 of us. Wait staff was not attentive. We drove all the way from Steamboat to entertain friends. Disappointing!
First time to Linger. It was wonderful!! The varied choices & flavors on the menu make me want to return again & again.
Rooftop happy our was AMAZING!! Excellent food and drinks at amazing price and pretty view.
If you visit Denver and don't go to Linger...you are missing out...big time. The food is incredible. The atmosphere in the dining room and on the rooftop are fun and energetic.
Great at happy hour and love the roof top ambiance!
Unique and yummy food. Fun:lovely environment.
Awesome place for brunch !- our group was 6 people and device was amazing offering vegan and gluten free options.
This is not the place to bring mom for a birthday brunch. The hostess was the nicest person, and very helpful. The waiter we rarely saw. The food took forever. IT WAS SO LOUD, that we could not have a conversation. No one enjoyed themselves in my party, I was embarrassed that I chose the wrong place to bring my family.
Felt like this place is over priced for the quantity of food served. Taste of food is fine. Overall its a good place just that its pricey!!
They looked slammed at 1 pm on a Saturday. The entire staff from the hostesses to the servers and busses all handled it with professionalism. A memorable meal. My first time. I will be back.
Overpriced, tried too hard. The sliders were great, but that was it. Cheese curds had zero flavor and the orange dipping sauce did not go with it. Pad Thai didnt even taste like pad thai. I felt like they tried too hard with all the flavors.
I would go back, however first drinks on the rooftop only..
It was great besides the fact that even though we made a reservation ahead of time, they sat us at the worst table in the whole place and treated us poorly the entire time.
Just not it was in previous visits. Decor not well maintained and food was just not good. We will not return.
Fantastic place for a group or pair! Amazing food, good for the body and spirit!
Amazing restaurant. Wonderful service. Get the Pork belly buns.
What an interesting menu. We tried many items. All were unique and tasty. Loved the pad tai and the bacon wrapped dates.
Varney & the great food made for a special birthday dinner. Thank you, Linger, for a great time!
Great service, food, and cocktails as always
Wonderful food and service. Highly recommended!
Food was to die for, but it took a bit to get started. The building is unique and interesting and I highly suggest the bar area upstairs. Active, but not too loud.
First time at linger last week and I loved it. Food is a good variety, moderate portion for tapas and a good aesthetic inside. Can't beat the location, as you look onto the city from the patio. We went on Monday and it was half-priced bottles of wine! I'd recommend the pad thai and spicy shrimp. Everything was delicious and the wait staff was so kind. It can get a little hot with all of the windows open, but that's the nature of any restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating. I can't wait to come back and try something new.
Cool place. Good food. Check out the rooftop bar .
Great ambiance, server and food. Bartenders took forever to serve us.
We had a great table and the sangria was tasty. Service was lousy and super slow- we got our food before getting our drinks (even though we ordered drinks first). It wasn’t terribly busy but we felt pretty much ignored and had to flag down the server as he passed to get more ketchup. Disappointing overall, especially for the price.
Most of this review (the good parts) were based on prior experience. We made a reservation on opentable for 2:30 - when we got to the restaurant, they informed us they weren’t open. I’m not sure why you would be set up to take a reservation when you are closed.
