Teddy Bouroncle, a self-proclaimed 'cocinero comilón', follows in the footsteps of his grandparents, combining unexpected quality ingredients to create explosive flavors inspired by his beloved home — Lima. Staying true to Peru’s culinary practice of fusing international cuisine with local ingredients, our dishes are made with locally grown herbs and greens, homemade sourdough, and fresh Catches of the Day. Kids Policy: In order to accommodate guests who are seeking a quiet and relaxing night out, Lima Bistro does not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under the age of 10 after 7 p.m. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or on the outside terrace.

So good! Not only is the food unbelievable, the service is incredible! We loved every thing we ordered and our favorites were recommended by our waitress Karen - she was great!! This is definitely our go to restaurant when we visit Aruba! The food is so creative and delicious. Our favorites were: the scallops, Huancaina, Lomo saltado, and the strawberry dessert.

This was a spectacular meal. It had been recommended by both our hotel and a friend who goes to Aruba every year. Each course was better than the last and the service was super attentive and welcoming. Thanks so much!

Outstanding service and incredible food made for a perfect evening. The market ceviche and the grilled cauliflower were phenomenal. The grilled tuna steak was delicious and cooked to perfection with a beautiful sear. Lima delivers authentic, elevated Peruvian cuisine that’s simply unforgettable!

This restaurant is incredible. The food is beautifully presented but more importantly the flavors are nuanced and luscious. Make reservations for outside seating and do not missed out on this experience.

3rd visit to the delightful island of Aruba, but first time at Lima Bistro. Highly recommended by friends and didn’t disappoint! Food was excellent and, after our son expressed disappointment in his pork chop, our servers quickly pivoted and served his a delicious short rib.

As always, Lima never fails to amaze us. I already booked for our return in November. Service is excellent. Staff is informative and very friendly. Food is awesome. Appetizers were excellent. Bread is delicious, warm and crusty. I had tuna prepared perfectly. Others had lobster risotto. Also perfect. Definitely recommend and also make reservations.
