Food was mediocre at best but very expensive. I would expect much better food for the price requested.
You could eat here every night or for a special occasion. The staff is amazing and friendly. We highly recommend!!!
Food was brought out to one person at a time every on five minutes intervals. Even the cold plates! We were not able to eat together. The ceviche was suboptimal. All in all a very bad experience for over $750.
Johnny was our server and he was fantastic! He went out of his way to make out anniversary night special. The food was delicious! The Manager was very present would check in on us and other guests as well. We had a really lovely evening.
Amazing views and staff! Great food and big wine selection.
The food was delicious! The service by server Edmond was amazing all he’s food and wine recommendations where amazing! My girlfriends and Me had a great time.We are going back soon.
Had dinner with a friend & the service was impeccable. The food was really nice as well!
LightKeepers Customer Service was Amazing.
Our Server went above and beyond to make our
Dinner 🍽 Spectucalar.
The Cusine and Ambience was fabulous.
We had A Wonderful Anniversay Evening!!!
Excellent place. Nice atmosphere! The service is excellent!
Great place, great service, delicious food!
From our greeter to our server Juliana, my birthday celebration was a great experience. The food and drink choices were amazing.
If I could give 10 stars to each of the categories I would, that’s how wonderful the experience was dining here. The fact that this was a special occasion and that it was honored so wonderfully made it even more memorable. My friend said it was the best birthday she ever had! Look forward to a return visit.
Amazing in every way- from the food to the atmosphere to the wine to the service- all A+++++
The key to this place, used to be the crepes. They should bring them back.
2 scallops for $23 is ridiculous. Presentation and taste was great, but dinner was such a disappointment compared to breakfast and lunch (Mexican theme) on site at the Ritz.
Had a wonderful brunch at Lightkeepers. Their Saturday brunch special is perfect! Shared the $25 bottle of Rose all day, the salmon salad. Charred cauliflower and lobster Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. They were also very accommodating of a family with an 8.5 month old infant.
Ask for Lamas to be your server, he was outstanding! The service was great. We’ve gone several times but we went for unlimited seafood and got a deal on a wine.
The server was so super slow. It took 20+ minutes just to get a drink and he never checked in on us. I couldn’t even flag him down. I ended up spending way less than I would have because of everything, we even forwent dessert just because I was going to lose it if I had to wait longer. All in all, we were there about 2 1/2 hours for 2 courses and 1 drink. Absolutely insane and a total waste of money. It’s sad to think I had been looking to this for a while and was excited to take my wife on Valentine’s Day. This was not the service I expect from a Ritz; it was more in line with Days Inn. Completely disappointing.
The food was excellent - got the Friday night special of all you can eat "raw seafood". It was fantastic! Our waiter had 12 years experience and it showed. He recommended a bottle of wine from Italy at a $50 discount that was outstanding. And the atmosphere . . . a moonlit night a few hundred feet from the beach, outdoor seating with mild temperatures in Key Biscayne - it was a very memorable evening for my wife and me.
Booked a reservation in advance, thought that be a good place to grab a bite. The service was unbelievable and recommendations made to the table were unreal. The scallops that I had, words can't describe how good they were. 100% would recommend people taking the time to have a nice out and grabbing a bite here
Scallops, Ravioli and Empanadas were quite tasty. Nice blend and layering of flavors. Crispy Brussel Sprouts not as crispy as advertised, but flavor brought an Asian spice and flare to the meal. Service was attentive and cordial. Steak ordered rare, served medium to medium well, even so, converted decent flavors of garlic and paprika. Dessert cake a touch dry but the grey salt caramel ice cream saved the day.
A good option in Key Biscayne at the Ritz Carlton. Always friendly and very good service. Food is also very good & menu has good options. Wine list is also very complete.
The food, the service & the cocktails were outstanding! Highly recommend.
We went for Sunday Brunch and the food and service were very good.
This restaurant experience was one of the top ones that we've ever had! What a hidden gem and a surprise for us, as we celebrated my wife's birthday. The food was absolutely spectacular. We got the Prince Edwards Island mussels (divine!), the biscuits that had honey butter & bacon essence (amazing!), and the fried red snapper (unbelievably large & tasty) for two...and they gave us the BEST key lime cheesecake that we've ever had. This was an incredibly special culinary delight. On top of this all, the service was impeccable and the price was amazingly affordable given the quality of food. Thank you, Ritz Carlton and Lightkeepers staff. AMAZING!!!
Wait staff was amazing!
Overall a very nice brunch. Excellent selections. A few minor hiccups.
Reservations made on open table for 12:00. It doesn't open until 1230.
Kobe beef burgers were raw and cold.
Not sure if that's Intentional.
Unlimited mimosa's. Huge desert room.
Danielle was AMAZING!! He is an asset to the restaurant.
Nothing special about the ambience. Most of the food was quite good but the rack of lamb was burnt on the outside such that the flavor profile was mostly charcoal. On the plus side, the service was excellent.
Main course, steak, was significantly under cooked. They were clearly not ready at the reception for their dinner guests to arrive. It was a crowded mess. Restaurant ambience is loud. Staff kept dropping, breaking things.
Steve our waiter was fantastic everything else was very poor.
Pricey. Limited menu. Great service. Only fine dining in the ritz.
We always enjoy our experience at Lightkeepers - food and service. Especially good this visit ere the crab cake and whole spring chicken dinner
Beautiful setting, delicious food and amazing service made our anniversary dinner a special evening.
Beautiful location for a celebratory brunch and/or lunch. Food was fresh and very good. They accommodated special requests, and were clear in their understanding of a food allergy. They were lovely to my mother, who was celebrating her birthday, and gave her a beautiful, abundant, very tasty desert .
There was a DJ playing music very loudly, which didn't go with the elegant afternoon, ocean view ambiance. Would have been better for late evening. There was another location on the property that leant itself to afternoon/late afternoon cocktails with a DJ.
The seat cushions on the chairs were stained and there was mildew on the back pillow on one of the chairs--not appetizing or acceptable anywhere, and particularly in that location with those prices and level of service. They need to stay on top of the critical details to get the highest marks.
Very good food. Two of the dishes were not as expected. Meat was overcooked.
The outdoor space is wonderful with ocean view
We dined here several times during our stay at the Ritz and it was outstanding every time. Our server, Diego, was stellar and really elevated the experience. I would highly recommend!
Lamas was an Amazing server. Would go back just just for his service alone.
