Chef McKenna opened the doors of Lillie´s Q in July 2010 after honing his skills at top restaurants in Miami, New York and Chicago. Named for his Grandmother Lillie, who taught him the art of southern cooking back home in Greenville, SC, Lillie´s Q serves up award winning barbeque in a contemporary setting. The menu offers elevated southern favorites and sides like shrimp & grits, fried pickles, Brunswick stew, baked beans, and Grandma Lillie´s famous banana pudding. Lillie´s Q bar features more than 40 all-American craft beers, plus specialty moonshine-based cocktails and the Lillie´s Q version of the traditional Bloody Mary, the Morning Lillie. From Carolina Gold to Hot Smoky, each of the Lillie´s Q sauces and rubs pays homage to the deep-rooted barbeque traditions of specific Southern regions. From Lillie´s kitchen to yours… enjoy!

Always good - especially when craving ribs. Love the choices for the sauce. Sides that are delicious are the fried pickles and macaroni and cheese.

The food was amazing. I didn't love any of the sauces but I think that was more of a personal preference. Drinks were really good. All in all, 2 meals and 2 cocktails came to around 80 dollars so not a "quick cheap" place by any means but definitely good for a once in a while type thing.

Lillie's is my go-to BBQ. It is always solid. The wings and fried pickles are the best around. The tri-tip and pulled pork never disappoint, and they have a variety of sauces to choose from.

Lillie's Q has some of the best BBQ in the country. Been to the location in Destin also. Great food.

We went for a Father's Day celebration and it was perfect. The food is outstanding and service equally good. We loved our food and recommend the barbecue to foodies and anyone who likes a creative approach to an old standard. Pulled pork was delectable as was the chicken and all of the sides. Favorite was cornbread! Salad refreshing and beautifully composed. Will return when in Chicago.

The most delicious barbecue ever! Service was fantastic, waiter was knowledgeable about every item on the menu, cool vibe all around. You will not leave hungry! Wonderful!

Incredible food. Everything is great. I will say they only had 1 high chair in the entire restaurant which was slightly disappointing. May want to check with them before bringing a young child.
