We had the best experience and food. Our waiter, William, was amazing! When we return to Naples, we will request Williams hours to have him as our waiter. We will also be returning several times to try everything on the menu. I also have celiac disease and they made sure there was no cross contamination. I didn’t have a reaction at all. We can’t wait to return soon!
My wife and I love great food but more so we love great food in the most unlikely of locations. Lima provided one of the best food experiences we have had in years. Food was suburb, waitstaff extraordinary and the drinks were oh my goodness great! Thank you for your excellence!
First of all, hats off to William. Excellent waiter who was very friendly, helpful and informative. Had the beef hearts which sounds scary but quite tasty. Had the tacu tacu limeno which is a very traditional Peruvian dish and was excellent. Wife had the lamb shank - half of which came home due to large portion. Will return when back in town.
This is an incredible gem
Once you walk inside your world change, people are so nice, food is more than delirious and you think only about one thing, when when I be back
One of my favorite place for sure
We keep bringing new people here. The food is always very good and consistently prepared. Service is good, as is the ambiance.I have introduced their ceviche to others and we all agree it’s the best we’ve ever had. Love the Pisco Sours also.
We will keep introducing new people to Lima
A true hidden gem in Naples. Our first experience eating Peruvian cuisine. Restaurant ambiance was very nice - waiter was very knowledgeable walking us through the menu - mixto cerviche is best we’ve had. Highly recommend the Beef Anticuchos (tenderloin) and fried calamari. Seafood Chupe soup was outstanding. Our son had the Lamb Shank which was a huge portion, I had scallops and my wife had the macho fish. We anticipated portions to be smaller (some reviews mentioned that) which they are not - keep that in mind when ordering. We did not feel rushed through the meal and our waiter was very engaged. Prices are high but that’s to be expected with a higher end restaurant. We definitely will be back next time we visit the area.
Superb food, great staff. Super food recommendations with clear descriptions.
Ceviche was freshly made that had an abundance of flavors. William our server was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the dishes. Our braised grouper dish was delicious and we were delightfully surprised that the kitchen sent out a bowl of soup that was fantastic. Definitely recommend Lima for an authentic experience in Peruvian cuisine.
Upscale Peruvian cuisine
We loved it the first time, we came back for a second time and were even more impressed. We tried two different dishes and they were delectable. The service could not be better or more warm, Aisys was wonderful. She is so sweet and knows her stuff. I have had Peruvian food before and this stacks up there as one of the best places I’ve been to.
Excellent service and food. Price point a bit high. Dont mind paying but when the meat entree portion doesnt justify the cost makes it hard to swallow. Wait staff was exceptional.
Outsanding meal and service. Highly recommend if you are in the Naples area.
Consistently excellent food and service time-after-time. Also know how to make a Pisco Sour.
The night of our reservation they were clearly understaffed and the service was lacking because of it. However, despite delays getting our initial drinks and order and the fact that they literally brought out our appetizer and and entrees at the exact same time - the food was delicious. The presentation was beautiful also. We would be happy to return to give the service another try.
My wife and I are from Peru, this may be our best Peruvian restaurant in Florida thus far. Don't forget to get the fresh made bread! Enjoy.
The food was good but, not excellent. My wife’s chaufa was too salty. My pisco sour was too smooth, I’ve been to Lima and pisco sour is much more stronger. It’s seems that they don’t know how to prepare it or they want to make more money saving the pisco. The low point of our dinner was that they didn’t have enough waiters, we had to wait 30 minutes to get the drinks and the couple that were close to us it was worse. We paid more than USD 130 for 1 starter, 2 main courses, 2 pisco sours and 1 mango juice. It’s expensive!
This is a hidden local restaurant that warrants more attention. The food is fantastic, no matter what your tastes are. They have seafood, beef, pork and chicken dishes with imaginative sauces. The ceviche is excellent, as are the pisco drinks. I could eat anything on the menu and be happy.
This was our second visit and the food was just as good as the first time. Everything fresh and delicious.
Highly recommend! Service, food, atmosphere was above and beyond expectations!
Excellent ceviche, fresh pasta, great cocktails
Love it super nice owners and staff. Have spent months in Peru on business. These guys know their stuff.
