Food was great and service was quick and friendly!
GREAT AND UNIQUE FOOD, ALONG WITH SERVICE! MANAGER WAS AWESOME, WHO REALLY CARED ON HOW WE LIKE THE FOOD!
The best Italian restaurant in Baltimore. The food is very fresh and almost of the ingredients come directly from Italy.
The food is amazing and the staff are wonderful. We spent a special time.
Every dish we had was tasty and cooked perfectly! The GM Vincenzo was friendly and full of great details about the restaurant and the Chefs!
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! Fabulous!!
We've dined at Limoncello twice. Both times the service was very good. Food is great. Prices are a little high but worth the quality of the meal.
Went for lunch on a Saturday at 1 pm.. which ended up being during their "Brunch" menu. I'm not the biggest fan of brunch, particularly after Noon, but they had enough Italian pasta entrees to satisfy my Italian cravings. The bread was superb, buffalo mozzarella appetizer decadent, and shrimp scampi delightful. Definitely a place you should consider for a slightly upscale meal in South Baltimore.
Great food and great atmosphere. Friendly staff.
Excellent Italian food. Not a pizzeria. Perfect pasta.
A little unique.
We are going to definitely return.
Looks like a good place to bring guests for a special meal out.
Use the free on site garage parking!
Food wasn't good. Octopus was just ok. My entree was way salty and my husband's steak was overcooked (despite the fact that he asked for it to be medium). The restaurant is very nice in terms of ambience and service, however.
Fantastic, authentic food and excellent service! Will definitely return to try more of the menu
Limoncello is a pleasant neighborhood restaurant with good food, a pleasant ambiance, and a hard-working staff. The service was perhaps a little disorganized - five or six different waitstaff came to our table & they did not seem to communicate with each other. But they meant well. Food was really good, a little expensive, but generally worth it.
Beautiful room. Superior service. Perfectly prepared dishes. We look forward to returning soon.
Extremely fresh and flavorful food make for a great meal. Every dish ordered tasted entirely homemade, had a lot of flavor, and did not disappoint. Way more authentic Italian... so don't expect red sauce and a lot of chicken parm or lasagna. But you definitely will enjoy the food you get. Great drinks, great ambiance and vibe, and just a great place to go. Definitely worth the trip.
Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. They even gave me a firecracker/sparkler on my dessert for my birthday.
Food was unremarkable. Had to send the shrimp back - completely overcooked. Spinach side was only okay. Ironically they were out of limoncello. There is a list of Amari on the menu that the waitstaff knew nothing about. Not good value for the price.
Love Limoncello! Their orriechette and paccheri spada are two dishes we cannot stop ordering. All of their bread and pasta is either made in-house or flown in from Italy- perfection! Management often stops by tables to offer warm greetings and share their wine enthusiasm. For dessert, you must try the Limoncello flight!
Our waitress was new but she knew the menu extremely well. The service was great and the food was delicious. Definitely suggest the home made spritz if you’re looking for an alcoholic beverage.
The food was spectacular! Setting a tad loud and crowded for my preferences but fine. Although service at other tables seemed very attentive, our wait person was just okay. But the FOOD! WOW
Our food at Limoncello was excellent! Our party of 4 each had wine, appetizers, entrees, desserts and after dinner drink and the bill was just under $300 which I felt was very reasonable for quality & the amount of food. Personally, my entree of fussili and beef was excellent. The Nutella limoncello after dinner drink was excellent. Looking forward to coming back!
Outstanding experience all around - food was delicious and timely. Wine was great and appreciated the wine selection. Also running Valentine's Day specials through the weekend that were well priced and good value. Clever design + branding in the space. Manager was wonderful and came to our table twice to check-in on our experience and even gave us a chocolate treat before we ordered everything off the dessert menu! Will be back.
It started off bumpy. The hostess questioned my reservation. She asked me if I was sure I had booked the right place. I showed her my Opentable reservation. Then she went to the manager and we were seated immediately but way in the back of the bar. I spoke to the manager about our seating. I really felt like I was given sub par seating. He said he would move me if I wanted. I declined because I didn’t want to make a scene. By the end of the evening all was forgotten as far as seating and my being questioned. The manager walked through and asked how was the dinner going. I told him excellent. The food was amazing. The manager was a class act. Thank you so much for having us.
Drinks were BAD!!!! service slow
Great food and decor! We went for lunch because dinner was reserved but I can’t wait to go back.
The food was really good and the restaurant had a great atmosphere!
My husband and I came here for Valentine's Day. We had such a nice time. The restaurant was very modern, the wine was amazing, the service was perfect, and the food was great! We will be coming back soon!
Absolutely amazing, authentic food. Love this place. The food, service, ambiance is all spectacular!
Best scallops I have ever eaten and I live a mile from the ocean so seafood isn't new to me. Meatball appetizer with kobe beef was melt in your mouth good. Limoncello martini took a little longer then expected to arrive but was well worth the wait. Delicious. Will definitely be back the next time i visit the inner harbor.
Fit for foodies! Double date- we ordered 4 different pastas and loved them all. Veal chop big enough for 2 hungry men to share (and also split a pasta). I was especially in love with the burrata, gnocchi, and parpadelle zaffrano (very generous seafood portions on the pasta). Can’t wait to go back!
We had dinner at Limoncello for my friend’s 30th birthday -- she had a wonderful time.
This was my first experience here, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was nice, yet modern and fun. The staff was welcoming and accomadating (we had to add a person to our party last-minute), and our server, Mel, was excellent. We ended up ordering some of her recommendations for starters, drinks, and desserts, and we enjoyed them all. I particularly loved the dessert I had, which was a custard with fresh berries. Yum. Overall, everyone in our party of six left pleased and happy.
The high table and low seats makes you feel like you're tucked away in a little nook of delicious tastiness.
Bar and dining chairs extremely uncomfortable. Overlooked that because pasta was good and fresh. Other dishes were fine but not as good as pasta. Very nice bartender.
Very nice place!
Lovely setting, wonderful people, a little uneven with the food. Most of the food was delicious . The veal chop was very dry, but everything else was fantastic. I will definitely return.
Easy parking, good food, reasonably priced - overall a good dining experience
Outstanding restaurant. Thrilled to have this addition to South Baltimore. I went with a group of friends and every element of every dish was just extraordinary! Much of their ingredients are either handmade or imported from Italy and it’s evident in the quality of the food. The owner also took the time to share some information about our meals. Very enjoyable!
We’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and finally got around to it, did not disappoint! Our waitress Keisha was wonderful, very knowledgeable and attentive. She even helped us play a joke on our friend who happened to be in the restaurant as well. The food was incredible, we had the Mozzarella D.O.P., Gnocchi al Telefono, and the Branzino, none disappointed!
Reserved a table for my husband's birthday. After being seated we opted to switch to the bar. The chair at the table where my husband sat was very uncomfortable due to no springs left in the seat.
Tuna carpaccio was excellent. Veal chop Milanese acceptable. Pesce Spada lacked flavor with dry over cooked sword fish. We sent it back. The staff offered something else but we declined. It was taken off the bill. We will return to sample other items from the menu. Wine by the glass (particularly Rose) limited and not great either.
Our second visit was equally impressive. It’s not easy to find a good restaurant in Baltimore with great service, wonderfully crafted and presented meals and a nice environment. Everything was delicious and will definitely be going back
Took us back to Italy and no passport is necessary. This will be our new Italian spot in Baltimore. The GM Vincenzo and the whole staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating to my dietary restrictions (gluten free, lactose free, no garlic, no onion) and delivered an delicious meal and fantastic experience.
