Award-winning Chef Juan Gomez, who helped República garner best new restaurant nods from Bon Appétit and James Beard, is taking a more personal approach to PNW cuisine. Recently nominated one of the Top 50 Restaurants in the Country by the New York Times, Lilia offers dishes like Pork Collar Confit and fresh Aguachile, leaning on Chef Juan's Mexican-American roots while showcasing hyper-seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

I can’t say enough good things about Lilia. We did the tasting menu and they were able to accommodate my shellfish allergy. The food was amazing! I had no idea what I was eating half the time but it tasted fantastic! I’m going to be dreaming about that mushroom dish for weeks. It’s a little pricy but the service and food make it worth it.

This was an amazing journey provided by the chef- highly recommend the chefs tour and the staff did a fantastic job guiding our meal.

We went for my friend's birthday on a Sunday and were blown away by the fresh, unique flavors. We arrived almost an hour early and they said they could seat us early - which was so kind and incredibly accommodating of them. The tasting menu was phenomenal and we will definitely be returning to their new location. They made my friend feel really special with fresh strawberry juice, a birthday candle, and happy birthday on the receipt. They really went above and beyond - all staff was incredibly friendly and kind, down to the bussers and prep cooks. We highly recommend the experience and were so full we couldn't finish the last dessert (because there were TWO!) Great portion sizes for the price - the beverages were wonderful, light, and not too sweet. We can't wait to see what they have next time! Great birthday spot :)

Soooo good! Had incredible service and amazingly fresh, delicious bites! Mostly locally-sourced, artistically crafted and clearly a work of love by Chef and staff! Will definitely be back!

The food is very very good with elegant touches in taste and presentation. The chef is not afraid of chile and spices. Those who like their food bland should not come here. This is a restaurant to visit for its tastes/heat and creativity.

Another amazing meal by Chef Juan! Sitting at the counter for Chef’s menu is the best choice. Every course was phenomenal- in flavor and in presentation. Wine flights were interesting, and spot on. Can’t say enough about the food, the staff, and the experience! Go!

Amazing Cuisine! The sorrel mushroom tacos were the best tacos I've ever had. Every dish was a creative and delicious celebration of the season. We'll definitely be back!
