   Mother’s Day brunch-buffet was plentiful and food was tasty. Service was very good considering how busy the restaurant was. Brunch was $$$ but comparable with others in the area. Was quite noisy but again it was busy. Views of Bangs Lake while eating always a plus.

   Came for Mother's Day brunch. We went last year and it was amazing. The best part was the crab legs. So I called about 6 or 8 weeks ahead to make reservations since it wasn't available yet. I was told it was a special event so the events person would call me back. I asked if they were doing it like last year with the crab legs and told, "Yes, pretty sure it's the same". I never received a call back and forgot until about 3 weeks out. I checked and reservations were available online, but patio only. It wasn't my preference but whatever. They did say they'd have heaters on the patio. Get there today and we're seated in the shade. Temp is 64 or 65 and there's a strong breeze. It's FREEZING. We're all shivering and no heaters to be found. Multiple tables were complaining and asking to be reseated inside. We didn't complain because those tables were repeatedly told the tables were all reserved. We had also confirmed nothing was available inside when initially checking in. Aside from shivering throughout the meal, which was ice cold within seconds, there were no crab legs. The rest of the food was decent to good. But for 50 something dollars it was a bit overpriced. I should've remembered to follow up sooner after not getting the call back but they also promised heaters and I was told there would be crab. Disappointing.

   I received an email days before our Mother's Day brunch for 6 people stating a 22% gratuity would automatically be added to the bill as well as a 3% fee to pay with a credit card. And we had 90 minutes to dine. I though 22% was high for basically self-service. I arrived first and was seated. It took 10 minutes before I was asked if I wanted a beverage. I asked that the bar drinks be put on a separate tab that I would pay. When we got in line for the brunch many of the chafing dishes were empty. The line was too long to get back into line when the empty dished might have been replaced. There was a flowered arbor on their deck for photo taking. When we finished our brunch to take photos the establishment had already placed a table with guests in front of the arbor. When our bill arrived, the waitress had forgotten to put the drinks on a separate tab. At $52 pp plus taxes and the 22% automatic gratuity, I expected food to be available and the service we did get should have been almost flawless.

   We really enjoyed the Mother's Day Brunch. There were so many offerings! All the food was fantastic, as always. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We ate in the covered area outside and the entire area was heated to take away the morning chill. Very comfortable. Thank you, Lindy's!

   Great atmosphere and views, food is a bit pricey and the quality is good, but it is very noisy on the weekends. Wait staff and hostess were excellent.

   Lindy's is very pretty and so special to be able to eat lakeside. That's unusual in our area. The food was very nicely presented and very tasty. Our server was very friendly and the hostess came by to see how we were enjoying the meal. We did have to wait a very long time for our food which was surprising because the restaurant wasn't too busy. We will return and try Lindy's again.
