Liberty Prime Steakhouse Ratings and Reviews
The ambiance and nice and the menus are back lite for easy reading. The food is good but the steaks are very salty. The prices are even a "cut" above NYC prices which I was surprised about. The service was good but could have been a bit better with drinks, bread, and the check delivery.
Our server and attendant were both amazing. Super attentive and very kind. I spilled a glass of wine and the attendant made it disappear before our server returned.....he was awesome! The staff made a much needed night out extra special. Great food and great ambience....Thank you for a special birthday celebration.
The food in this restaurant has greatly gone down in quality in the last year. All of our burgers were completely tasteless, all the fries were so burned they looked more like chips of mahogany wood than actual potatoes, and my particular burger, the chorizo, was completely burned and inedible. There were six of us and unfortunately none of us will ever return or recommend this place. A real shame.
The atmosphere was ok, dark and intimate. We felt a little rushed by our waiter to order he said the kitchen closed at 10 and it was 9:15. The food was blah. Rice was under cooked and so were the sweet potatos. We both had the Sea Bass which was tasty but we settled for sweet potato fries because the sides that came with werent cooked to our taste and we were told thats how they come. Rice under done (Rolls Eyes) ahkay! I wouldn't go back. However we did have the crab cake appetizer which was good so maybe I would recommend someone to go for early drinks and appetizers
I hosted a retirement luncheon here and everything was wonderful from the reservation to the dessert. The service was very friendly but professional. The food was fresh and delicious. While the ambiance was jovial and welcoming.
A must have is the "Crispy Artichoke Hearts" they were finger licking. The "Filet Mignon and the New York Strip's" we had were cooked to perfection.
The servers was attentive and accurate. The made very good suggestions.
The desserts were delicious and my favorite was the "Coconut Crème Brule."
My party thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.
Thank you Liberty Prime Steakhouse for making this occasion very memorable for us.
Our food and drinks were good. I did enjoy the steak very much and it was cooked jusy rjght. The waiter seemed annoyed that we weren't ready to order 2 minutes after sitting down. He came back ten minutes later and again seemed annoyed that we were only ready to order drinks and an appetizer. He then informed us that they shut things down around 9:30/9:45. It was 8:15. He was short with us and unfriendly. He basically threw the bill on the table when we were done. So rude and really put a damper on our meal. The bathroom had a leak and smelled awful. At least we did enjoy the ambiance, and the hostess and busboys were attentive and polite.
Enjoyed a lovely anniversary dinner. Excellent cocktails and beautifully cooked steak. The appetizers were very tasty and satisfying and the special occasion dessert was delicious.
The service, while gracious and attentive, was a little uneven but our server was quite earnest in his efforts. The background music was occasionally a bit loud and strange in its selection and the lighting could have been a tad brighter. We don't eat steak on a regular basis and would certainly return to Liberty Prime for another carnivorous adventure. Looking forward to trying their brunch and happy hour as well.
Their brunch was ok. Rather order from the menu. The first level brunch buffet was too small and crowded. Not really conducive for traffic flow. They should have opened the bar area up more and use the spacing for the buffet. Overall the food is good. But stick to the menu. It's highlights their best dishes. 👅👅👅
Ordered Eggs Benedict. Got two boiled eggs instead. Server took 50% off my dish for that. Curious thing is that I was one of only two tables seated. So, the lack of attention to detail was odd.
The espresso I ordered was room temperature at best, and it took two requests to get sugar.
If this place is trying to pass off as a premium dinning experience, it has quite a bit of work to do. Won't be going back.
