The Liam's Steakhouse is a luxury American Steakhouse in Dallas' West End. Not only will the restaurant feature all American products, like Texas Wagyu and American Beef, but it will also offer a full bar highlighting Classic Martinis, Manhattans and an extensive wine selection.

The steak options will include Texas Wagyu and a selection of Halal Steaks. All of the meats will be Prime. The Liam's Steakhouse will also offer a unique selection of plant-based steaks for vegan & vegetarian customers.

The food was subpar at best. Very disappointing.. We left 3/4 of the meal uneaten.

We made a last minute reservation, for a birthday celebration, and they treated us with nothing but peer execellence. Even when we were the last to order they did not rush us out even after they closed. The food was presented well and our server was extremely nice. We will be back.

The online pics got my expectations up for this restaurant. Went for our anniversary and was seated in a booth by the bar. My view was straight into the bright kitchen with workers going back and forth. The lighting inside the restaurant was too bright and guady. The service was good, my steak was horrible and tough. I ordered the Texas ribeye and it seemed more like a very cheap cut of strip steak. I didn't send it back because I was starving. The waitress asked if we wanted still or sparkling water, we said still. We were charged $8 for it. All in all there are much better steakhouses in DFW to spend a couple hundred dollars at. This was a miss for me. They did do a good job at recognizing our anniversary but it didn't make up for the lack of ambiance and the horrible cut of steak.

To sum up it was a steakhouse trying to be a old skool NY restaurant with a nice decor but with untrained staff and poor quality food at the same price of a top tier steakhouse. Disappointing! The appertizer/sides were very small requiring purchase of 2 (wedge salad) to be fit for 2 people at ($26). Mushrooms portion was soo small it wasn’t good for 1 person. The cut of NY strip $69, was the right price, but quality was very bad (fatty grissel running through it) making it a hard no for a return.

Very accommodating staff. Excellent service, steaks were butter soft and cooked to perfection. We had the asparagus en croute, it was delicious.very nice place to spend our anniversary.

We were celebrating our 24th Anniversary and decided on LIAM’S, again , as this was our 2nd time going. We’d looked at other steakhouses and because of our wonderful experience the 1st time we were there , it was a no brainer, let’s just go back to LIAM’S. Just one little oversight we asked for bone-in but because the steaks were cooked to perfection and downright tasty we didn’t make an issue of it . The staff treated us with kindness and took great care in making sure all was well for us. We were given a beautiful anniversary card, along with complimentary champagne and chocolate cake for dessert, hats of to LIAM’S.

We celebrated our anniversary at Liam’s Steakhouse and had a wonderful experience. The steaks were delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. We specifically chose this restaurant because of its halal options, and we were thrilled with the choices available. The ambiance was cozy and perfect for a special evening. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and halal options!

I booked a reservation for my wife’s birthday and mentioned it in the booking. Liam’s staff greeted her with happy birthday wishes throughout the night, had a card and gift mug set up on our table, and even surprised us with dessert at the end of our meal. Besides these gestures, the ambience was perfect for our evening date night. We had the calamari and shrimp appetizer, and salmon and NY strip entrees. All great choices! Highly recommend.
