   This review is for the Fixed Price Mother’s Day brunch. We paid $75 per ahead of time (service included) . We also had drinks and water when we got there so the total amount for 5 people was over $600. The issues: - Music- there was a DJ with loud music and dancing females. It was Mother’s Day and there were families, children and grand parents all around and the volume of the music did not fit the crowd and vibe. -Seating- when we arrived they sat us at a lounge table that was half the height of a normal table. These were not good for Mothera Day when the ladies were wearing dresses nor the 82 year old man with us that had bad knees. -Manager Service- we asked one of the managers for a different table and he said they were busy and there were no other options when I tried to plead my case he told me there was nothing he could do (with empty tables behind him that needed to be cleaned). Totally rude (white pants, white shirt) -Fixed Course- they had no training on how to handle this. Depending on what you ordered determined how many minutes you had to wait after the other dishes arrived before you got yours. Average time in between people getting their items in the same course was around 10 minutes so someone was always waiting - Dessert - after our last course we picked dessert (one three options) and it took over 25 minutes of waiting until we flagged down our waitress to have her explain the kitchen was “searching for ice cream”. Other tables were left waiting nearly 30 minutes for their desserts as well. During the time we spent waiting for dessert the same rude manager was going around trying to dance with all the female customers. Maybe he should have been managing the customers and kitchen? It is a beautiful location with a great view and the food was really good. The service and the manager on duty were terrible. Not recommended.

   Background music too loud for a brunch. I would agree to have it loud for bar setting afterwards.

   Level 6 is simply a jewel, in the now so trendy Grove. A European, Mediterranean lounge with a fabulous ambiance, six stories high with a gorgeous view onto Biscayne Bay, and later the moonlit sky, and all masterfully orchestrated by GM Mishko, a native Macedonian with a passion, and expertise, for his work. Looking forward to returning again, and again.

   Amazing roof top! The view is great and the food is delicious. They have a dj and dance performance!! We were enjoying. Highly recommended.

   Very disappointing service despite the beautiful setting I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at Level 6. The staff—both the hosts and the servers—were extremely unpleasant and impolite when I simply asked to seat two additional guests at our table. Their dismissive and rude attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Even more disappointing is that this wasn’t the first time. Just a week before, I visited with my husband and we were seated at a dirty table. We waited over 15 minutes without anyone coming to assist us. It took us complaining for someone to finally acknowledge our presence. To make matters worse, the manager showed zero hospitality and very little tact in handling the situation. Rather than de-escalating or offering a solution, his attitude only reinforced the sense that customer service is simply not a priority at this restaurant. It’s truly unfortunate that such a beautiful restaurant with a stunning view has such consistently poor service. Level 6 could be a top-tier experience, but the lack of basic hospitality makes it hard to recommend.

   The fantastic location and the pleasant layout and decorated rooftop is a must go if you are in Coconut Grove, especially when taking friends around. While the location and the service are excellent, we were disappointed with the food choices. The appetizers are small and expensive while very good. However, the main courses are completely overpriced. Worse, their signature paella was 95% rice and 5% seafood. We were told 4 people could share the large portion, which was true for the rice, but they completely skipped on the seafood: 4 shrimp tails, 1/2 a langoustine tail, 6 rings of calamari. But, who is counting. We had to!!!! Finally, why does a locale like this hire an obviously talented guitarist when the loudspeakers blast the background music making the performance inaudible and frankly making the performer look ridiculous trying hard to play along but completely unnoticeable. Also, the music is unnecessarily loud as the clientele doesn't seem to be the roaring kind of audience but more subtle. A shame that the restaurant cannot find the right balance and not only offers a great view but also good and satisfying meals and enable pleasant conversations to enjoy once company and the magnificent views. Maybe best stick to the bar and have some finger food during Happy Hour...

   The croquettes were delicious but the brochettes and the chicken paella was not good. Drinks were OK . Our party of 6 did not order seconds. The view was spectacular and the breeze was amazing.

   Had a wonderful time!! Food was delicious and ambiance was beautiful. Paula was an exceptional server. She was very attentive but gave us our space. Super sweet.

    Arrived 7pm and music was blaring. Too loud to have pleasant conversation while dining. If later at. Light at bar, but not while dining and quietly enjoying the gorgeous views (big plus of course). Service was pleasant but spotty. Hard to get waiters attention and dish delivery out of synch . Food was inventive and superb though. Cocktails too fussy and sweet.
