There were 5 of us and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Meal starts with warm bread that has a crusty exterior and soft interior. So good, it was hard to stop eating. We had shrimp cocktails as appetizers and the shrimp were large and the cocktail sauce had just the right amounts of kick. So many entrees looked so good, it was hard to choose. The macadamia crusted walleye was the big winner. Meals are generously portioned and most come with a choice of 2 sides for which there are many to choose, all of which were great. The wedge salad was a hit. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and each birthday person was given a fancy bowl of amazing ice cream with a candle. Additionally, we ordered the chocolate chip cookie skillet and ice cream, which was so good! In addition to the amazing food, our experience was enhanced by great service from the moment we walked in. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and efficient. Most of all, our server Toni was the best and totally made our night. She took some special requests in stride and she anticipated our needs. She was very funny and clicked well with us so much so that we wished she could have sat down with us. We left with full bellies, leftovers, and big smiles. Highly recommend and look forward to going back.

The staff is amazing. Our server was very attentive and very friendly. We have dined at the Lighthouse many times and everything on the menu is amazing. Our dinner from start to finish was enjoyable. The appetizers, salads, main course, drinks and desserts were delicious. I highly suggest making a reservation.

Wonderful service! Food was fantastic as always (macadamia crusted walleye, coconut shrimp special). We took home a piece of carrot cake to eat later, and it was excellent.

I had the grilled salmon which was very good But my husband ordered the surf and turf which the lobster was overcooked They did take care of us and brought him a new serving and gave us a couple desserts on the house

Awesome as usual! Because it was a busy holiday with others needing seating for larger parties, we were fortunate enough to be the only ones at the bar!! Best bartender ever, Morgan! Food was fantastic as always and the cocktails NEVER disappoint! Thanks a million for making my day! 😉❤️

We all loved our annual Easter midday meal at The Lighthouse. Excellent service, delicious food, quiet enough to enjoy conversation. Meat and fish are perfectly prepared and served hot every time.

Easter brunch today party of 3. Got in and seated timely. Vibe of the restaurant is more casual and the music seemed a bit lively for Easter. Food and service were great - comparable to big city levels for quality and value. One of the standout items was the halibut, which all three of us tasted and agreed rivaled anything in a major food city market (e.g., Chicago). It was flaky but firm, it had textural and visual depth, and there was something on the chutney-like pesto that took it over the top. The garlic mashed potatoes were also on point (and very plentiful). The spinach-artichoke dip was probably the best we’ve ever had at any level of restaurant. And our server recommended a “warm butter pie” that she convinced us to try even after saying it was “hard to describe.” We are very glad we did. To me, the texture was a combo of quick bread and custard, definitely had a smooth caramelly mouth feel, then it had pecans to give it texture. Vanilla ice cream over the top. Really, really good. We live in the county but don’t trek that far south as much, but are glad we did and will definitely be back sooner than the gap between the last time we visited and this one. They’re doing a lot right at The Lighthouse.
