    They kept bringing grocery carts of food through the dining room, our server barely saw us. Didn’t write down our order, so naturally didn’t add the chicken to a meal we requested. Very poor service for the price we paid.

    Dined on late Sunday afternoon before a show at The Peace Center. We both had fettuccine alfredo and a Caesar salad. One pasta dish was creamy and the other was dry/pasty. Salads were good, fresh. Bread was tasty. Service was adequate. The scan-to-pay app is terrible.

    Pizzas were lacking toppings, sold out of beer (Stella), according to menu the pasta came with vodka sauce, but it was more like regular red sauce, with chunks of tomato on top, Nutella gelato tasted like vanilla, as did the amaretto.

    The overall experience was ok. I visited for my birthday for the first time. I ordered Salmon and it was very overcooked to the point where I sent it back. They remade it and it was ok. It was under seasoned and oily. My pasta was cooked well but under seasoned as well. My husband ordered then Alfredo and the pasta was cooked well but still under seasoned. It really felt like a last minute meal I would put together at home just because I'm hungry. It was a little disappointed because I've heard wonderful things about that place. Plus it being located downtown, expected the best and I definitely wasn't.

    The room was noisy and I had a cold draft hitting me from above. The waiter informed us they were making fresh bread and it would be about 5-10 minutes before it was ready. He brought out the entrees before the bread. By then my husband was almost finished eating as the portion was small. When we got home he ate again. The waiter did comp us on a cappuccino I ordered and gave us 2 free cannoli. Overpriced for what you get in my opinion.l

    Well the desserts were wonderful we really appreciated those however the pasta shrimp Alfredo that came out was cold unfortunately but it must have been because there was 6 of us so that might have had something to do with it. The piccata I had was okay.

    Enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at Limoncello last night. The wine selection and menu were varied, and everything we selected was fantastic! Ryan, our server was very helpful and attentive to help make the night special. Highly recommend!

    There were 5 of us for early Sunday dinner. We ordered appetizers, main dinner food; pasta dishes and pizzas, and desserts. All the dishes were mediocre, but my pizza had so much salt sprinkled on it it was almost not edible to me. Great location and atmosphere... maybe we didn't get the right kind of food or bad time of the day?? I don't know. We had good time together as a family but food was disappointing, especially for the money spent.

    The food was excellent. Our server was outstanding!! We were heading to the Peace Center for a 8pm show. Our server took care of us and made sure we made it to the show on time. Outstanding customer service!!

    This was our first visit - the restaurant and grounds are beautiful. Tracy was outstanding as our wait staff. Food was delicious. It was a special time for our anniversary! We will be back. Thank you.

    I had high expectations by the looks of this establishment. Food was not to the quality for the price. Our waitress was more interested in talking to bar staff than serving us. Pasta was undercooked. Coffee was tasteless. Establishment had no regular sugar for coffee.

    Appeal: The aesthetic of Limoncello from the exterior is beautiful and vibe-y. When we walked inside it was confusing as the two aesthetics do not match. The interior looks outdated. I couldn’t figure out if the atmosphere was classy, casual or all the above. Service: Our server was excellent and the other waitstaff attended to our table in a timely manner. On the menu: The garlic knot appetizers were a hit. We were sooo excited for the food. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken - there was NO Alfredo on my plate. Flavor was 2/5. I also ordered one of the Italian Margaritas (faint taste of alcohol, but refreshing). Overall, an interesting and underwhelming dining experience.

    First time. Wife wanted to try it for anniversary dinner. Waiter (Ryan) was excellent….kind, timely and helpful. Anniversary was never acknowledged tho. Food was average. Bread was excellent. She had Tuscan chicken with zucchini noodles, enjoyed it but probably wouldn’t order it again. I had lasagne. All the components were there, so it tasted okay. But, it appeared to have been scraped from the bottom of the baking dish, the pasta was in tiny fragments and just had an unimpressive mouthfeel. Went on Tuesday night, which coincided with a popular promotional event, so it might have adversely impacted the kitchen. Will try again.

    Limoncello is conveniently located to downtown Greenville and the Peace Center. There is plenty of outside seating with umbrellas or heaters, as needed. Our server, Sam, was friendly and attentive. I would recommend all Larkins restaurants.

    I have dinned here several times and this was not my best experience. We had the meatball appetizer which was good. My entree was Fettuccini Alfredo with salmon which failed to impress. The pasta had basically no Alfredo sauce on it …. You really had to look to actually see it. I requested more sauce which I did receive and it was cold. Also, the Alfredo was very bland and lacking in seasoning. The salmon was overcooked and dry. The gelato was very good. My limoncello spritz was lacking in the alcohol. Service was average. When I make reservations I always request not to sit by the door and have been seated by the door every time but one. Overall to pricey for the money.

    First off the food was excellent & served quickly. The service was adequate but seemed a bit sparse once the food arrived. We had a large 8 person party so the gratuity was included. The reason for the lower ambience rating had to do with the table more than anything. As I said we were a large party, with reservations, and we’re seated in a 7 person booth at best. The table was crowded for eight and left little room on top once food was served. I honestly did not see any tables inside bigger than our booth. If I had to do again, I’d choose outside where there are a few more options available to handle a party of our size. As I said the food was wonderful. Would give it a try if you enjoy good Italian dishes.

    Great spot for a night out in down Greenville. I highly recommend making reservations as this place is quite popular and it gets busy early. They have wide selection of specialty drinks and a full bar with most, if not all of your favorites. Authentic tasting Italian food and friendly service.

    It got a little noisy, but that’s to be expected because it’s a popular restaurant and people love to be there, including me and my wife and my friends when I bring them. Matthew was our server, and he did an excellent job as to be expected.  looking forward to our next visit at Limoncello.
