My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the food as well as the drinks. One of the best steak houses we’ve been to in a while. Will be back next time we’re in town.
Great Place, started with a party of two and ended with a party of 6. We all had fun aND ENJOYED THE FOOD.
Food was very good, however, there is no ambience. We went there to celebrate our anniversary.
My drink came in a cracked glass, had to send back. Ordered the 2016 wine and they delivered the 2017 maybe hoping we wouldn’t notice. Ordered the salmon entree and it was served on a plate with a half tomato. Was not very appetizing. It was also farm raised so little flavor.
Waiter was terrific.

The food was excellent. If a seafood lover, highly recommend the Seafood Tower! It is enough for a complete meal for two. Wonderful! Staff was great. Restaurant was loud by the bar, but away from the bar was ice and quiet. Perfect for a special meal.
Our meal was very good but our waiter, Matt was exceptional.
We were seated immediately but had to wait awhile before being served. When our waiter arrived he apologized and was very pleasant. After ordering, we were served warm popovers which were very nice. I ordered my favorite, Dover sole prepared in lemon, brown butter and capers. Sole must not be over cooked, or will become dry. Unfortunately, that’s what happened. When I spoke to our waiter, he informed management. We were not charged for the sole, which was appreciated. Although the staff was very nice, the food was disappointing. The outdoor dining area was just OK, not what we expected from a restaurant of this caliber.
Had a great dinner. Our waiter, Matt, was exceptional. We have had Matt a number of times and he always does a great job.
We were very disappointed with our recent dinner at Lincoln Steakhouse. The service was extremely slow. The food was uneven, and it was noisier than we had hoped, even though the restaurant was far from full. At this point, we don't plan on going again.
We Loved Lincoln! We had our anniversary dinner, amazing steak, delicious wine and great attention. They have us the best view to Camelback and we had a lovely time.
HAPPY HOUR - 5* , SERVICE 5* VIEWS OF CAMELBACK 5*...I COULD GO ON. The “PATIO” is the PERFECT SPOT FOR SHARING DRNKS WITH FRIENDS . Food is outstanding. Heather was a very good server. My new favourite place!
The appetizers are unique. We liked the cauliflower and tuna tartar. My cocktail, the Capone was awesome and my Colorado Lamb was substantial. The Cheesecake is to die for.
Great on premises location with great outdoor seating, service was great lobster escargot amazing, remainder of food good.
Our waitress was great. Our food was subpar. Steak was over cooked. The restaurant did acknowledge it. It’s tough because we loved BLT.

I took a very long time to get our dinner. My food was lukewarm and nowhere near worth the cost. A pasta and meat dish with hardly any meat and overdone pasta. Side dish was very good though. Quiet. Very nice waiter. Nice patio. We went next door in the hotel for dessert. It was excellent. We would not return to the Lincoln though.
We have been frequenting Lincoln for many years, since it first opened as BLT Steak. It has been a go-to for special occasions and date nights. For those of you who don’t know, it is in the Camelback Inn JW Mariott. Most recently we went on March 30 and naturally it was packed with tourists. We felt completely ignored. We had to flag down a waiter just to get a cocktail and menu and it did not improve. I realize that AZ resorts make their money from tourists but it is us locals that help them get through the long hot summers. I don’t think we will return sadly. It is just too much money to walk away with that kind of experience.
I notified the restaurant in advance that it was a birthday and there was no acknowledgement of it during the evening. I ordered my steak Medium Rare and it came out Medium Well or even Well-done. My wife’s steak was the same but she is too nice to complain. They offered to comp or cook another one for me but I didn’t want to sit and watch people eat for 10 minutes so I took the comp. The side dishes were bland and service was mediocre. They comped the 1 burned steak but stopped paying attention to the table after they offered the comp (even though we calculated the overly generous tip off the higher bill amount). This is a very mediocre restaurant. Service was not great given the price point. Very disappointed. Too many good steakhouses in Phoenix to waste your money on this one.

