Beautiful setting, delicious dinner especially the Bronzino, and wonderful kind service.
Highly recommend the biscuits as a starter!
Bad menu, terrible execution. A clear case where quality came down in the last few years, even before the pandemic.
Anthony was amazing
First all the chairs and cushions were stained. The entree is only the Protein, no sides included. My branzino the skin wasn’t crispy , it was soggy. The desert was a chocolate plantain cake , horrendous, it was only a chocolate cake with a little fried plantain covered with sugar on the side. For the wine, they only brings the glass full of wine, they don’t even try to give you a taste before. And remember is the Ritz, they should be better because it’s very expensive with no reason at all.
We loved it . Second time since September and since it’s was a celebration of my grandson’s confirmation.. the place gave us a treat with macaroons snd wrote the word..Congratulations! Such a lovely & great place . I think that we keep going back to enjoy this special place on the Key Biscayne beach. Their beach drink , El Farito was delicious. The lamb entree was soft and tasty. Our shared appetizers of shrimp cocktail, octopus, biscuits were good starters. The burgers with sides of fries and brussel sprouts were good too.
Beautiful dinner on the patio with my family. Loved the service and the food.
The food was decent, but not up to par for the price. The worst part was the service, or rather, lack there of. The drinks came late. My old fashioned was very watered down (they used crushed ice - embarrassing for a $16 drink) and not smoky at all (as advertised). After the drinks finally arrived, our waitress took our order, and that was the last time we saw her. Somebody else served the plates and the waitress never came back to ask how the food was, if we wanted more drinks, or even if we wanted to pay. We had to ask another waiter for help, just so that we could close our bill.
Its was ana amazing experience. They always provide the best personal service
Valentine’s Day
Food was interesting although a little limited in selection
Wonderful spot
The servers are no help as I had to go get my own water filled that their station. They didn’t come around until I was at their station asking them for things. I took 5 friends to do bottomless brunch yet we all only had 2 drinks each. When asking for more they said we hit our time limit (2hr limit) yet we were only sitting at the table for 30min. I had to get the manager and he was saying the same until I asked him to pull the ticket for the order to show the time. Once he saw that he came back and said sorry but by that time our food was cold and the mood the brunch was wasted. And to had on top we didn’t get some food that they charged and when asked for the correction they did nothing but say we will box it up for you. I said at the end this was the worse service and would not recommend to anyone. I paid and left as we no longer wanted to be there. For a ritz Carlton I would have expected better so shame on them to allow such to happen.
Paula was awesome and the setting is amazing.
The size of my entree shrunk by 50% since we last ate there in December.
Our waiter was overworked.
I had the worst time of my life here. There was a guy sneezing at the table next to me the entire night, and management refused to move us or refund us when we stated we didn't want to wait for our food. Their excuse was that the guy was a regular, but what good is a regular who infects everyone around him with COVID? The guy even sexually harassed my wife as we were leaving and his server just laughed about it. I hope the Florida Department of Health comes down on them like the wrath of an angry God.
I loved it great brunch, great service and delicious food
We ate here 2 nights during our stay. Both nights were great with food and service. Luisa arranged for a special order of beignets after learning of our disappointment when they were no longer on the menu.
Our first night I had the filet which was very tender. The 2nd night, I had the strip steak which was even better! My husband had the fresh fish (golden tilefish) and the chicken dish the 2nd night. Both of these were good choices too. The star of the show was the brussels sprouts - to die for!!
Service could be better. But very nice place and food
we had a nice time celebrating a friend's bday during Sunday brunch.
Last Saturday before going for a lovely walk at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park & Light House we went for lunch on Key Biscayne, we thought that the best choice would for sure be The Ritz-Carlton with their restaurant options, we choose to have brunch at LightKeepers restaurant, we had a lovely table outside overlooking the gorgeous pool area, we tried The Keeper’s Wife (local grilled artisan country levain, poached egg, shaved asparagus, tomato jam, hollandaise, crab, avocado) and the LightKeepers Burger, both really good, we decided for the Bottomless Beverage + Bubbly Package for $ 25 each.
It was so lovely to sit there, relax, enjoy the food and drinks and the great weather, really relaxing.
Now we will have to go back and try the other two restaurants there as those looked great too, these also have plenty of outdoor seating, Cantina Beach, Mexican oceanfront restaurant and Dune Burgers on the beach, cannot wait to be back ❤️

We were greeted and seated with no attention to the instructions I requested. We are celebrating my birthday and I coordinated with the hotel and restaurant prior to arrival to have champagne for a birthday welcome. Not only was the request not followed but when it came time to resolve which I had to mention three different times to check the notes on my reservation the sommelier came out to wish us a happy anniversary. The food was good yet the service and attention to detail was subpar compared to our last 4 visits.
Nice quick friendly service
Loved the French toast with berry compote and my husband loved the American Breakfast Thank you Ritz for a beautiful day on the patio.
Expensive but always good and what we especially appreciate during COVID times is
the tables inside and out are generously spaced between parties.
What a wonderful staff and cuisine. The view was outstanding. Thank you all
Excellent service and food. The outside patio area offers views of the pool and ocean.
The Ritz and their Lightkeepers restaurant are beautiful. The hostess was friendly and gracious. She led us to one of the best outside tables and offered an umbrella because we two of our party of four were in the sun. Then the waiter arrived. He was kind of unkept and didn't fit the bill for such an upscale sounding place at the Ritz Carlton. Our waiter seemed nice but was unfamiliar with the relatively tiny brunch menu. He didn't know the fish of the day or how it was cooked or served. I got the hamburger which had two patties and some sort of grey looking glossy cheese. I split it with my partner. It was certainly not the best, but it was OK. One friend got the crab cake and she loved it. One got the fish sandwich and enjoyed it. My partner got the chicken sandwich and split with me. The meat was dry and bland. The mixed drinks were pretty good but the local brewed beer was not my so great. The bill for four was $189 -- four entrees, two mixed drinks, and four beers. The setting was so beautiful and we all enjoyed the ocean and pool views. The waiter took a long time between visits and was always out of breath and sweaty. He just didn't seem like Ritz waiter material. The valet parking cost us $25 and the valet desk wouldn't accept credit cards, which seemed like a scheme to me. With parking, lunch, and tips the afternoon came to about $255. While the scenery was gorgeous, that's way to much for inferior food and not-so-good service, topped off with a feeling of the valet either lying or cheating. I would not go back.
Food is amazing and the staff is the best!! Highly reccommend!
Loved it —
Thank you For making it special during COVID-19, my birthday, happy Thanksgiving and family reunion
If you're looking for a great setting close to downtown or Brickell, check it out. Good food, excellent service. Views are amazing, too!
Our number #1 restaurant!
We enjoyed a couple of breakfasts here and a great dinner! The Branzino fillets erre cooked perfectly with Crispy skin. Service was friendly and efficient.
We stayed at the Ritz so Lightkeepers was the go to restaurant for us throughout our stay. Overall, the food is good but not incredible and the staff is terrific. We enjoy being on property a couple times per year and always look forward to an evening and a couple breakfasts at Lightkeepers.
Food was mediocre at best but very expensive. I would expect much better food for the price requested.
You could eat here every night or for a special occasion. The staff is amazing and friendly. We highly recommend!!!
Food was brought out to one person at a time every on five minutes intervals. Even the cold plates! We were not able to eat together. The ceviche was suboptimal. All in all a very bad experience for over $750.
Johnny was our server and he was fantastic! He went out of his way to make out anniversary night special. The food was delicious! The Manager was very present would check in on us and other guests as well. We had a really lovely evening.
