Located on the Chesapeake Bay at the base of the Bay Bridge, Libbey's Coastal Kitchen + Cocktails is the perfect place to enjoy breathtaking views, gorgeous sunsets , fresh local seafood and hand crafted cocktails. Unfortunately, we do not take reservations for any of the outdoor seating. If tables are available when you arrive, we will be happy to seat you outside. While pets are allowed when the Below Deck area is open, we only allow SERVICE ANIMALS ( not pets or support) in the upstairs spaces.

We went to Libby’s for brunch with our two little kids and we had the best experience. The outdoor seating was lovely and the food was amazing. Will be going back!

We were celebrating a birthday, and my feeling was that piece of information was neglected. We were seated at a table in the bar area, nice view. Our server was also the bartender; I noted two working at the time of our lunch. Needless to say, once all of the table were sat there was little to no service available...glorified order taker stretched too thin. I understand the desire to make money, but should it always be at the cost of the guest experience? The food was ample, presentations were pleasant. That said, some items were over salted (crab dip) and some with a need for spice/salt (fried tomatoes) the Ceaser salad was not tossed and underdressed...but the salmon add on was lovely. I was disappointed with our experience and will most likely not visit again.

Nothing exceptional, rockfish blt mostly dark meat. Snakehead bites , fish was good, but the oil must have been old.

Very nice staff. Marina staff was great as well. Luckily Hailed them on 69 and they were on it. Docks are great. Music was nice. All good

A great birthday dinner and a chance to see how well management handles an emergency. The appetizer (calamari) was quickly served and our entrees were timed perfectly (Fra Diablo and Miso Salmon). Everything was delicious. While setting a table next to ours the busser dropped a glass and it shattered. The busser suffered a cut on his hand and was unable to clean up the broken glass. The manager jumped in and took care of the cleanup. The dinner service was not interrupted and the manager’s calm demeanor kept it from drawing the attention of other diners. All in all it was a great dining experience.

Great food and great view. Service was a little slow but not terrible. Food was very good! Definitely coming back.

My biggest complaint is about the hostess/welcome station. We were there at 5:30. Not the busiest time on a Saturday night, but fairly busy. It seems the buses, other hostesses and hosts, other employees congregate at the hostess stand. We had to excuse ourselves through three different people in order to be taken care of. All of those standing around were workers not people waiting for tables. Once we got waited on the hostess was polite. The hostess station is the welcome to the entire experience. I realize it’s a casual dining atmosphere, but I would like to see a little more elegance when being welcomed.

Beautiful view and property! Service was amazing and welcoming! Food quality definitely didn’t meet expectations.. Definitely must visit for view and waterfront dining but just get drinks!
