The steaks are great. Service is slow, maybe because it was a weeknight.
Beautiful outdoor patio with views of mountains. Music at nearby firepit. Food was awesome. One of the best steakhouses I've enjoyed. Service was attentive but not intrusive
Everything we had was very good except I had ordered the sole and it was slightly overdone.
Our dining experience was not what we expected, but maybe that was due to the Valentine’s Day crowd. It seemed to us that the food service was challenged by the full house. Our entree selection of filet mignon with baked potato and grilled asparagus sides was very enjoyable, but delivery of these items was not coordinated, initially we received the wrong sides with our filet, and when it took awhile for that to be corrected, they supposedly gave us a new warm filet. Our server graciously comped us an additional glass of wine, so that was very nice. We were somewhat disappointed with the ambience, as we thought the Camelback Resort could have done better.
Good food, great service. Nothing to complain about.
A very disappointing experience at an overpriced restaurant with terrible service. The service staff just basically threw down our food without a word. Our waitress kept making excuses for the delayed food and when it finally arrived it wasn’t excellent or even good, just fair, for high prices. I would not recommend it as there are many other excellent choices in Scottsdale. The manager never checked in with us and just seemed to be wandering around aimlessly. While the setting is lovely, our best advise s just have a drink and skip the dinner.
Tuna dish was dry and lacked flavor. Salmon dish was as ordinary as could be. Brussels sprouts were good.
My wife and I really enjoyed our experience! I requested rose petals on the table, and the restaurant delivered! Plus a surprise complimentary toast in honor of my wife’s birthday. That said—come ready to spend some money. The food is all a la carte, including sauces, so by the time we had wine, salad, steaks and sides, we had spent nearly $300 including the tip. Food was delicious though, so didn’t mind spending the money!
Awesome service and great desserts and wine and wonderful cauliflower steak and the Brussel sprouts are amazing. The pop overs at the beginning are incredible! Highly recommend
The only reason we didn't give 5 stars across the boards was: Noise level too loud; very difficult to carry on a conversation. We do not understand why most of the restaurants in the area feel the need for loudness. It is much more enjoyable to go to a fine dining establishment where the atmosphere is conducive to relaxation and good conversation. The evening we were there the restaurant was very cold. Needed to wear a coat inside.
Excellent food and excellent service. Nice ambiance as well
Our Server, Sam did an outstanding job to handle our party
We enjoyed absolutely everything! Casey got us accommodated in the most hospitable fashion and our server Kayla was simply a delight! Thank you!
Fabulous friendly, professional
Service, delicious food. Such a fun night, we will come back soon.
Save room for the popovers they’re fabulous!!
While the food was very good the service was poor. The waitstaff was inattentive. There was a very long wait between courses without anyone coming over to the table with an explanation. The servers never knew who ordered what. One glass of red wine was warm and another had sediment in it. Considering the prices, this low level of service was inexcusable. Oh yes and the restaurant was freezing.
Dana our server was wonderful, playful and honest with her recommendations. We all had superb meals and the schnitzel on the bone I ordered was mind blowing amazing.
Service was terrific. It is generally over priced but I think that is due to location. We were guests staying at the Spa/hotel and we didn’t want to leave the premises so tried it. All in all, we had a very nice time and decent meal.
Very average steak. The steak, mushrooms and vegetable all tasted Smokey. Service was good but for the price the food is disappointing.
LINCOLN IS ALWAYS GOOD FOOD AND EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Went to celebrate my parents’ 49th wedding anniversary - had our 4 and 2 year old in tow. Service was excellent, food was even better.
The Lincoln Steakhouse staff was attentive and welcoming and the steaks and sides were very good. If you're staying at The Camelback for several days, have dinner there and then try some Old Town Scottsdale restaurants as well.
Went Christmas Eve dinner the food was ok but wander really warm. nothing to get excited over and the service was little slow. Place wasn’t that busy. Don’t plan on going anytime soon.
