   Food was OK, service was a bit slow, only one server for quite a couple of tables, got charged 17% of gratuities for a table of only 4 people automatically on the bill, was a bit high. Won't return.

   Went to restaurant primarily to hear jazz group as a jazz group plays each night. Seafood dinners, shrimp and halibut, were both very good. Service was good although space cramped. Funky atmosphere and appeared to be local neighborhood type bar. Far from downtown so need good directions if driving but we used bus system which was fine and took about half hour

   My wife and I knew very little about this restaurant before selecting it as our dine out Vancouver destination. We were excited to try the dine out menu as it sounded amazing on line and we weren't disappointed. The $12 wine pairing matched beautifully. Live music added to the evening and ambiance. Great food, wine, music, and service. 5*+

   I called in on a Wednesday after 2 pm to book for Friday evening at 6 pm. The lady who answer the phone confirmed my reservation. When we went on Friday to the restaurant, they said they didn't have my reservation name there. Same thing happened to my friend who called and when they got there, no reservation under her name. Could this be a tactic of some sort when they answer the phone to take your reservation and no tables when you actually get there. I don't know, Concidence it happened twice of the same situation. Would not recommend this restaurant at all to any of my friends/relatives.
