Lincoln - DC
Savor our seasonal American small plate menu crafted from fresh ingredients supplied by local & regional farms. LINCOLN pays tribute to one of our greatest US Presidents, with nods to many of his favorite foods including oysters, gingerbread and chicken pot pie.
If you’re thirsty for cocktails that are truly one-of-a-kind, our barkeeps, have created one of the city’s freshest bar programs highlighted by mason jars featuring infused bourbons and DC's first moonshine-list served in antique-style copper cups. In warm weather months enjoy our patio offering panoramic views of DC’s urban landscape. LINCOLN is the right place for your next private event with many options for private dining from 10 to 200.

Attentive service. Delicious food. Reasonable price. Overall, a delightful meal. The main room is very loud. They seated us in a quieter room on request, it is was much better, but still on the side of loud. The food was amazing and every single person who helped us was friendly and right there when needed. I would absolutely go again, but would definitely want the smaller, quieter room.
Excellent dinner! Asked for recommendations from our waiter and his choices were delicious. The vegetable risotto was amazing!
Server was very happy, attentive and energetic. She did warn us that the food comes out as ready, so we had some folks without any food for awhile because we had a large party. The food was very good. I had chicken pot pie which was great. The artichoke dip and grilled Brussels sprouts was also a highlight. The crab gnocchi was lacking crab and the salmon was tasty, but took such a long time to come out they comped it.
Quinn was the best. I'm very happy that she serviced me during my visit to your location.
Our waiter never returned to our table after taking our order. Other employees brought out our food which is appropriate however he never refilled our glasses, asked how our food was of if we needed anything. We had to ask for a manager just to get our check after being completely finished eating for about 20 min
Manager was nice & would not allow us to pay for our meal. I left feeling complete it’s horrible. I don’t like not paying for a meal that I ate. The food was really good.
I’m still just angered that the waiter walked by our table over & over and NEVER stopped!!
Great place, staff go out of the way to make sure you have a great experience. Obviously committed to what they do and food was amazing! Will definitely be back.
I come to Lincoln all the time and have for years. The service was terrible- someone tried to re-hand me my dirty silverware after it was taken away, and a server threw a napkin or towel over our table to another table. It took us 25 minutes to get drinks and 2.5 hours to finish our meal. There was techno music playing and some small plates instead of adult dinner. Not enjoyable at all.
Sent many people there but had never been myself. Loved it. The blackened Halibut was delicious!
We were in town for the Cherry Blossom 10 Miler. The food was delicious. The drinks were ok. My All American Mule was very watered down. The decor was amazing.
Our waiter could not have been less interested. Looking out the window while describing the menu--it was like he was on autopilot; whisked away half eaten entrees--anxious to bring in the next party?; brought the wrong beer.
Burgers were overcooked (this is a kitchen problem, not wait staff).
Unable to split a check between two credit cards? Really?
Cannot recommend and will not be going back.
Food was great!! Just wished it was a bit quieter.
Liked the place and food. We got seated by the front door so it felt out in the open so we didn’t really feel the ambience of the place and then would get distracting when people came in, also a little cold when the door opened so wasn’t too happy about that. Good food and service though.
Great for date; Great Service; Good Food; Great vibe.
It was no clear to me that happy hour was only in the bar area and I was disappointed. If I had known that I would have chosen a different place for a happy hour.
Nice atmosphere here. Good happy hour before dinner. Service was spotty - couldn't always get the server's attention. Dinner came right on the heels of the lone appetizer and there was a small gap in serving all three dinners. My food was good - scallops were nicely prepared. Service at end of meal was again slow. Not as great as my first dinner here but I will come back.
The food was good. For the price I think it should be a few more items on the buffet but overall the Ambiance the fool was definitely good.
Excellent atmosphere, food fantastic. Small plates that were the perfect size for us. Salmon cooked perfectly, and they even made us a small side salad that was not on the menu. The only issue was the panna cotta. Totally flavorless, and we ordered something else to replace it. The waiter made us feel as if it was supposed to be this way, and almost chastised us. We have had this many times before, at other restaurants, and we usually enjoy that. We would definitely recommend this restaurant!
I especially enjoyed the shrimp and endive salad with arugula, grapefruit, and orange in a vinaigrette. Could have used a few more shrimp, though they were tasty.
The food was very good, not great, but commensurate with the pricing. The service was poor. Our server put one of the orders in incorrectly; that began a comedy of errors. That being said I would go back; mistakes do happen and I don’t feel it appropriate to condemn a restaurant on one unfortunate experience.
Very interesting menu choices mostly well prepared at relatively reasonable prices Returned the next night do you get takeout!
Patrick the waiter was very polite, made you feel as If you were the only table he was serving. Manager was very receptive as well. Very warm setting..... enjoyed ourselves!
I had a very disappointing experience on Sunday for my 2:00pm reservation. The first thing the waiter said when we sat down was that we had 20 minutes to complete our meal and drinks, given the time of our reservation. Had I known I would be rushed through my meal and would not have an opportunity to enjoy the brunch beverages, I would have certainly chosen another restaurant. My suggestion for improvement would be to end your reservation times earlier if you cannot provide a customer with a standard two-hour max dining experience.
Always a good time. Music is pumping loud and the food is pretty good. Drinks keep coming.
Wonderful food. Good service. Cool decor. Very very loud.
Size of portions was small for the price.
Noise level was fine at 6:30 but unbearable by the time we departed.
The service was amazing. The waitress was a lovely perso . Unfortunately The place was unbearably loud. You had to get screamy to be heard. The food was too fru-fru for my taste. The shrimp and grits were more like a shrimp grit soup, and there were no dessert options without fruit mixed in.
Took the whole family here after moving to DC for work and it was the perfect welcome to the city. The food and service were excellent with a wide choice of complimenting bespoke cocktails. I highly recommend it.
Too loud for conversation.
Food was outstanding! What a neat place. Would definitely re-visit on our next trip.
Lincoln is a perfect place to connect and build networks to get good stuff done. Food is great. Service is excellent. And noise level is perfect to be able to hear
Our waiter was awesome he went above and beyond
Too loud. Not necessary for a loud DJ.
rude waiter, meh/overpriced food, blaring dj at 11am
Great spot for brunch! Really a good value, all you can eat with bottomless mimosas or ala cart...it's great either way!
The food wasn’t that impressive. I love Lincoln and it’s been several months since I last dined here, but eehhhh. I just left feeling like I was ok with not coming back. With the items on the menu I could name several other places I could go and it would have been better.
I always have such an AMAZING experience! Thank you!
I met a friend for brunch at Lincoln. I didn’t realize there would be a live DJ, so it was hard to catch up. Menu was standard DC pricey, food lacked flavor, seasoning and interest. Probably would not return.
Food and service were average. If you are looking for a quiet spot for brunch this isn’t the place. The restaurant had a DJ who was playing very loud dance music. You couldn’t hear the people sitting next to you. Not exactly what I was expecting at 1030am.
Loved this place. From the decor to the food, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
Very cool atmosphere and great food. We had the place to ourselves.