This is the best restaurant in Naples! Such an experience! I truly felt like I was eating in Peru... we started off with delicious Pisco cocktails and salted corn kernels (what a treat if you've never had them before). Then enjoyed a Japanese inspired grouper ceviche and freshly made Peruvian rolls (from sweet potato). Our mains were Macho fish and a tacu tacu dish (which is made with a white bean and rice) - both of them were excellent. I honestly couldn't believe how delicious every was and how I could go so long without experiencing such an amazing Peruvian meal! Our waiter was the BEST. William will guide you through the menu and even did a little dance when he suggested I try the Mango Tango Pisco!
William was wonderful
The food might have been great, but we never got to find out...here’s why. We had a 7:30pm reservation which was confirmed around 5:00pm via a phone call from someone from the restaurant. Great, so far. We arrived at 7:20pm and stood by the “wait to be seated sign”. There was no one from the restaurant staff to be seen except for the chef who looked up every few minutes while cooking...he had a direct view of us waiting to be seated. So at 7:30 I walked around the restaurant to get someone’s attention and noticed a total of 3 employees, the chef, a waiter, and a bartender. None of them appeared to know I was there. There were only 3 tables being served in which 1 gentleman left before receiving his order and the other had been waiting for at least an hour for their order (they were near the front door and we overheard them complaining). We decided to leave at 7:35pm with absolutely no contact from the restaurant staff. On the way out, the gentleman with his family who had been waiting a while said “good choice, good choice” as we walked out the door.
Helpful server who described the menu thoroughly was a big plus. Highly recommend the ceviche mixto which was excellent. Our mains were good but a bit overwhelmed by the rice and beans mixture. Pastas looked interesting and look forward to trying them next visit.
Our first time at this restaurant was an excellent experience. Food and service were terrific. Pisco sour’s were excellent. Very comfortable surroundings. We have already recommended to a number of friends who have not been there.
This was an exceptional experience, we were in Peru last year and visiting that beautiful restaurant in Naples was the best surprise of the year, drinks taste like the original Pisco, food was amazing and service excellent
we cant wait to be back !!!
We love this restaurant. The food is very high quality and expertly prepared.
Second time there. Delicious and a wonderful experience! Highly recommend it!
A neighborhood gem. Chef owner Dario is a champ. Food was delicious. Large portions and great service. Very authentic. Staff is friendly and attentive.
We were driving from Tampa to Miami and were craving ceviche! We did a Google search and found this little gem in a strip mall. We were greeted by a very animated host and were served by the owners sister. The entire staff was personable and the restaurant inside was lovely. It had a full bar and served a delicious pisco sour! The ceviche trio was a nice way to taste three of their different ceviches. All amazingly delicious and so fresh!! We also had the seafood grill and the quinoa salad. Everything was GREAT!! We will definitely take that same route on our next trip from Tampa to Miami just so we can eat there!! As a major foodie, and a lover of good ceviche, I highly recommend this Peruvian jewel!
We dined here two of our three nights in Naples. Portions are ample. Food is delicious. Servers, staff, owners, mom were all delightful.
Really excellent and authentic food (I’ve been in Peru often) and a wonderful couple that created the restaurant.
This is my first visit to the lima restaurant. I plan to visit Peru in the next few weeks and wanted to try out some Peruvian food. If the taste and quality of this restaurant is indicative of what I can expect in Peru I will be extremely happy. One of my dining companions is from lima. He had eaten there before and guaranteed me that the food would be authentic. I would most definitely visit this restaurant again and recommend it to all my friends.
Great service and even greater food! I'd never had Peruvian food before and the staff did a great job of explaining the traditional dishes and the dishes with a bit of a twist to me. The chef came out to serve a course, his sister was also there and in all, a great experience. I'll go back the next time I visit Naples for sure!
What a delightful surprise this little gem is. Wonderful service and great food and drinks. Highly recommend!
Excellent food with delightful service. I loved the scallops. Definitely returning.
My friends and I went to Lima Restaurant and Pisco Bar to celebrate the end of our girls’ only vacation. The service was fantastic, and the food was absolutely incredible. We plan on making this a repeat stop in our itinerary when we’re in Naples.
