Service was very slow. Took almost 1hr and 45 mins to get our meals and our water was not refilled even after asking. But the staff was friendly, just seemed like they were understaffed. Quality of food is average and given that we have only eaten exceptional food throughout our stay in Barbados, we were very disappointed.

As always fantastic service and ambience, tasty tasty food. Lovely experience at Lughthouse Restaurant- Hilton, I will return for your "to die for" creme brulee.

The food and service were okay but the cost, particularly for the drinks, were vastly overpriced. A similar budget at restaurants like Buzo or Tapas would have yielded much better food and atmosphere. I would not revisit unless the price was reduced or the quality of food vastly improved.

The lunch experience at the Lighthouse restaurant was very good. My only disappointment was that there appeared to be a disconnect for the birthday occasion where a greeting was to be sang, maybe, I do not know if I should have reminded the staff on entry even though I would have indicated it online.

We were one of the first into the buffet, consequently we did not have to wait at any time for anything. This was the lunch buffet, and did not include any breakfast.

Father's Day lunch was great. Food was good, nice variety, no skimping at the carvery when being served. Nice ambience with the live performance and helpful staff. Value for menu in these hard economic times.
