    Wonderful new place for us! Great atmosphere, their food was delicious- we will be back for sure. This place definitely deserves a better location so don’t let that fool you. Great date night or small group place!

    Waited 45 minutes for our food. Waited another 30 minutes for check after we were done eating & 1//3 of the table had been cleared. Service was slow & mediocre. Food was definitely not worth the price.

    Utah friends, Libertango Steakhouse is the finest dining experience in Utah for those who appreciate Argentinian and Brazilian cuisine, hands down the best. The proprietor, Jorge has absolutely nailed the experience and the food is over the top delicious. The wait staff and service are beyond 5 stars. I will be a regular. This restaurant is a true Utah gem. It is on par with the best you can find anywhere and it's right here in Sandy Utah.

    Some of the 4 meals served were excellent. At least 1 was not. The ribs were too fatty and too sparse in actual meat. The salads were OK but nothing spectacular. Prices were very high for the value of the food. The service was excellent and the waiters were knowledgeable and friendly. We would consider going back for a special occasion, but certainly not for casual dining. A good desert menu, if it existed, was not offered. Instead, a special, delicious cookie was given to each diner. Nice touch but a bigger desert menu would be appreciated. Everything was ala carte, including the sides with the entrees. Offering a choice of X number of sides with the entree would be appreciated. Ala carte simply jacks up the end price.

    Libertango exceeded all my expectations! The menu contains the diverse flavors of Argentinian cuisine. I started with a provolone cheese it was good, but the highlight was the perfectly grilled steak. The staff is great providing recommendations. The alfajor with chocolate and dulce de leche was delightful. I can’t wait to go back

    One of the best meals I've had in Utah! We tried multiple appetizers, steaks and the crepe with dulce de leche. That dessert is on another level! Steaks were so good, mashed potatoes were amazingly creamy and the veggies were like I've never had such fresh and tangy vegetables before! I would go again for sure. Also the staff was helpful and friendly, great customer service.

    It present itself as an Argentinian Steakhouse but the cuts of meat are Brazilian and there is a big difference. The short ribs were good but very thin, the chorizo I couldn’t eat, the Brazilian chorizo is dry and tastes very different than the all pork Argentinian chorizo, the blood sausage, morcilla, tasted good but in stead of the actual sausage, they deconstruct it and serve it as minced meat covered by a strong tasting sauce and destroy de pure taste of a blood sausage. The fries, papas fritas provenzal, were excellent. The service was also very good but they were anxious to get us out of there, they kept asking us to pick up our plates when they were obviously full of food and we were still eating.

    Libertango is a fantastic steakhouse, combining the best of Argentinian and Brazilian cuisine. The chorizo and empanada appetizers were fantastic! They have an outstanding wine and spirits selection, the steak and chicken was seasoned to perfection and the sides are delicious! You MUST try the green apple puree. I also appreciated the time the owners took to come and say hello and provide great service while we were at our table. To me, the mark of a high quality restaurant is sincere attention to the client by the owners. If you want a unique and delicious high-end steakhouse experience, go to Libertango!

    I am French and I have high expectations when I go for dinner and they are not always met but the meat was perfectly seasoned, cooked and coming from local farms. The sauces were for the majority hand made and the vegetables deliciously charcoaled on the barbecue. I even found sustainable red wine to complement the experience.

    We will be going back, but next time we order the trout, we will ask for it to be cooked less. It tended to be overdone. Otherwise, the food, staff, decor, and more made for a nice evening...on the pricey side, of course.

    I honestly don’t understand all the good reviews. This place is probably owned by someone with a lot of money who decided to open a restaurant without any idea on how to actually run a restaurant. Service is amateur, food is tasteless, and ambience odd. When the $250 bill for two people hits the table, it’s safe to say there is no value here. Do not recommend.

    This restaurant is amazing. The steaks were full of flavor and very tender. The grilled veggies were delicious as well as the beef empanadas. You will not be disappointed. The restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere.The staff if very friendly and prompt. We couldn't be happier we found this place. We will definitely be returning.

    We were very excited to eat here but were a bit disappointed by the steaks. We both got a Wagyu (ribeye and picanha), but there was way more fat than we expected. I've had Wagyu before, and the fat was intramuscular to add flavor. I couldn't eat about 1/4 of my steak. The salad and side we got (fries with guava BBQ and cheese) were very good, but for the price, we expected higher quality.

    Enjoyed the ribeye steak and unique salsa dipping sauces. The steak I believe is cooked under wood fired charcoal that gives it a good smoky flavor. The mashed potatoes and corn sides were good. Enjoyed and I would return.

    Beautiful restaurant. Cool menu's that light up. Friendly staff. Smelled amazing the minute you walked in the door! Salad wasn't great - iceberg lettuce, few carrot and onion shavings. Provolone/garlic/tomato appetizer was different, pretty good. Rolls didn't seem fresh - they were dry, although herb butter and herb/oil was amazing! Mash potatoes were good. Steaks were not great - no flavor, not cooked per request, didn't enjoy them at all. Wine was delicious and drink menu looked nice. Beer selection small. Not sure if I would go back?!

    First time dining at this restaurant and the experience was great. It is a steakhouse featuring an Argentinean cuisine. There are a lot of choices for appetizers, soups, salads, steaks, fish, chicken and lamb. The ribeye, New York strip and the lamb chops were all excellently prepared to the taste we each had. They are served ala carte with but the sides are large enough to serve two for sharing and there is a large assortment from which to choose. There is also an ample dessert menu from which to choose and share. The service was excellent from the time we entered to the time we left. the servers were consistently checking if we needed anything without being intrusive. We'll definitely be returning. Great place.
