Linger now offers lunch!!!! Tuesday - Friday 11:30 am till 2:30 pm.
What Insiders Are Saying
Do you need us to tell you about Linger? Not unless you moved here yesterday. Oh, right, you probably did move here yesterday.
Wonderful ambiance and delicious food. It was busy, so our server was stretched thin. Nevertheless, he observed our patience and sent us some edamame on the House — a small gesture but one that both myself and my fiancée enjoyed. Will come back!
Linger is for location and atmosphere. Food is average. Service is always painfully slow and not that great.
Linger never disappoints...great menu tonight and BBQ Duck Buns are amazing!!
Wonderful service from the staff!
Service was ok kind of slow but it was also very busy for a Tuesday food was different but tasted good. Wagyu sliders were great.
Linger never disappoints! Fantastic place for a business lunch- we had a group of 9 and everyone left happy and full. Highly recommend this place!
Absolutely - it was amazing. The food was exceptional and the service was great!
Korean bbq tacos were incredible!! Service was wonderful.
The service on Sunday was poor and less than desirable. It was busy and tried to give our server the benefit of the doubt (he was friendly when he was there!) but I watched him make multiple stops at other tables, look in our direction and then turn back to the server station. He made no apology for delays and it took us 15 minutes just to get a cup of coffee, another 30 to place our order and after plates were cleared and we asked for the tab another 15 minutes went by.
Overall, I like the food at Linger and the atmosphere is awesome but poor service really puts a damper and makes the overall experience go downhill quick.
25th wedding anniversary
Bottomless mimosas were excellent. Will definitely go back.
Yummy! I will return :)
AMAZING - we loved the rooftop bar, we got the Dosa and the sliders. SO SO GOOD
Lovely food. The mix of flavors was eclectic but really worked well together. Lamb kebabs, Thai shrimp, and masala dosa were excellent.
Enjoyed the restaurant and the rooftop bar. Lots to choose from!
We had a great view near one of the open windows. The food was delicious and server made recommendations.
Have your waiters and waitresses know the history of the place.
Very unique. We tried all food from different countries. Taste is good. Server was very good and helpful. I wish they would know the story behind the name of the restaurant . I requested by the window and we get only half window with no view on a city. When we refused to sit there they start to look for another one. Finally we we saw one and ask for that table. Three of us got sited with no menu.
We have visited Linger in the past and my reaction is the same, busy, average service, very small portions for the price, and we had to wait 15 minutes for our reserved table. We will pick other places to dine in the future.
Linger offers a great opportunity to taste different cuisine at one sitting and all of them were delicious!
They sat me and my baby in a very secluded and ugly location...assuming it’s specific for people with kids. I felt I was at some cheap ghetto place because of that.
We had a 2:30 reservation. We arrived at 2:29 to valet, they were closed (free valet for customers of Linger). My wife was lecture by the wait person that the kitchen was close and we needed to put our entire order in quickly. No offer of what was on the menu, no offer of sparkling water, just hurry up. When he came back we has chosen, but we had chosen from the wrong side of the menu. During this process2-3 tables were seated after our party. We complete the meal and the manger came over and apologized. I requested my bill 3 times, I do not eat for free. He refused to give it to me which actually angered me more as we left. FYI, we ordered at 2:45 and left prior to 3:30 - we just wanted to get out. WE have been to Linger before and had a positive experience. I guess if your are going to accept reservations keep all services open. Hire better wait staff. Don't ruin a Mother's day meal! Sorry you cannot change that. Disappointed.
Service and food has gone down hill. It’s not a hot spot anymore, employees should reflect it with better service.
The food was great and innovative. Ambiance was fun and modern. Service was slow, and we ordered 2 wines- they were out of both, and the server did not know what their wine stock situation was, which was disappointing bc the wine list is so small.
Service could be better, food was ok. Setting is very cool, rooftop bar was great, heaters could be warmer.
We love this place. Great for groups and people with food allergies.
A must eat place while in Denver!
Still one of my favorite restaurants in Denver. I try to go several times a year and I am never disappointed.
Always a great time and the food is spot on! If you love sharing and trying a variety of items, this is a great choice.
I and family took my husband to Linger for his birthday; the food and birthday dessert made his day special.
We enjoyed the small plates immensely, especially since they reflect an eclectic worldwide approach.
Appreciated a 4th taco for our 4th person, and cutting buns and sliders into 2 portions to be shared.
BTW, loved the popcorn and asked for the spice recipe.
Great server and solid food! I loved the devils on horseback too. Will come again
First time here. Came for lunch, interesting menu. Our waitperson was a big help. The beet salad was amazing and the impossible burger was excellent. We also had the potato masala dosa, which we did not love.
Wonderful service and fantastic tapas. Fun environment, but a bit loud for an substantial conversation.
This “hip” eatery (or “eatuary,” as its location is that of a former mortuary) is overrated. The noise is deafening. This restaurant is NOT for special occasions. We had to remind the waitress and then the maitre d’ to bring a candle for the dessert which we bought because the house b-day dessert sounded uninteresting. No one said happy birthday even perfunctorily. We had to sit next to each other to be able to hear each other. Then the food! It was all super greasy and fatty because everything was either fried or high fat, including the dessert donuts, served in a greasy brown bag (!) with a heavy chocolate mousse. The salad was oily and heavy. The Persian sliders were high in fat, too. We didn’t eat all that much but felt stuffed and unwell into the next day. This was our first and last visit. Maybe you have to be a millennial or Gen Z member to enjoy restaurants like Linger. This eatery is anything but inviting to linger in....
Great! Delicious vegetarian options!
Best restaurant ever! Food was spectacular, wait staff wonderful! Great vibe.
The food was excellent, as was the great service. This includes Jerry the manager, who is also attentive and engaged. The service staff was friendly and very timely. As a group of five, we had an array of dishes. Everything from the soup to barramundi, and the pork belly sliders, to three different salads, and pad thai was excellent. The only drawback is the limited wine menu, a bit of a misalignment to the detail afforded all the other aspects of our experience (including the name, taken from the old mortuary that inhabited the building for decades). Overall, Linger gets the credit it deserves... excellent!
The service was quick and friendly! Even though the restaurant was packed, it didn't effect the food quality or service, and the food was delicious! The restaurant comes with a beautiful view!
We made reservations for brunch as a group of 4. When we arrived there was a 30-45 minute wait, so I'm glad we reserved ahead! The food was delicious - especially the breakfast dosa and banh mi! The chorizo tacos were good, but paled a little in comparison to the rest of the dishes we ordered. Our server, Anthony, was attentive and very kind and made our visit so enjoyable. We're planning to go back again to try dinner within the week (that's how much we loved it)!
A fun spot with a hip feel and unique food options that are sure to please!
