We had a fabulous afternoon tea. Our server Joy was wonderful. We were celebrating a joyous time of friends reconnecting and having her as our server was confirmation of the energy we felt. We will definitely be back. Every woman and girl should have a Lily and Elise experience. I wish you continued success and blessings. 🫖

This place is beautiful and the food is delicious! I felt like I was in an episode of Bridgerton. They even offered to accommodate my sister who is a vegan with plenty of vegan options. 10000% would recommend to anyone looking for a special experience!

My friend and I had such a great time. Our experience started with getting nearby parking and being greeted immediately upon entry into Lily's & Elise. The tearoom was cutely decorated from the flowering tree in the restaurant to the table settings. The service was wonderful! We enjoyed the tea sandwiches, desserts, and of course, the tea. There were many options to choose from and I hope to return to enjoy more selections. Highly recommend!

It was my second time coming. My guests came for the first time due to my birthday celebration. The waiters were very nice & patient. Everything was beautiful and I loved choosing a special tea cup for my birthday to drink from! Thank you!

This was such a fun experience! The atmosphere was charming, and the quality of the food was really good, too! The caprese sandwich was delicious. Highly recommend the experience. We did the Petite High Tea and it was perfect for my two teen daughters and myself.

Went for Mother’s Day Brunch. First time here, it was a very pretty dining room…my wife loved it. They had a buffet that was very good with a nice variety of food, desserts, fruit, etc. My wife and kids loved the variety of teas they offered and the service and staff were extremely attentive and very nice. Will go back when we can order off the standard menu. But it made for a really nice Mother’s Day with our family.

What an absolute unorganized chaos! SLOW service! Food and tea were good but nothing special. I went with my daughter (4yrs). I got my pot of tea 40 minutes after being seated. My daughter received her after 80 minutes! And that was after I asked the waitress where her tea was which is when she informed me they were out! Why wouldn’t you inform me earlier!!! I consistently had to flag down the waitress for things because not once did she check in on us! We finally received our food after 2 hours! Mind you, per their website, the time allotted is 90 minutes. At that point, I still hadn’t receive my second tea so again I had to flag down the waitress to ask about the status and to get it to go! Also, this year they added on mandatory 20% gratuity. Shouldn’t that have been up to the discretion of customer?
