    Wished I could rate it higher. The lobster dish was at best mediocre. The grouper special was flavorless. The spare ribs were great and the duck was surprisingly good. We had to ask for drink refills several times which to me is uncalled for at this level of a restaurant. I doubt we would go back.

    Always like Lima from day one. Always promote them as 1 Fool and a Boat. Glad to see they are still going strong! Compliments to the staff and the Hostess with the "Mostess" Jean..? I be back!! Pablo Diablo.

    Outstanding service sets this restaurant apart from most restaurants here in Aruba. A menu of Peruvian inspired cuisine is a nice change of pace from the Dutch food. This is the 2nd year in a row we’ve been there. We will return next year. This is an upscale restaurant so be prepared to spend a few $$$.

    Fabulous experience…cocktails were delicious and meals were cooked to perfection. We arrived early for our reservation and they offered our party of five to grab a cocktail at the bar while we waited. That gave us the opportunity to see their kitchen staff preparing meals and help us decide what each of us wanted. Tuna tartar was an excellent starter. Had the flank steak with grilled Caesar for my main and for dessert was a special cheesecake made from cream cheese, goat cheese and bleu cheese at the recommendation of the same staff member, maybe even manager or owner, who spoke about the dishes with passion and the ways that the chef recommended they be eaten.

    I highly recommend Lima Bistro. Delicious food. Kudos to the chef. Our server Abbie was pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu, and her recommendations were great.
