   Went for Restaurant Week. They really lived the spirit of the event, serving a $150 dinner for sixty bucks. The pinot grigio pairing was one of the best I've ever tasted, for only $40/bottle! The buffalo mozzarella yielded easily to gentle fork pressure, offering up its full grassy dairy flavor with support from sweet-tangy height of season heirloom tomatoes. Added a pasta course with warm crabmeat and crisp buttered cracker crumbs. Sweet, briny, crunchy, al dente, perfect. The succulent roasted monkfish rested on a bouillabaisse-inspired tomato confit, larded with fat romano green beans. Dessert Bacio looked like a mallomar, but was filled with moist devils food cake, fluffy mousse, an served atop local cherry preserves. Beside stood a boule of the most indulgent hazelnut caramel swirl gelato you'll ever find. Flawless!

   Every dish the four of us had was excellent. The service very attentive. Special requests were easily accommodated. And while the prices are on the higher side, it is a wonderful space and a real pleasure to have a meal in the restaurant. It had been a long time since I had eaten at Lincoln. I plan to be back much sooner this time.

   Location, ambience and service are wonderful. Food was overpriced for small portions and not as good as expected. We had to send back one fish entree which was under cooked. Probably won't return.

   The server was kind and patient. The gentleman who brought the food to the table spoke to my partner in Spanish which he enjoyed immensely. The pasta with a cream tomato sauce was delicious

    Too many staff members at the reception of the restaurant (like they didn't have anything to do). Guidance was professional. Chairs and table were comfortable although it is difficult to seat and nobody helps with the chair. Taking orders took some time after arrival. Removal of additional plates from the table didn't occur timely even when it was known that there would be two patrons only and the table was set for 4. Menus were not removed after taking the order. Meal was good and timely but not of specially wonderful flavors. Nothing remarkable compared to other restaurants in the area. Meal presentation was acceptable. Pleasant space and environment. Waiter was fine and kind although more focused on the computer setting the orders. Quality of the restaurant has declined since its beginnings.

    A very nice restaurant, in a very convenient location in Lincoln Center. The service is exceptional. The food is excellent. The portions will keep you slim. The food is worth the price. Worth the visit, for a special treat, ours was a daughter's to promotion to supervisor.

    Service was impeccable from the moment we arrived. They have an extensive Italian wine list with superb wines. Food was truly perfect. This is a Must Go To when in NYC and could not be more conveniently located if you are seeing a show at Lincoln Center!

    As usual, the Lincoln was an excellent restaurant. And because it was restaurant week in NYC, the value was exceptional. However, though most of our meals were up to their usual level of excellence, our appetizers both had flaws. The melon in the prosciutto and melon appetizer was subpar, though the prosciutto was excellent, as was the mint and hazelnut accompaniment, and the mozzarella in the buffalo mozzarella appetizer was extremely salty. The other courses, however, were well prepared and delicious, as always.

    It’s been a while since I’d be, first time since the pandemic, and restaurant week felt like the right time to go. Sparsely seated so I felt safe (were in the middle of another Covid surge…), and was able to ask for a particular seating without any issues. Great waiter and wait staff, made excellent recommendations, and the food was superb. Definitely will be back!

    Although our server was courteous and attentive, it felt very much as though he was hovering and wanted us to move along. He knew we had a play to attend ( literally steps away) and kept coming over to remind us that it could get busy later and it would be good to get our order in early. The restaurant was half empty when we left. There was no need to push us.

    I enjoyed the food. It was tasty, but I would not say outstanding. I enjoyed my main course, but my dining partner was somewhat disappointed. The service was excellent. All of the servers were very pleasant. I would recommend it but it is a bit pricey.

    As usual, our experience at the Lincoln Ristorante was excellent (especially our regular server), with the usual caveats: The menu offerings are quite limited and change very slowly, lately one course selection at a time. This time, the small-plate starters changed. The pasta and main course selections have changed only once each over the course as the American Ballet Theater season this spring and summer, and the dessert selections (only two, other than the standard gelato and affogato selections) haven't changed at all, except that the Bacio keeps getting incrementally smaller. But the restaurant is so good, and so convenient to the Met opera house, that we enjoy eating there pre-theater anyway.

    Dinner with my daughter before ballet. We ordered four courses and shared each one. Green salad, pasta with crabmeat/chilies, halibut and grilled olive cake. Everything was delicious.

    Food not good except the clsuflower and steak. We had 3 different servers, all pleasant but were uninformed and disorganized. This restaurant is in a prime location and should be better! Was very disappointed.