My second visit. We brought 2 additional couples this time. I was a little disappointed. . One of us had to return the Wagu strip steak 2 times to get it right. First time the steak was medium instead of rare plus, then the second steak was so rare it was bloody and not warm, third time they got it right. Unfortunately the entire table was finished eating when the corrected steak was served... ugh!! Spending $79 for a steak in Steakhouse is very expensive. Having to eat it while everyone is waiting on you reallt ruins the experience. They really should be able to get the temp right the first time or at worst the second. I think all of us felt the steaks were a bit over the desired temperature. The lobster escargot was delicious, the Hasselbeck potatoes were not memorable nor was the goat cheese potato augratin. The bernaise sauce was delicious. I was disappointed and a bit embarrassed to have suggested this restaurant whole heartedly, droivwn from Carefree, only to have a disappointing meal. The server seemed to be spread thin. Not sure if I will go back. They did not offer to make any adjustments on the bill.

Business dinner this past week. Surprisingly uneven experience for a restaurant that aspires to greater. Disinterested service assistant poured water a few moments after arrival; no greeting or smile. Just a splashy careless pour. Server was overly familiar at times, but mostly inattentive. We sat 25 minutes from delivery of drink order to seeing her again. Food was good. Expensive (as we were aware), but good. Excellent lobster escargot appetizer. Dinner was delivered while appetizer and dishes were still on table. Dover sole was a surprise and very good. Rack of lamb was enormous and delicious, but should have been carved in kitchen or table. Server checked back with us 10 minutes after food delivery. We had to flag her down to order another glass of wine. Nice room. Quiet. Excellent for the kind of meeting we planned. Still, we would be hesitant to try again based on our experience and the many better, harder working, local options. Note to Management. Train. Supervise. Meet Guests. Be Visible.
Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience here, particularly in the area of food quality. My wife ordered a small filet, medium. It came out well-done, and very dry. I ordered the NY strip, rare. It came out very overcooked, as well. Cutting into the center of the steak (at the waiter's request), I was able to discern a small portion that was - giving the benefit of the doubt - medium rare. The rest of the steak was cooked medium. At these very high prices, we expect near perfection on doneness, THE FIRST TIME. I was given a replacement steak, which arrived about the time that my wife finished her meal. The second attempt was correctly cooked. Both first and second steaks were tough and over-seasoned. When I questioned the waiter (after the fact) whether they served "grass-fed" beef, he answered, "both ways", which to me indicated that he didn't really know. I believe that the steak was from a grass-fed, animal, as it would be nearly impossible to secure grain-fed beef as tough and chewy. The server was also a bit too "businesslike" to our tastes - though his back-up was quite pleasant. The side (Brussels sprouts) were over-charred and bitter, as well. Overall, we expect far more from a restaurant in this price range.

My husband had Ribeye and said it was in the top 5 of all steaks he’s had, ever.
This was our third visit. Service was inattentive and the food was mediocre. It was rather disappointing as our previous experiences were very good. Maybe it was just an off night.
We just love this place! The lamb is to die for and the steaks are like butter;. Service is amazing too!

Beautiful resort and restaurant. Service excellent. Food was not worthy of setting. Popovers and lobster escargot were good. Rack of lamb was awful. Filet just ok...and it is a steakhouse.
Always good service & food. I do wish they had a better upscale wine by the glass list. Champagnes & white wines especially. I also wish they had more fish options on the menu.
The chef, Joe, did a wonderful job with the drunken mushrooms. The steaks are cooked accurately and perfect crust atop the potatoes au gratin. I want to go back for round 2 this week.

What a disappointment. I confirmed my reservation the day before. The day of I went to see if I could get in early. The manager looked up my reservation and said yes. I said I would go to my room and return. I did. My reservation was for a booth. When I returned they had given all booths to others. Yet when another table became free and I asked for it I was told someone else had been able to confirm that specific table. On of this my main course, salmon was not hot.
The service was wonderful and the food was outstanding. Noise level was way to loud. Hard to have a conversation.
