A disaster of an anniversary dinner — incredibly disappointing. We had a confirmed reservation at Ling Ling for 8:00 PM to celebrate our anniversary. When we got stuck in traffic, we called ahead like any courteous guest would. Over the phone, they assured us they had updated our reservation to 8:20 PM. We arrived at 8:25 — just five minutes past the time they themselves had given us — only to be told there was no table for us. Instead, we were offered a tiny table by the bar, where we sat awkwardly with a drink and waited… and waited… for over an hour. The staff were dismissive, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping. They kept insisting they only hold tables for 15 minutes and refused to acknowledge what we’d been told on the phone. No apology. No effort to make things right. After wasting an hour and a half of what was supposed to be a special evening, we paid for our drink and walked out — angry, disappointed, and still hungry. Ling Ling completely ruined our anniversary. If you’re planning any kind of meaningful night out, don’t risk it here. They clearly don’t care.

The food was amazing. But we were very rushed to order when we first arrived, barely sat down and 3 waiters were asking us for drink and food orders, when we said we hadn’t looked at the 1 drinks menu for all 6 people, we were then given recommendations - saying well I can get you a glass of of champagne in the meantime. There is then a limit of just 2 hours for the meal, so once we finished our dessert we had to leave the table immediately after putting spoons down.
