   Wait time for food is horrible. There for 3 hours still waiting to eat.

   1. Had a reservation for Sunday brunch and we didn’t get seated until 30mins after when we sat ourselves (at the table they told us we’d be sitting at) ! 2. Server didn’t even come over to us until about 20mins (understandable she was busy but atleast greet your customers) 3. Good music but It was TOO loud to the point you couldn’t hear anyone unless speaking in their ears directly & we were downstairs in the restaurant area not the upstairs club section. 4. WE NEVER GOT OUR FOOD after literally waiting 3hrs & speaking with a “manager” NO ACCOMMODATIONS WERE MADE. 5. They tried to explain to us that they were busy but the upstairs was closed! & the dining area wasn’t even full, all we ordered was 2 french toast combos & a grits side. We paid for our drink tower & left. They offered a free hookah as if we weren’t starving! 6. I’ll never be coming back simply because of the service & lack of communication! Also There was no drink menu , you only had the option of shots or mimosa/bellini pitcher or towers. We’d atleast appreciate if someone let us know there was gonna be a wait for food. Overall This place shouldn’t be labeled a restaurant!! But a “bar & lounge” ...this was by far my Worst brunch experience ever !

   The wait time was crazy. Had a reservation at 3:30 wasn’t seated until about 4:15. Didn’t receive service until after 5:30. The food came out one plate at a time so we took turns watching each other eat. Some of the orders was wrong and the waitress was terrible. I would never go back.

   We made our reservation using the Open Table app. We received a text message the day before the reservation and confirmed our attendance. The day of our reservation we found out it was automatically canceled, not sure if this was an IT glitch. So we tried to call the restaurant during the hours of operation listed online, no answer, we also left a message and no response. We then followed listed instructions to text message a phone number provided for we assumed communication and received no response therefore, our reservation was NEVER honored and we NEVER received a response regarding why. We will NEVER book with this particular establishment again! Do better!

   The ambiance, hookah and drinks were great however we waited over 2 hours for our food that NEVER came. We will NEVER COME AGAIN!

   Everything was great ! The only thing I didn’t like was we had to wait for our table when I had a reservation but other everything was great . The drinks ,hookah gave big smoke the only thing I’d say about that is get more flavors because for 50.00 I don’t want to smoke fruit flavors like watermelon mint , etc but thanks everything was on point and I will be going back

   Horrible service!! I had a 4pm reservation & didn’t get my food until 7:30pm/8pm. My waitress had an attitude the whole time. When we went to go check on what’s going on with the food, we found our waitress outside getting high. first and last time coming to limitless for me!

    Customers service was horrible took 45mims to a hours just to get drinks . Food was good but came out cold for setting in the back after waiting 1 1/2 to 2 for everyone food came out separate in wrong… in by time the whole meal came out sides was cold again 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️
