Located on the Chesapeake Bay at the base of the Bay Bridge, Libbey's Coastal Kitchen + Cocktails is the perfect place to enjoy breathtaking views, gorgeous sunsets , fresh local seafood and hand crafted cocktails. Unfortunately, we do not take reservations for any of the outdoor seating. If tables are available when you arrive, we will be happy to seat you outside. While pets are allowed when the Below Deck area is open, we only allow SERVICE ANIMALS ( not pets or support) in the upstairs spaces.

Food was great. Crab cakes outstanding, lump meat, no shells, very little filler. Best I’ve had in 10 yrs. Filet gray, & chewy, .would come back.

The water view was excellent from inside the restaurant while seated near a window. During the warmer months the outdoor seating looks to be excellent. The food quality and selections were great. Our server, Christina, was excellent! I would recommend this restaurant.

Customer service was horrible. We had to ask another waitress for drinks and food. She was kind enough to take our order even though she had a different section of tables. No elevator. Don't bring a stroller. No one was on the lower level to seat people. The food was okay. The view was nice but that is it.

Food was excellent, a little overpriced for the addon to the entree ($9 for 3 shrimp). The room we were seated in was very difficult to have a conversation with other people talking - no sound dampening in the room. But, we would go again.

Perhaps the waitstaff was overburdened, but we didn't feel anyone was paying attention. Waitress took order, someone else (a very young man) delivered it, plopped it on the table and never stayed to ask if there was anything else any of us might want. It was very difficult to get the waitress's attention and none of the other waitstaff in the vicinity seemed to acknowledge that we needed something. The food was acceptable though marginal and the alcohol pour was slim. All in all a marginal experience. The view was terrific, but not enough to make up for the obvious lack of care.
