   The menu with pedophile the food with basic waste of time and money.    LIMA is in the newly rebranded Novotel (former Atton) Miami Brickell hotel. It offers Peruvian cuisine in a pleasant dining area with a view of the Brickell skyline through a glass wall. Their Miami Spice menu was good value — salmorejo laced with prosciutto, tasty chicken breast with polenta and kale, and a delicious mango sorbet for a very reasonable price. Their Prisco sour is good. The service was friendly and attentive.

   It's no longer called LIMA. When the hotel changed chains they closed LIMA and opened a little restaurant next to the Lobby Bar called UVA.

   We arrived at at LIMA at our reservation time and stood at the entry for quite some time. We saw a few servers but none would even make eye contact with us. There were only a few tables w/ guest so they were not busy. After several minutes of no attention we went to the hotel’s bar. (Atton) We asked a waiter if we could sit there and have dinner. He said they had the same menu so we decided to have dinner at the bar. The bar service was good. Our waiter tried to make up for the lack of service we received from LIMA. He did well. However, the food was acceptable at best. My salmon was over cooked after I precisely asked it to be cooked medium and my husband’s shrimp was so tough he could not get the tails to come off.

   Decent good. Good service. A little pricey for a neighborhood restaurant. But I will probably be back on a regular basis.

   The manager went out of his way to accommodate us. Amazing service. The menu looked good, but the food was just so-so. I guess the biggest issue was that the restaurant isn't even open, they are just using the hotel bar as restaurant seating. We were seated in the lobby.

   My husband and I went for Miami Spice. The atmosphere is pretty abysmal.... not really a restaurant, but a space on the side of the lobby attached to the bar area. A few tall tables with bar stools and a fairly uncomfortable long and wide marble slab with room for about 6 people was where we ate. Fortunately, the food was very good! The Corvina appetizer and main were really delicious as was the shrimp appetizer, athough the New York Strip was quite banal. The sorbet and chocolate mousse dessert were also terrific. We chose an "anonymous" Spanish wine which was quite good. The overall dining experience was very good. Service was friendly and attentive (there were only two or three tables being served). It is too bad that the atmosphere is what it is...
