Great date scenario. Whether you want to dress up and go out or just go out. Food was excellent and had no regrets with my choice. I went in late November so definitely not the summer crowd so I appreciated the chill Christmas vibe.

We had a nice birthday dinner at Liam’s. The food was very good, the music and service was nice, the lighting was so low that was very hard to read the menu, but when we asked, a flash light was provided. Overall we enjoyed over two hours of good food, service and music.

We were visiting and celebrating a special occasion. I had requested a view and Raymond saved a beautiful table for us. That started the night out making us feel very special. Our server Baruch was great! He offered to take us outside for a beautiful su sun picture. We loved the pace of the service not too fast and not too slow. We had the ½ dozen oysters and Tuscan soup followed by their huge lobster tail. Everything was cooked perfectly. We would definitely go back to Liam’s and recommend it to anyone that asked.

For the price the food and ambience was average. Broccoli was bland and undercooked. Rice was average. Thankfully the fish and beef our party ordered was perfectly cooked and delicious. Linens on outside tables would have been a nice touch rather than a bare table. Wait person was hard to understand and rushed us through ordering and missed cues. All in all, an ok meal, but not up to standard we expected for the prices charged.

I chose Liam’s Steakhouse for my birthday because it’s reviews have always been good. The ambiance was very nice, my husband and I sat outside which was wonderful. It’s so peaceful looking out into the ocean. The bacon wrap shrimp with a hint of jalapeño was so good. The mahi mahi was okay. We had Moscow Mules which were very strong but so good. Overall a great experience. Our reservations were at 3:45pm so not many people. Very quiet.

as always we make a stop at Liam's when we come to south padre. The food, is as good as ever, however, they did not have what everyone wanted on the list. no ceveche, and not flounder, and no steak. but what we did order, was as great as ever.

Our server forgot to take one of our party of four order. She apologized profusely, and it was fine. All of the meals we had were good. What I didn’t like was that she left her tray full of our dirty dishes right next to our table and didn’t come back for 10 minutes or so. She moved it about 4 feet over next to another table while she brought the dessert tray. Just a little less than classy.

This is a very good restaurant which is mis-managed into an average restaurant. It starts with parking, which you will have to fight hard for on fireworks nights, as every freeloader on the island is parking in their lots while they do nothing to insure their patrons have somewhere to park. Simple fix that they continue to ignore. Food has potential but steaks not cooked to anywhere close to correct ordered temperature. Have watched this restaurant steadily decline over the past couple years.

Liam's was a wonderful place to eat a romantic dinner. We ate inside facing the water. The service was quick. The food was fabulous -- the Shrimp and Oysters were very tasty. It wasn't that expensive. And the homemade coconut creme pie was to die for. We'll be back.

There was a stench, once you walked in, and it was like 90 servers, looking at you and standing around. The food was mediocre and unfortunately we were sitting by a table full of old loud women who are drunk.

We enjoyed one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Our server Barouche (sp) was FANTASTIC. The ceviche was wonderful, followed by oyster Rockefeller (the best I have ever had by far), then Snapper Rockefeller, then for dessert Liam's Chocolate BOMB!!!! Get your video on your camera ready for dessert. Wonderful evening and FOOD!

Liams used to be quite the spot to have a very nice dinner out. Our dinner was not good at all. The fish tasted old and the veggies were hard as rocks. The only good thing was the drinks we ordered. We will not be going back which is sad as it used to be a favorite of our.
