   Our server "Emily" was not what we would call the bast. Never came to ask how things were and/or would we care for a drink refill etc. Then when my husband and I were talking she assumed I was done and reached between my husband and I with saying are you finished or excuse me and took my plate. Not impressed. Everything else was great.

   The quality of the food was very good. Bar service to our table was terrible- took much too long to get 3 glasses of wine and 1 beer to our table. Half way through dinner I was going to order another beer but thought it would take too long. A pizza ordered as an entree came to the table 10 minutes before the other entrees. An order of fish and chips was ordered with onion rings instead of chips. Came out with chips. Immediately asked to have onion rings brought. We were finished with our meal before the onion rings came out.

    Food and service were excellent - we even ordered a pizza which was very good. A great find in Shippensburg especially for people coming in from out of town and want to go to a nice place for dinner with the college kids. Will definitely be going back.

    Service from our server was excellent and the prices were comparable. However, receiving our food was totally the opposite. Our order consisted of: 1 pizza, 2 salads, 1 cheesesteak, and 1 chicken cheesesteak. Pizza (as my entree) came out and was almost gone before remainder of food was delivered, which was 25-30 minutes after I got mine. Come on, how long does it take to cook 2 cheesesteaks and throw 2 salads together?? Because food and server were good we’d probably give this restaurant another chance but without a vast improvement from the kitchen, we’d never come back a 3rd time.

    One of the best cheeseburgers I have had in years is what I experienced at this new restaurant. Perfectly cooked on a toasted bun with crispy fried potatoes. My spouse had honey sesame chicken with sticky rice. Also delicious! Our server was friendly, smiley and prompt. Obviously new, his personality covered any minor faults in service. It was a little bit pricey but good enough that I didn’t mind.

    We had a reservation at 5 and were seated. We waited for our waitress while others seated after us had their drinks already. She then takes our drink order. My husband and mom ordered water and soda. I ordered a beer which was sitting up at the bar for ten minutes before the waitress even handed it to me. The food was good for the price. But the waitress barely checked on us.

    I’ve eaten at Liberty Bar and Grill four times. The food is always delicious. Wait staff needs more training. They aren’t always acquainted with the food products. They should be allowed to sample each offering which hasn’t happened. Xianna is a great waitress. Our waitress had a table for nine and was rattled. Xianna saw we were still waiting and took care of us. A gentleman beside us face up and left. That being said the pork chops were the best I’ve ever eaten. Just be patient.

    I really love the food here, but yesterday my friend and I had a reservation for lunch, went in got seated right away, server came shortly after took our drink order, brought the drinks and took our food orders, we waited for 30 minutes for our food, and while we were waiting people who came in 15 minutes after we did were getting their food before us ( and it was not busy), so I finally flagged our server down and asked her when our food was coming , she came back and said there were 4 food tickets ahead of us and I would be another ten minutes, I asked her why everyone else , who came in after us was getting their food before us. She gave us some kind of excuse, which I didn’t even understand, but in my opinion she forgot to put our order in and realized it when I finally asked about our food. We waited for 45 minutes for our food which were just burgers, I was really disappointed by the way we were treated yesterday, can’t say I won’t be back because I really like the food , I just hope I get treated a little better than I did yesterday.
