   It was an enjoyable evening. The guinea hen was delicious. The hamburger my friend ate was huge, fries very good. But the order of tilefish was a tiny portion with tiny sides, which was weird, to say the least. Wine was good but prices were very high. Cute place, very good service.

   First time here (client business lunch), loved LIC Market. Warm greeting upon arrival, friendly service, great food - best BLT I've EVER had, excellent iced tea....all around very nice experience. When back in LIC again will definitely be going back.

   Our group of three had an excellent dinner which was only overshadowed by the excellent and accommodating service.

   It was a great evening with friends and family. The food was absolutely delicious. Service was spectacular. We all had a really lovely time!

   There is real imagination and attention to flavors at this restaurant. It's small and the kitchen in as big as a closet. It took one hour for our food to come, maybe in part because we ordered a steak medium well. We had a 7pm reservation and requested an outdoor table for a birthday but when we got there were offered a choice of two indoor tables with no mention of the outdoor request. Restaurant was full. Food was very good although a $48 steak could have had the gristle trimmed off. Salad was fantastic, potatoes addictive. The vegetarian liked the brussel sprouts, the red rice. The restaurant could significantly improve their dessert offerings: only 3 sweets. Cheeses. This was celebrating a birthday so we ordered all three desserts and shared, but they were all disappointing - goat cheese cake, something chocolate and another forgettable choice. All were Really Tiny for $8.

   What a find! the service was attentive, friendly and genuinely wanted us to have a great time [and we did]. Food was awesome - well we all had burgers but having ad the rest, LIC Market has the best burger. That said everything was so nice that I will be going back to try the other things on the menu that all looked delicious. Oh one of us had the pasta which was also Very Good!

   Great restaurant. I've never had a dish I didn't like, and the service has always been stellar. Food is really fresh, wine selection is fantastic, and the servers are great at answering questions about the menu. It's not inexpensive, so I usually go on special or semi-special occasions, but I think the prices are definitely reasonable for the quality of the food. I highly recommend.

   You could easily miss the entrance, on the ground floor of an ordinary-looking townhouse. But it's about as easy to get to as anyplace in Queens: literally between the exits of the 23rd St-Court Sq subway stop, where the E, M and 7 trains stop. We got a seat way in the back, and ate our way through a yummy cheese plate and then the tasty garganelli and a pesto-based risotto. Highly notable was the cider they served -- Nine Pin Cidre Rosé, made from apples grown upstate and mixed with New York grapes. But everything was locally-sourced and delicious.