The steakhouse is really excellent, butI am not sure it has enough traffic to create a buzz when you are there. It was Christmas week, which is sometimes slow, but it made for an intimate dinner experience. The staff did a good job and the portions were fine; in fact the baked russet potato was enough for three people! I had the flank steak which was just sort of plopped on the plate, but it was delicious. My four guests all were very happy with their choices and we were smart enough to leave room for wonderful dessert options. It is expensive, but it can be a ‘go to’ destination if you are late with reserving a table and want an excellent dinner. No complaints!
The steaks were fine but not of the quality I’d expect from a higher end steak restaurant.
This was our third time to Lincoln Restaurant. The first two experiences were superb; unfortunately this was sub par. Upon requesting and "intimate table" we were escorted to a booth that seemed like it would work, only to discover all patrons were to be seated in this area. Absolutely no privacy and this also made it less quiet. I requested a medium rare+ steak (which I had previously and always do). I expect it was cooked to medium + as it was crisp and tough. I did need to request it to be redone and this happened with ease. The complaint is they should have tried to ensure my husband and I have our meal at the same time. When you are celebrating an occasion you do not want to eat one after the other. The stuffed baked potato had cheese (which the menu did not indicate). This again caused a complication. They did remedy it; however these issues made the experience memorable for the wrong reasons.
Chris was amazing. Very attentive, knowledgeable, super accommodating. Will be coming back
The evening was fantastic, from the food to the service. Dana did an exceptional job; knowledgeable, kind and attentive. It was our anniversary and Dana really personalized it for us.
Very Festival Deco for Christmas Season!
Surprisingly, this was our best meal in the Scottsdale area. The staff provided a caring and generous spirit combined with a professional presentation. This was our most surprising excellent meal in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley. All of our entrees were delicious (steak, vegetarian, fish) hot, timed well, and with generous portions. Everyone was friendly, caring, and wanted to provide an excellent experience. We would highly recommend this restaurant!
Great place to eat. The service, food, setting is a must for visitors or any Phoenician. You won't be disappointed!!!!
Everything was great! Took a star off because the restaurant was very cold.
Food was very good (especially popovers) but atmosphere not great for a date. Very, very noisy and seating area very open. More suited for a hotel breakfast area than a premium steakhouse.
Might have been a better experience if we had a circular booth. I had requested a booth where could sit together when I made the reservation but we ended up in the large open area.
Average quality food with a hefty price tag. Chopped wedge salad was bland. Steak filet was too dry. Sides were bland or over cooked. So disappointed.
Service was slow. Booth seating is uncomfortable. Both filet mignon were tough and dry.
Great meal with family. They do food and atmosphere right.
Ahi poke tower is bomb, steaks are very tender, cheesecake is a 10/10 dessert.
Steak came out medium well instead of medium rare. Server appeared annoyed that I requested for the steak to redone. Took a long time for steak to come out and my party was done eating before I got to eat. No manager came over to check in or apologize. I will not be dining here again.
We had an excellent dinner with great service by Chris. They split the Already Cut Wedge salad for us, and we shared the Lobster Escargot. Entrees were the Dover Sole and a medium-rare Strip steak, plus sides of the Goat Cheese au Gratin Potato and the Drunken Mushrooms. Cocktails were great as was our bottle of cabernet. Everything was excellent; no room for dessert as we ordered (and ate) too much. Highly recommended!
My steak was perfectly cooked, but the mark up on your wine list is highly distorted even for a steakhouse. I brought in a magnum (that was not on your list) to share with my friends I hadn't seen in years and was told you don't have a corkage program, and that in fact it was against "our law" to bring in your own wine, which seemed ridiculous if not very out of touch with most fine dining restaurants around the country. Some restaurants even allow up to three bottles, but I guess you assume guests won't want to leave the property to find another option. Nice.
The food was very good and served still warm. The wine selection was very broad.
However, the service was wat too slow.
M husband and Visiting from Colorado excellent food and service. Very pleased will fine again when visit again.
