Linger now offers lunch!!!! Tuesday - Friday 11:30 am till 2:30 pm.
The food was fantastic. So many flavor combinations and so much creativity.
Every item I ordered I loved. I’d recommend to anyone visiting Denver!
They had the huge flat screen tv on in the upstairs portion of the restaurant. We were there for a birthday dinner and instead of felling romantic it felt like we were at a bar and grill. I feel that if you are charging those prices and you should probably lose the jumbo tv. Food was ok, seems like this place has really gone downhill from its earlier days. Won’t be returning. Not worth any of the huge tab.
Great overall experience. Our waiter Ethan was outstanding. Great knowledge of the food and ingredients and preparation. It was quite noisy, but it was Friday night at 7. Had excellent cocktails and a really delicious parfait like dessert with lychee nuts.
We had a reservation at 6:30, but didn’t get sat until almost 7:00. The table was crammed and very loud, making it difficult to hear anyone at the table. Our server was excellent and the highlight of the evening.
Great meal! Great setting! We got a little carried away and ordered way too much because everything looked amazing!! You definitely need to bring adventurous or worldly eaters as the menu is an amazingly eclectic mix of ethnic influenced local options.
Linger to me is a staple. Their food is generally great and if you make a reservation things always go without a hitch. I'd intended to go to a place that had recently just closed down. So I was on the hunt and was close enough that I just walked over to Linger figuring I'd try for a table in the open seating bar area. It was packed as per usual and when a table opened I was informed they were reserving it now. I was unaware they now do reservations for the Open (not so open) bar seating. Great if you can think ahead for it. Not so great for walk-ins. Great for Open table users :) - Even if you are walking up to Linger you should try to fire a reservation here.
I had the Lamb Skewers, a favorite of mine, and they were fantastic. The bar tenders were quick was their service and things went well.
We tried 4-5 small plates and all were unique and flavorful! This was a memorable experience, and we look forward to returning the next time we are in town!
Fantastic menu. Excellent service. We preferred the front dining room, as it is more open and spacious. We got an excellent corner booth. Particular favorites were the beet salad, the yellowfin tuna tostadas, and the New Saigon gin cocktail. Worldly eclectic menu. Would like to try more ...
Food was excellent, waiter was good, but the food servers who brought our dishes were hurried and a bit abrasive. We couldn’t hear them, they didn’t wait for questions, and presented the food in a jarring way. We had a good night, but there is significant room for improvement with the food expediters.
Server was amazing but the food was awful, everything was cold and lacked good flavor
Just a wonderful meal....food is ALWAYS delicious. Can’t wait to return!
Good vegan meal. Beet salad the best. The pad Thai was good but the extra crispy tofu was not crispy
I’ve gone before & the food was good but not this time. I think it was because it was so late at night, the ingredients did not taste fresh at all. Linger is expensive but I usually don’t mind because the quality of food is good but this time it was not. Had this been my first there I would not go back nor recommend anyone else to. The service & ambiance was great but the quality of food was very disappointing.
Great place! Always good here
Spectacular from start to finish!
Good food, friendly service. Restaurant was loud, so it was hard to hear people at the other end of our booth, and the prices are a little high, so it’s a good but not great value.
This is a fun place that is always busy and we make it out of surburbia into 'town' about 10-15 times a year, Linger is often on our list. The good - food is pretty consistent overall, the Bao Buns (i'd come just for these), the overall 'cool' of the place. The not so good - some of the dishes leave a bit to be desired "perfect bite" for example and it seems like the dessert menu is trying too hard. The gin and tonic selection needs a lot of work (why have fever tree aromatic and mediterranean but not the regular??) and the gin options are mediocre at best, my wife really disliked the 2 Chardonnay's she had, so maybe 'drinks' overall could use a bit of work. Service was great until a bit ticket table dropped into our servers area, after that the visits we quite a bit more spread out. Despite some setbacks I still consider Linger a solid 4 star overall, we will probably book for Root Down next time though.
Awesome service, atmosphere & drinks/food!
The host that lead us to the table was so accommodating ! Food was amazing. Drinks were great! Service was pretty good!
We were visiting for the weekend and decided to try Linger. Eclectic menu with great flavors. Restaurant has a cool vibe and several different levels of seating. The lighting was really low and I had to use my flashlight to read the menu, ha. But otherwise we had a great time and great food. highly recommend!
We came here for Happy Hour and they only had it on the rooftop, which was inconvenient for our party. And they only had a little food truck, so we had to wait for awhile to get food. Probably better for dining only and not as a happy hour event.
Great food and service!
Great, unique menu! Everything we ordered was amazing! Vegan and gluten free menu as well. Fabulous service! Ambience is wonderful- both inside and outside. Love the 1/2 priced bottle of wine!
Always tasty food food with a uniquely diverse assortment. We enjoy coming here for their vegan options.
Delicious small plates. Server was so friendly. My entire family and I had a great time.
Always fun inventive food!
Great place to dine in and fair price. Love the atmosphere.
Great atmosphere! Lively place!
Was visiting from Pittsburgh and our friend who lives in the area told us to go. Loved the ambiance and food was awesome. Deff make a reservation!
to noisy and no quiet space. Long to get food, but food good, not excellent
Excellent food, service, and views! We love the Happy Hour menu!
Awesome service, cool ambiance and great food at a reasonable price. A great place to bring guests that are visiting from out of town.
So good!! The beet salad was incredible! We really enjoyed everything we ordered!
We had a delicious dinner and the waitress explained things come out as ordered, which is fine, but the Pad Thai which we ordered immediately at around 7:15 when ordering our drinks did not come through 3 rounds of additional ordering, despite repeated inquiries. We had to leave for a party at 9 and asked for the check when we were told that the pad Thai was almost ready. We said to cancel it because we had to go. She asked if we could take it to go but we are all from out of town, staying in hotels, with a party to go to, so we declined because it was not practical. Then someone else comes to the table with the pad Thai in a to go box kind of insisting that we should take it. Annoying because we had already explained the situation to the waitress. The waitress had said that the pad Thai “station” was slammed and that’s why it took so long. Anyhow it’s a cool place with yummy food and a great vibe. Just don’t count on getting any pad Thai when you go!
Great food, wonderful ambiance. Will definitely go back.
Every bite was fantastic, the ambiance is great, just a great place for a special meal. The service can be a little slow at times, but really didn't mind since everything else is so great. It's a little expensive but great for a special occasion.
Came to brunch at Linger with a group of six women. The food was amazing, we liked the bottomless mimosas, but the waitress left a lot to be desired. She poured refills but the pitcher ran out after three refills, and she just didn't come back to refill the rest of the group. I had a small to-go container for my leftovers and we waited so long for our check that I got hungry again and ate my leftovers. We really wanted to go up to the rooftop after we'd finished eating, but we didn't have any time. Also disappointing because there were a ton of tables in the main dining area with doors opened and a beautiful view. We were in a back room that only had one small window.
I would go again if I could ensure that our reservation would be in the front dining room, and I would ask for a different server.
Amazing food and cocktails! Loved the ambiance
Terrific dinner in a vibrant atmosphere. Great flavor and variety.
We were visiting Denver and snagged a table by their big open windows. Service was excellent. I had the Impossible Persian sliders and the bacon wrapped dates and both were phenomenal (and I’m not a vegetarian!). The cocktails were on point too.
